Abstract

本发明公开了一种镀银挂具，包括有挂钩（1）、固定翼（2）若干和框网（3），固定翼（2）连接于挂钩（1）和框网（3）边缘之间，且各固定翼（2）绕挂钩（1）杆均匀布置，挂钩（1）为导电材料，其特征在于：固定翼（2）和框网（3）为绝缘材料，框网（3）底部设置有导电架（4），挂钩（1）的底端与导电架（4）相连。所述导电架（4）为十字形，挂钩（1）底端连接于导电架（4）的十字架中心。本发明结构简单、减少了挂具导电材料表面积，能有效减少挂具在电镀过程中的银元素沉积含量，降低电镀成本。

镀银挂具
技术领域
本发明属于镀银技术领域，特别涉及一种镀银挂具。
背景技术
航空、航天及民用领域大量使用镀银紧固件，镀银产品表面的银层是通过电镀过程完成的。然而电镀过程往往会有大量银被镀到非产品的其他导电材料上，其中电镀挂具就是其中之一。传统电镀挂具采用导电框网和挂钩组成的挂具，其导电表面积大，容易导致大量银元素沉积在挂具导电材料含量，增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种结构简单、挂具导电面积小的镀银挂具。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的：
本发明的镀银挂具，包括有挂钩、固定翼若干和框网，固定翼连接于挂钩和框网边缘之间，且绕挂钩杆均匀布置，挂钩为导电材料，其中：框网底部设置有导电架，挂钩的底端与导电架相连，固定翼和框网均为绝缘材料。
上述镀银挂具，其中：所述导电架为十字形，挂钩底端连接于导电架的十字架中心。
本技术方案与现有技术方案相比，具有明显有益效果，由以上技术方案可知，本发明通过导电架代替传统的固定翼、框网导电，降低了挂具掉点材料表面积，能有效减少挂具在电镀过程中的银元素沉积含量，降低电镀成本，效果明显。

参见图1，一种镀银挂具，包括有挂钩1、4条固定翼2和框网3，固定翼2的两端分别连接于挂钩1和框网3边缘，且绕挂钩1杆均匀布置，挂钩1为导电材料，框网3底部设置有导电架4，挂钩1底部竖直，且挂钩1底端与导电架4相连，固定翼2和框网3均为绝缘材料。
所述导电架4为十字形，挂钩1底端连接于导电架4的十字架中心。

1.一种镀银挂具，包括有挂钩（1）、固定翼（2）若干和框网（3），固定翼（2）连接于挂钩（1）和框网（3）边缘之间，且各固定翼（2）绕挂钩（1）杆均匀布置，挂钩（1）为导电材料，其特征在于：固定翼（2）和框网（3）为绝缘材料，框网（3）底部设置有导电架（4），挂钩（1）的底端与导电架（4）相连。
2.如权利要求1所述镀银挂具，其特征在于：所述导电架（4）为十字形，挂钩（1）底端连接于导电架（4）的十字架中心。
