Abstract

本发明公开了一种高分子材质地板生产装置,包括注塑机,注塑机由加热机构提供液态高分子材料,加热机构设有进料加热器,进料加热器连接至竖筒,竖筒底部固定有阀门;本发明在加热器中,鼓风机产生的高速高压气流在电热丝的加热下流经进料筒,由于此时储物槽上部气压相对于下部气压低,因此储物槽内的高分子材料颗粒进入进料筒内,接下来进入竖筒内,相比较传统方式直接使用电热丝进行加热,干热空气加热更为均匀;当温度达到预定值,高分子材料颗粒充分熔化为液态,感温腔内空气受热膨胀,推动活塞和轴柄推压阻挡片客服弹簧压力做顺时针运动,此时通管处于打开状态,仅在颗粒状高分子材料达到预定温度的时候,阀门才会处于连通状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板生产设备领域,具体涉及一种高分子材质地板生产装置。
背景技术
PVC等高分子材质地板生产过程中,需要将颗粒状的原料加热成液态,再使用注塑机加工成为地板,但是传统生产装置在加热过程中使用电热丝进行直接加热,容易受热不均匀导致部分原材料过热碳化,或者部分原材料未充分熔化,因此需要一种设备,将原材料充分加热到预定温度后加注入注塑机内。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种高分子材质地板生产装置,将原材料充分加热到预定温度后加注入注塑机内。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高分子材质地板生产装置,包括注塑机,所述注塑机由加热机构提供液态高分子材料,所述加热机构设有进料加热器,所述进料加热器连接至竖筒,所述竖筒底部固定有阀门,所述阀门连通注塑机进料口;
所述进料加热器设有上窄下宽的储料槽,所述储料槽底部开设有筛孔,所述储物槽顶部连通进料管,所述进料管左端连通有热风机,所述热风机内设有鼓风机,所述鼓风机出风侧设有电热丝,所述热风机产生的干热风进入进料管内,所述进料管连通至竖筒;
所述阀门设有感温腔,所述感温腔右端连通活塞腔,所述活塞腔内设有活塞,所述活塞左端固定有轴柄,所述轴柄右端抵接L形阻挡片左端,所述阻挡片与通管侧壁铰接,所述阻挡片底部还连接有弹簧,所述弹簧另一端固定在通管侧壁。
进一步地,竖筒内壁固定有螺旋下降分布的导流片。
进一步地,竖筒底部向中间凹陷。
进一步地,注塑机生产的地板由切割机切割,所述切割机设有切割台,所述切割台设有切割槽,所述切割槽侧壁固定有吸尘盘,所述吸尘盘连通吸尘管,所述吸尘管连通至除尘筒,所述吸尘管末端设有进气侧为吸尘管方向的单向阀门,所述除尘筒内罐装有水,所述除尘筒顶部连通离心式吸气泵。
进一步地,除尘筒内固定有尼龙布。
进一步地,切割槽底部铰接有双开的片体,所述片体中部通过弹性带连接至切割槽侧壁,所述片体下方为废料槽。
本发明的收益效果是:
1、在加热器中,鼓风机产生的高速高压气流在电热丝的加热下流经进料筒,由于此时储物槽上部气压相对于下部气压低,因此储物槽内的高分子材料颗粒进入进料筒内,接下来进入竖筒内,相比较传统方式直接使用电热丝进行加热,干热空气加热更为均匀。
2、在阀门中,当温度达到预定值,高分子材料颗粒充分熔化为液态,感温腔内空气受热膨胀,推动活塞向右运动,轴柄推压阻挡片客服弹簧压力做顺时针运动,此时通管处于打开状态,仅在颗粒状高分子材料达到预定温度的时候,阀门才会处于连通状态。

