本发明是申请号201510959499.3,申请日2015年12月21日,发明名称“一种改性沥青防水卷材及其结构和施工工艺”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明公开了一种改性沥青防水卷材的配方、结构及其施工工艺,属于防水卷材技术领域及防水卷材非明火施工技术领域。
背景技术
沥青卷材是目前公认的防水性能较好的卷材;但由于原沥青有低温脆,高温流淌抗、老化性能差的特点,需要通过技术进行改进。用于防水的技术改进主要有催化氧化沥青、聚合物改性沥青。
如我国卧牛山的聚乙烯胎改性沥青防水卷材(0EE),属于氧化改性。另一类是加入橡胶或树脂进行改性,加入的材料可以是橡胶粉,也可以是SBS橡胶或其他,这种改性称为聚合物改性。加入聚合物的材料性能和加入量,决定了改性后沥青性能的好坏,添加的材料称为改性剂。
普通的改性沥青卷材拉伸强度不高;铺设的整体性也较差;造成施工后,有很大的渗漏风险;施工过程也较麻烦,需要通过热熔工法来实施,热熔工法虽然粘接效果较好,但耗能耗时,产生大量烟气,不仅污染环境,还可能引起火灾,安全系数差。
随着人类文明的进步和发展,所面临的能源短缺、环境污染问题也越来越严重,节约能源、减少人类活动对环境的污染,已成为人类的共识。
现有技术存在以下缺陷:(1)沥青卷材拉伸强度低(2)沥青卷材在施工后,防水层整体性差,渗漏发生率高;(3)易发生火灾;(4)能耗大,产生大量烟气,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术存在的不足,提供一种改性沥青防水卷材,以实现以下发明目的:
1、提高沥青卷材拉伸强度;
2、提高沥青卷材防水层的整体性,减少防水层渗漏现象的发生。
3、避免施工过程中的火灾隐患,解决沥青卷材铺设过程中热熔工法的弊端;
4、降低能源消耗,减少施工过程中产生烟气对环境的污染。
为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案:
一种改性沥青防水卷材,所述的防水卷材包括上表面层、改性沥青层、芯层、玻纤网格布、自粘层、隔离膜。
以下是对上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述的改性沥青层包括以下原料组分:基质沥青、改性剂、软化油、增强剂、再生环氧树脂粉末、无机填料、弹性颗粒。
所述的改性沥青层的各原料组分,以重量份计,含量为:基质沥青45~70份、改性剂2~15份、软化油2~18份、增强剂2~15份、再生环氧树脂粉末4~10份、无机填料15~30份、弹性颗粒4-10份。
所述的自粘层包括以下原料组分:基质沥青、改性剂、SBR橡胶、SIS热塑性橡胶、再生环氧树脂粉末、弹性颗粒、橡胶油、增粘树脂、滑石粉。
所述的自粘层的各原料组分,以重量份计,含量为:基质沥青35~60份、改性剂3~8份、SBR橡胶1~5份、SIS热塑性橡胶0.5~5份、再生环氧树脂粉末1~8份、弹性颗粒5~10份、橡胶油5~15份、增粘树脂1~5份、滑石粉10~30份。

一种改性沥青防水卷材的施工工艺,包括清扫基层、涂刷基层处理剂、弹线、铺贴卷材、长边搭接、短边搭接步骤;
所述的涂刷基层处理剂:在干燥的基层上涂刷基层处理剂,基层处理剂每平米用量为0.2~0.5公斤;
所述长边搭接:相邻两幅卷材搭接部分要完全对齐,使搭接结构相配合;揭除搭接部位相应的隔离膜,粘结牢固; 所述短边搭接:自粘层下表面与被搭接卷材的上表面,直接粘接在一起,粘结牢固。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明沥青卷材拉伸强度为1100~1200N/50mm,与现有技术的800~900N/50mm相比,增加25%以上;
2、本发明改性沥青卷材的最大拉力时延伸率为58~61,耐热性可达78~89℃,卷材-卷材剥离强度为2.0N/mm,持粘性为60min;
3、本发明沥青卷材,在施工后,防水层整体更平整,渗漏率可减少5%以上,整体性更强;
4、避免了沥青卷材施工过程中的火灾隐患,避免了现有的沥青卷材铺设过程中必须采用热熔工法的弊端,实现了卷材施工过程火灾零隐患;
5、成本低,能源消耗少,铺设每平方米沥青卷材,可节省0.3升(220g)以上93号汽油的能量;
6、本发明沥青卷材在施工过程中无烟气污染,铺设每平方米沥青卷材,可减少二氧化碳的排放量约700g;按照每年国内5亿平方米的沥青卷材施工面积计算,每年可减少二氧化碳排放量在35000万吨以上,相当于7000万辆(每年行驶1万公里)汽车的年总排放量。
本产品由于采用了自粘技术、阶梯型搭接边,解决了以往沥青卷材铺设过程中必须采用热熔工法的弊端,减少了能源消耗、减少了环境污染,避免了火灾隐患,提高了防水层的整体性,减少了防水层渗漏现象的发生。

具体实施方式
实施例1 一种改性沥青防水卷材
所述的改性沥青防水卷材:包括上表面层、改性沥青层、芯层、玻纤网格布、自粘层、隔离膜;
所述的改性沥青防水卷材的原料包括:沥青、SBS或APP改性剂、软化油、填充料、聚酯胎、网格布、PE膜。
1、改性沥青层的配方,按重量份计:
基质沥青45份、改性剂2份、软化油2份、增强剂2份、再生环氧树脂粉末4份、无机填料15份、弹性颗粒4份;
所述的基质沥青为:70号沥青;
所述的软化油为:减二线油;
所述的改性剂:为SBS弹性体;
所述的增强剂:为硅灰石针状晶体纤维,粒度为100~500目,平均长径比5~15;
所述的再生环氧树脂粉末:细度要求:80~325目;
所述的无机填料为:80~200目的滑石粉;
所述的弹性颗粒:为40~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
2、自粘层配方,按重量份计:
基质沥青35份、改性剂3份、SBR橡胶1份、SIS热塑性橡胶0.5份、再生环氧树脂粉末1份、弹性颗粒5份、橡胶油5份、增粘树脂1份、滑石粉10份;
所述的基质沥青为:70号沥青;
所述的改性剂:为SBS弹性体;
所述的橡胶油:为环烷油;
所述的增粘树脂:C5石油树脂;
所述的弹性颗粒:为60~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
3、上表面层:为PE膜;
4、芯层:为聚酯胎;
5、隔离膜:为PE材质。
本发明改性沥青卷材机械强度高,耐老化。
实施例2 一种改性沥青防水卷材
所述的改性沥青防水卷材:包括上表面层、改性沥青层、芯层、玻纤网格布、自粘层、隔离膜;
1、改性沥青层的配方,按重量份计:
基质沥青55份、改性剂8份、软化油12份、增强剂10份、再生环氧树脂粉末6份、无机填料22份、弹性颗粒6份;
所述的基质沥青为:90号沥青;
所述的软化油为:为机油;
所述的改性剂:为APP塑性体;
所述的增强剂:为硫酸钙针状纤维,粒度为100~500目,平均长径比5~15;
所述的再生环氧树脂粉末:细度要求:80~325目;
所述的无机填料为:80~200目的滑石粉;
所述的弹性颗粒:为40~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
2、自粘层配方,按重量份计:
基质沥青50份、改性剂5份、SBR橡胶3份、SIS热塑性橡胶3份、再生环氧树脂粉末5份、弹性颗粒7.5份、橡胶油11份、增粘树脂3份、滑石粉20份;
所述的基质沥青为:90号沥青;
所述的改性剂:为SBS弹性体;
所述的橡胶油:为芳烃油;
所述的增粘树脂:C5石油树脂;
所述的弹性颗粒:为60~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
3、上表面层:为PET膜;
4、芯层:为玻纤胎;
5 、隔离膜:为PET材质。
实施例3 一种改性沥青防水卷材
所述的改性沥青防水卷材:包括上表面层、改性沥青层、芯层、玻纤网格布、自粘层、隔离膜;
1、改性沥青层的配方,按重量份计:
基质沥青70份、改性剂15份、软化油18份、增强剂15份、再生环氧树脂粉末10份、无机填料30份、弹性颗粒10份;
所述的基质沥青为: 100号沥青;
所述的软化油为:减二线油;
所述的改性剂:为SBS弹性体;
所述的增强剂:为硅灰石针状晶体纤维粒度为100~500目,平均长径比5~15;
所述的再生环氧树脂粉末:细度要求:80~325目;
所述的无机填料为:80~200目的滑石粉;
所述的弹性颗粒:为40~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
2、自粘层配方,按重量份计:
基质沥青60份、改性剂8份、SBR橡胶5份、SIS热塑性橡胶5份、再生环氧树脂粉末8份、弹性颗粒10份、橡胶油15份、增粘树脂5份、滑石粉30份;
所述的基质沥青为: 100号沥青;
所述的改性剂:为SBS弹性体;
所述的橡胶油:为芳烃油;
所述的增粘树脂:C5石油树脂;
所述的弹性颗粒:为60~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
3、上表面层:为黄沙或片岩;
4、芯层:为复合铜胎基;
5、隔离膜:为PET材质。
实施例4 一种改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法
步骤1、混料
按照配方称取改性沥青层的原料及自粘层的原料;
按照以下方法分别进行混料:
(1)改性沥青层的原料混合:首先加入基质沥青、软化油,充分搅拌并加热至170~185℃后,加入改性剂、弹性颗粒、再生环氧树脂粉末,混合30~60分钟后,加入增强剂、无机填料,搅拌30~120分钟,待用;
(2)自粘层的原料混合:首先加入基质沥青、橡胶油,充分搅拌混合并加热至175~180℃,然后依次加入改性剂、SBR橡胶、SIS橡胶、弹性颗粒5~10份、增粘树脂1~5份,充分搅拌混合1~3小时,最后加入环氧树脂粉末、滑石粉后搅拌30~120分钟以上,待用;
步骤2、插入芯层
将混合好的改性沥青混合料输送至涂油池,
将芯层使用牵引装置牵引前进,牵引速度为5~25m/min,同时,将芯层通过导向辊压入涂油池液态沥青混合料液面下,使芯层的上下表面均匀涂覆改性沥青混合料;芯层两侧涂覆改性沥青混合料的厚度均为1~2.5mm。
步骤3、抽出卷材
在牵引装置的牵引下,将卷材从涂油池中抽出;
抽出后,卷材上表面覆盖一层上表面材料;所述的覆盖是通过覆膜装置完成的;
同时卷材下表面错位复合一层网格布;所述复合是通过覆膜装置完成的。
步骤4、反转
完成步骤3后,在牵引装置牵引下,将卷材马上进入冷却装置进行冷却;所述冷却装置为循环冷水槽,水温通过制冷装置控制在5~20℃;
上述材料完成冷却后,通过导向辊,使得上述材料的网格布面由朝下翻转为朝向上方。
步骤5、涂覆自粘层
使用涂覆装置,将自粘层混合料均匀涂覆在网格布面的卷材上,
并马上用隔离层材料覆盖自粘层的裸露表面。自粘层与改性沥青层相接面的两端错开,形成搭接结构;所述的搭接结构宽度为50~100mm。
