Abstract
本发明提供了一种纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料及其整理方法,包括鞋面材料本体和纳米防污剂,所述纳米防污剂由以下体积百分比的各成分组成:正硅酸乙酯9.2%,钛酸四丁酯13.8%,无水乙醇47%,氨水1.8%,去离子水9.2%,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷4.7%,丙烯酸分散剂2.3%。本发明的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料,具有环保、防污、防水功能。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料及其整理方法。
背景技术
当今社会,运动早成为人类健康生活方式的一部分,运动鞋也渗入到我们生活的方方面面,不仅仅是作为运动所需,休闲生活更是必不可少,对运动鞋的要求越来越高。希望其不仅舒适轻便,而且具有绚丽独特的外观纹理、简单便利的易护理功能和安全健康的功能保障。
纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料是当今年轻人喜爱的鞋面材料,而且如果我们所穿的鞋子能够具有一定的拒水防污易清洁的功能,这样便可以减少清洗的次数,既节省时间又节约用水,也大大提高了鞋子的使用寿命。但目前这种鞋材普遍是通过涂层法将含氟拒水整理剂涂覆于鞋材表面以赋予鞋材防污拒水功能,这种方法制成的鞋面手感僵硬、透气性差、涂层牢度低,且生产污染重。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一,在于提供一种纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料。
本发明是这样实现的:一种纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料,包括鞋面材料本体,还包括纳米防污剂,所述纳米防污剂由以下体积百分比的各成分组成:
优选地,所述十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷由甲基三甲氧基硅烷或十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷等烷烃硅氧烷结构类物质替代。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二,在于提供一种所述的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料的整理方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种所述的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料的整理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将普通的鞋面材料本体用洗涤剂在80℃下清洗20min,然后用去离子水冲洗,50℃-60℃下烘干;
(2)将以下体积百分比的各组分在室温下搅拌,即得纳米防污剂:
正硅酸乙酯9.2%,钛酸四丁酯13.8%,无水乙醇47%,氨水1.8%,去离子水9.2%,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷4.7%,丙烯酸分散剂2.3%;
(3)将经过(1)处理的鞋面材料本体浸泡于所述纳米防污剂1h,二浸二轧,80℃~90℃预烘5min,135-140℃烘焙10min,水洗,70℃-80℃下烘干。
优选地,所述洗涤剂由以下成分组成:精炼剂0.5g/L、纯碱2g/L、30%烧碱2g/L、保险粉1g/L,各成分的浓度均以洗涤剂的总体积为基准。目的在于除去纤维制造时加入的油剂和织造时加入的浆料、着色染料及运输和储存过程中沾污的油剂和尘埃。
优选地,所述步骤(2)的具体操作方法如下:
先将正硅酸乙酯、无水乙醇、去离子水搅拌,慢慢滴加氨水,滴毕,在1000r/min下搅拌30min;然后加入钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸分散剂、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,在1500r/min下搅拌60min。
优选地,所述二浸二轧的轧余率为75%。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料具有防污、拒水的能力。
具体实施方式
使用喷射溢流染色机将普通鞋面材料用洗涤剂(由精炼剂0.5g/L、纯碱2g/L、30%烧碱2g/L、保险粉1g/L组成)80℃下处理20min,然后在去离子水中冲洗,50-60℃下烘干;
制备纳米防污剂:先将正硅酸乙酯、无水乙醇、去离子水按一定配比搅拌,随后慢慢滴加氨水;滴毕,在1500r/min搅拌30min;随后按一定比例加入钛酸四丁酯、丙烯酸分散剂以及十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(在另两个实施例中十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷分别由甲基三甲氧基硅烷和十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷替代),添加完毕后用1500r/min搅拌60min,最终形成SiO2-TiO2复合溶胶防污整理剂即纳米防污剂;其各物质的体积百分比如下:正硅酸乙酯9.2%,钛酸四丁酯13.8%,无水乙醇47%,氨水1.8%,去离子水9.2%,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷4.7%,丙烯酸分散剂2.3%,纳米防污剂的总体积的体积百分数为100%。
将经过处理过的鞋面材料浸泡入制备的纳米防污剂1小时,二浸二轧(轧余率75%),80-90℃预烘5min,135-140℃烘焙10min,水洗,烘干(70-80℃),得到纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料。
根据国标规定方法测试,测得织物(即纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料)拒水等级和抗污等级都达到五级。
本发明利用溶胶-凝胶法,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和钛酸四丁酯(TNBT)作为前驱体,无水乙醇作为共溶剂,在催化剂的作用下发生水解缩合反应,并通过添加烷烃硅氧烷对其改性,制备改性SiO2-TiO2溶胶;即首先将TEOS、无水乙醇、去离子水按一定配比搅拌,随后慢慢滴加氨水;滴毕,在1000r/min搅拌30min;随后按一定比例加入TNBT、烷烃硅氧烷,添加完毕后用1500r/min搅拌30min,制得改性SiO2-TiO2溶胶。
本发明制得的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料,具有环保、防污、防水功能,如有咖啡、水等赃物粘到鞋面上,只要用清水擦拭就可干净如新,一改以往织物容易脏、不易清洁的问题。本发明纳米材料与纤维粘合牢固,使鞋材对各种污渍都有理想的防护功效及良好的耐洗性,且不影响鞋材的基本物理性能,如吸湿性、透气性等。

1.一种纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料,包括鞋面材料本体,其特征在于:还包括纳米防污剂,所述纳米防污剂由以下体积百分比的各成分组成:
2.如权利要求1所述的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料,其特征在于:所述十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷由甲基三甲氧基硅烷或十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷替代。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料的整理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将鞋面材料本体用洗涤剂在80℃下清洗20min,然后用去离子水冲洗,50℃-60℃下烘干;
(2)将以下体积百分比的各组分在室温下搅拌,即得纳米防污剂:
正硅酸乙酯9.2%,钛酸四丁酯13.8%,无水乙醇47%,氨水1.8%,去离子水9.2%,十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷4.7%,丙烯酸分散剂2.3%;
(3)将经过(1)处理的鞋面材料本体浸泡于所述纳米防污剂1h,二浸二轧,80℃~90℃预烘5min,135-140℃烘焙10min,水洗,70℃-80℃下烘干。
4.如权利要求3所述的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂由以下成分组成:精炼剂0.5g/L、纯碱2g/L、30%烧碱2g/L、保险粉1g/L。
5.如权利要求3所述的纳米防污自清洁鞋面材料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的具体操作方法如下:
