Abstract
本发明公开了一种挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其包括模头等,模头固定在刮刀辊下方的模头喷嘴上,螺旋泵上固定有涂辊,涂辊与模头相连,模头间隙调整机构固定在涂辊底部,模头间隙调整机构右侧固定有前驱喂入辊和料浆搅拌机构,前驱喂入辊和料浆搅拌机构相连,料浆搅拌机构通过隔膜泵与气缸相连,隔膜泵上方固定有料槽,浆料桶固定在隔膜泵右侧,胶辊位于隔膜泵下方,螺旋泵左侧通过胶推机构与伺服电机相连,刮刀间隙调整机构固定在模头喷嘴右侧。本发明挤压转移一体式涂布机头满足客户不同的涂布加工需求,节省操作人员数量,节约人力资源,减少设备环节,降低故障率及设备成本,减少生产成本和生产设备的占地空间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂布机头,特别是涉及一种挤压转移一体式涂布机头。
背景技术
当今锂电池极片生产主要有传统的转移式涂布和现在较为普遍的挤压式涂布两种方式,相较转移式涂布方式,挤压式涂布方式有涂布精度高,涂布稳定等优势。但小批量涂布时,挤压涂布的浆料浪费量要比转移涂布的浪费量多。应对实验室涂布时,一般情况下转移涂布即可满足需求,但是某些高要求实验条件下,转移涂布方式是无法满足的,这时就需要挤压涂布方式了,现有的涂布机头设备无法满足客户的不同涂布加工需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其满足客户不同的涂布加工需求,节省操作人员数量,节约人力资源,减少设备环节,降低故障率及设备成本,减少生产成本和生产设备的占地空间。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其包括模头、气缸、模头间隙调整机构、前驱喂入辊、涂辊、螺旋泵、浆料桶、模头喷嘴、隔膜泵、料槽、料浆搅拌机构、刮刀辊、刮刀间隙调整机构、胶推机构、胶辊、伺服电机,模头固定在刮刀辊下方的模头喷嘴上,螺旋泵上固定有涂辊,涂辊与模头相连,模头间隙调整机构固定在涂辊底部,模头间隙调整机构右侧固定有前驱喂入辊和料浆搅拌机构,前驱喂入辊和料浆搅拌机构相连,料浆搅拌机构通过隔膜泵与气缸相连,隔膜泵上方固定有料槽,浆料桶固定在隔膜泵右侧,胶辊位于隔膜泵下方,螺旋泵左侧通过胶推机构与伺服电机相连,刮刀间隙调整机构固定在模头喷嘴右侧。
优选地,所述涂辊右侧设有废料收集箱。
优选地,所述模头、气缸、模头间隙调整机构、前驱喂入辊、涂辊、螺旋泵、浆料桶、模头喷嘴、隔膜泵、料槽、料浆搅拌机构、刮刀辊、刮刀间隙调整机构、胶推机构、胶辊、伺服电机都安装在一个框架上。
优选地,所述框架的下部分设有急停按钮盒。
优选地,所述框架的底端设有脚垫。
优选地,所述模头间隙调整机构包含导轨滑块 、斜块 、第一滚珠丝杠 、手轮,第一滚珠丝杠的两端分别与斜块、手轮连接,导轨滑块位于斜块的侧面。
优选地,所述刮刀间隙调整机构包含第一伺服电机、第二滚珠丝杠、辊子导轨、第一联轴器、滑块,第一联轴器的两端分别与第一伺服电机、第二滚珠丝杠连接,第二滚珠丝杠位于滑块的一端上,辊子导轨位于滑块的侧面上。
优选地,所述胶推机构包含第二伺服电机、第三滚珠丝杠、轴承座、第二联轴器,第二伺服电机通过第二联轴器与第三滚珠丝杠连接,轴承座套在第三滚珠丝杠上。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明挤压转移一体式涂布机头满足客户不同的涂布加工需求,节省操作人员数量,节约人力资源,减少设备环节,降低故障率及设备成本,减少生产成本和生产设备的占地空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明挤压转移一体式涂布机头包括模头1、气缸2、模头间隙调整机构3、前驱喂入辊4、涂辊5、螺旋泵6、浆料桶7、模头喷嘴8、隔膜泵9、料槽10、料浆搅拌机构11、刮刀辊12、刮刀间隙调整机构13、胶推机构14、胶辊15、伺服电机16,模头1固定在刮刀辊12下方的模头喷嘴8上,螺旋泵6上固定有涂辊5,涂辊5与模头1相连,模头间隙调整机构3固定在涂辊5底部,模头间隙调整机构3右侧固定有前驱喂入辊4和料浆搅拌机构11,前驱喂入辊4和料浆搅拌机构11相连,料浆搅拌机构11通过隔膜泵9与气缸2相连,隔膜泵9上方固定有料槽10,浆料桶7固定在隔膜泵9右侧,胶辊15位于隔膜泵9下方,螺旋泵6左侧通过胶推机构14与伺服电机16相连,刮刀间隙调整机构13固定在模头喷嘴8右侧。
模头间隙调整机构3包含导轨滑块31 、斜块32 、第一滚珠丝杠33 、手轮34,第一滚珠丝杠33的两端分别与斜块32、手轮34连接,导轨滑块31位于斜块32的侧面,这样方便对间隙进行调整。手轮34通过驱动第一滚珠丝杠33对斜块32进行上下可调位移;通过斜块32侧平面斜率对模头间隙进行μ级的微调;导轨滑块31位于斜块32的右平面,减小在调隙过程中的摩擦力,增加机构的可靠性与斜块的使用寿命。
刮刀间隙调整机构13包含第一伺服电机131、第二滚珠丝杠132、辊子导轨133、第一联轴器134、滑块135,第一联轴器134的两端分别与第一伺服电机131、第二滚珠丝杠132连接,第二滚珠丝杠132位于滑块135的一端上,辊子导轨133位于滑块135的侧面上。第一伺服电机131通过第一联轴器134驱动第二滚珠丝杠132对滑块135进行前后精密可调位移;通过滑块135上平面斜率对刮刀间隙进行μ级的微调;辊子导轨133位于滑块135的上下平面,减小在调隙过程中与相邻机构的摩擦力,增加机构的可靠性与滑块的使用寿命。
胶推机构14包含第二伺服电机141、第三滚珠丝杠142、轴承座143、第二联轴器144,第二伺服电机141通过第二联轴器144与第三滚珠丝杠142连接,轴承座143套在第三滚珠丝杠142上,第二伺服电机141通过第二联轴器144驱动第三滚珠丝杠142对胶辊进行前后精密可调位移,轴承座143对第三滚珠丝杠142进行径向精密定位,减小第三滚珠丝杠142在驱动过程中的径向跳动。
涂辊5右侧设有废料收集箱17,废料收集箱17用于收集涂布过程中喷洒出来的浆料,防止浆料污染生产车间环境。
模头、气缸、模头间隙调整机构、前驱喂入辊、涂辊、螺旋泵、浆料桶、模头喷嘴、隔膜泵、料槽、料浆搅拌机构、刮刀辊、刮刀间隙调整机构、胶推机构、胶辊、伺服电机都安装在一个框架19上,这样增加稳定性。
框架19的下部分设有急停按钮盒18,急停按钮盒18用于紧急切断伺服电机16的供电,在涂布机头生产过程中出现问题时紧急停止生产加工,防止出现安全事故。
框架19的底端设有脚垫20,这样方便调整与防滑。
伺服电机16由一个变频器精确控制电机转速,这样使得伺服电机16在生产过程中产生精准的驱动动力,提高了涂布机头的涂布加工质量。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明挤压转移一体式涂布机头集成了挤压式涂布工艺和转移式涂布工艺,在进行挤压式涂布加工时,首先由气缸将模头推近到涂布辊,再由模头间隙调整机构将模头位置确定;用于涂布的基材由前驱喂入辊送到涂辊处,同时用于涂覆的浆料通过螺杆泵进入到涂布摸头内,再通过模头喷嘴喷射到基材上从而实现涂布工作;在进行转移式涂布工艺时,首先涂布浆料由隔膜泵输送至料槽内,由浆料搅拌杆进行搅拌防止沉降;刮刀辊和涂辊间间隙由刮刀间隙调整机构调整到适合值,同时背辊包袱基材由胶推机构推到涂辊上,涂辊和胶辊由伺服电机驱动同时进行逆时针运转,这样料槽中浆料就被转移至基材表面了。挤压式涂布工艺具有涂布精度高、涂布质量稳定的优点,用于应对大批量生产的锂电池极片生产加工,转移式涂布工艺具有节省料浆和涂布的优点,用于应对小批量的锂电池极片生产试验,集成以上两种加工方式后,本发明挤压转移一体式涂布机头可以满足客户不同的涂布加工需求,节省操作人员数量,节约人力资源,减少设备环节,降低故障率及设备成本,减少生产成本和生产设备的占地空间。

1.一种挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,其包括模头、气缸、模头间隙调整机构、前驱喂入辊、涂辊、螺旋泵、浆料桶、模头喷嘴、隔膜泵、料槽、料浆搅拌机构、刮刀辊、刮刀间隙调整机构、胶推机构、胶辊、伺服电机,模头固定在刮刀辊下方的模头喷嘴上,螺旋泵上固定有涂辊,涂辊与模头相连,模头间隙调整机构固定在涂辊底部,模头间隙调整机构右侧固定有前驱喂入辊和料浆搅拌机构,前驱喂入辊和料浆搅拌机构相连,料浆搅拌机构通过隔膜泵与气缸相连,隔膜泵上方固定有料槽,浆料桶固定在隔膜泵右侧,胶辊位于隔膜泵下方,螺旋泵左侧通过胶推机构与伺服电机相连,刮刀间隙调整机构固定在模头喷嘴右侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述涂辊右侧设有废料收集箱。
3.如权利要求1所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述模头、气缸、模头间隙调整机构、前驱喂入辊、涂辊、螺旋泵、浆料桶、模头喷嘴、隔膜泵、料槽、料浆搅拌机构、刮刀辊、刮刀间隙调整机构、胶推机构、胶辊、伺服电机都安装在一个框架上。
4.如权利要求3所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述框架的下部分设有急停按钮盒。
5.如权利要求3所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述框架的底端设有脚垫。
6.如权利要求1所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述模头间隙调整机构包含导轨滑块 、斜块 、第一滚珠丝杠 、手轮,第一滚珠丝杠的两端分别与斜块、手轮连接,导轨滑块位于斜块的侧面。
7.如权利要求1所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述刮刀间隙调整机构包含第一伺服电机、第二滚珠丝杠、辊子导轨、第一联轴器、滑块,第一联轴器的两端分别与第一伺服电机、第二滚珠丝杠连接,第二滚珠丝杠位于滑块的一端上,辊子导轨位于滑块的侧面上。
8.如权利要求1所述的挤压转移一体式涂布机头,其特征在于,所述胶推机构包含第二伺服电机、第三滚珠丝杠、轴承座、第二联轴器,第二伺服电机通过第二联轴器与第三滚珠丝杠连接,轴承座套在第三滚珠丝杠上。