如图1-4所示,本发明为一种高分子材质地板生产装置,包括注塑机400,注塑机400由加热机构提供液态高分子材料,加热机构设有进料加热器100,进料加热器100连接至竖筒200,竖筒200底部固定有阀门300,阀门300连通注塑机400进料口;
进料加热器100设有上窄下宽的储料槽101,储料槽101底部开设有筛孔102,储物槽101顶部连通进料管103,进料管103左端连通有热风机104,热风机104内设有鼓风机1041,鼓风机1041出风侧设有电热丝1042,热风机104产生的干热风进入进料管103内,进料管103连通至竖筒200;
阀门300设有感温腔301,感温腔301右端连通活塞腔302,活塞腔302内设有活塞303,活塞303左端固定有轴柄304,轴柄304右端抵接L形阻挡片305左端,阻挡片305与通管306侧壁铰接,阻挡片305底部还连接有弹簧307,弹簧307另一端固定在通管306侧壁。
其中,竖筒200内壁固定有螺旋下降分布的导流片201。
其中,竖筒200底部向中间凹陷。
其中,注塑机400生产的地板由切割机切割,切割机设有切割台500,切割台500设有切割槽501,切割槽501侧壁固定有吸尘盘502,吸尘盘502连通吸尘管503,吸尘管503连通至除尘筒504,吸尘管503末端设有进气侧为吸尘管503方向的单向阀门505,除尘筒504内罐装有水,除尘筒504顶部连通离心式吸气泵506,进行切割操作的时候,高速迸溅的锯末撞击片体507后进入废物槽509内,但是仍然有少数锯末以粉尘的状态漂浮,此时吸气泵506吸引切割槽501内的粉尘,含有粉尘的空气进入除尘筒504后,与水混合,起到除尘效果。
其中,除尘筒504内固定有尼龙布5041,经过沾有水的尼龙布5041的过滤,除尘效果更好。
其中,切割槽501底部铰接有双开的片体507,所述片体507中部通过弹性带508连接至切割槽501侧壁,所述片体507下方为废料槽509。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:
在加热器100中,鼓风机1041产生的高速高压气流在电热丝1042的加热下流经进料筒103,由于此时储物槽101上部气压相对于下部气压低,因此储物槽101内的高分子材料颗粒进入进料筒103内,接下来进入竖筒200内,相比较传统方式直接使用电热丝进行加热,干热空气加热更为均匀。
在阀门300中,当温度达到预定值,高分子材料颗粒充分熔化为液态,感温腔301内空气受热膨胀,推动活塞303向右运动,轴柄304推压阻挡片305客服弹簧307压力做顺时针运动,此时通管306处于打开状态,仅在颗粒状高分子材料达到预定温度的时候,阀门300才会处于连通状态。

1.一种高分子材质地板生产装置,包括注塑机(400),其特征在于:所述注塑机(400)由加热机构提供液态高分子材料,所述加热机构设有进料加热器(100),所述进料加热器(100)连接至竖筒(200),所述竖筒(200)底部固定有阀门(300),所述阀门(300)连通注塑机(400)进料口;
所述进料加热器(100)设有上窄下宽的储料槽(101),所述储料槽(101)底部开设有筛孔(102),所述储物槽(101)顶部连通进料管(103),所述进料管(103)左端连通有热风机(104),所述热风机(104)内设有鼓风机(1041),所述鼓风机(1041)出风侧设有电热丝(1042),所述热风机(104)产生的干热风进入进料管(103)内,所述进料管(103)连通至竖筒(200);
所述阀门(300)设有感温腔(301),所述感温腔(301)右端连通活塞腔(302),所述活塞腔(302)内设有活塞(303),所述活塞(303)左端固定有轴柄(304),所述轴柄(304)右端抵接L形阻挡片(305)左端,所述阻挡片(305)与通管(306)侧壁铰接,所述阻挡片(305)底部还连接有弹簧(307),所述弹簧(307)另一端固定在通管(306)侧壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子材质地板生产装置,其特征在于:所述竖筒(200)内壁固定有螺旋下降分布的导流片(201)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子材质地板生产装置,其特征在于:所述竖筒(200)底部向中间凹陷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子材质地板生产装置,其特征在于:所述注塑机(400)生产的地板由切割机切割,所述切割机设有切割台(500),所述切割台(500)设有切割槽(501),所述切割槽(501)侧壁固定有吸尘盘(502),所述吸尘盘(502)连通吸尘管(503),所述吸尘管(503)连通至除尘筒(504),所述吸尘管(503)末端设有进气侧为吸尘管(503)方向的单向阀门(505),所述除尘筒(504)内罐装有水,所述除尘筒(504)顶部连通离心式吸气泵(506)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高分子材质地板生产装置,其特征在于:所述除尘筒(504)内固定有尼龙布(5041)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高分子材质地板生产装置,其特征在于:所述切割槽(501)底部铰接有双开的片体(507),所述片体(507)中部通过弹性带(508)连接至切割槽(501)侧壁,所述片体(507)下方为废料槽(509)。