步骤6、冷却
涂覆表面隔离材料后,通过牵引装置, 使卷材进入冷却装置进行充分冷却;所述的冷却装置为循环冷水槽,水温通过制冷装置控制在5~15℃,经过冷却后,产品的表面温度为10~20℃。
步骤7、制得成品
半成品进入卷取、切割、包装装置,包装为成品。
实施例5 一种改性沥青防水卷材的结构
如附图1 所示,本发明产品的结构为:
产品上表面层为PE膜或PET膜或黄沙层或片岩层;
上表面层下面为第一改性沥青层,其厚度为1~2.5mm;
第一改性沥青层下面为聚酯胎或玻纤胎等材质的芯层;
芯层下面为第二改性沥青层,其厚度为1~2.5mm;
第二改性沥青层下面与网格布层粘接,
网格布层下方与自粘层粘接为一体;
自粘层下表面覆盖隔离膜,
自粘层上表面与沥青层不重合的部分,覆盖隔离膜;
自粘层和改性沥青层相接面错开,错开处形成搭接结构,所述的搭接结构宽50~100mm。
能够是防水层整体更平整,整体性更强。
实施例6 一种改性沥青防水卷材的施工方法
1、清扫基层 将需要作防水处理的基层表面,彻底清扫干净,去除杂物。2、涂刷基层处理剂 在干燥的基层上涂刷基层处理剂,不重刷、漏刷、不堆积,基层处理剂每平米用量为0.2~0.5公斤。
3、弹线 按施工现场情况弹好基线。4、铺贴卷材 施工时,三人一组配合施工,滚铺卷材时,排出卷材下面的空气,使之平展,不得皱折,边铺边揭除相应隔离膜,铺设速度的控制以能够使卷材平整、均匀的粘贴在基层表面为宜;
将卷材压实,使之与基面充分粘接。
5、长边搭接
相邻两幅卷材搭接部分要完全对齐,使搭接部分的搭接结构相配合;
揭除搭接结构的相应的隔离膜,用专用辊压实,粘结牢固。当环境温度低于10℃时,可采用电热热风装置,对搭接部分进行加热后,对齐搭接部位,用专用辊压实,粘接牢固。
6、短边搭接
自粘层下表面与被搭接卷材的上表面,直接粘接在一起,搭接宽度按照工程技术要求设定。
搭接部位用专用辊压实,粘结牢固。
当环境温度低于10℃时,可采用电热热风装置对搭接部位的上下搭接面进行加热,以使搭接部位粘接良好。
本发明改性沥青卷材的技术指标检测结果见表1;

由表1可见,本发明改性沥青卷材的拉伸强度为1100~1200N/50mm,最大拉力时延伸率为58~61,耐热性可达78~89℃,卷材-卷材剥离强度为2.0N/mm,持粘性为60min。

Claims (9)

1.一种改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水卷材包括:
上表面层、改性沥青层、芯层、网格布、自粘层和隔离膜;
所述改性沥青层的厚度为1~2.5mm;
所述自粘层和改性沥青层相接面错开,错开处形成搭接结构,所述的搭接结构宽为50~100mm;
所述上表面层:上表面材料为PE膜或PET膜或黄沙或片岩;
所述芯层:为聚酯胎或玻纤胎或复合铜胎基;
所述隔离膜:为PE或PET材质;
所述的改性沥青层包括以下原料组分:基质沥青、改性剂、软化油、增强剂、再生环氧树脂粉末、无机填料、弹性颗粒;
所述的自粘层包括以下原料组分:基质沥青、改性剂、SBR橡胶、SIS热塑性橡胶、再生环氧树脂粉末、弹性颗粒、橡胶油、增粘树脂、滑石粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:
所述的改性沥青层,以重量份计,包括以下含量的原料组分:基质沥青45~70份、改性剂2~15份、软化油2~18份、增强剂2~15份、再生环氧树脂粉末4~10份、无机填料15~30份、弹性颗粒4-10份;
所述的自粘层,以重量份计,包括以下含量的原料组分:基质沥青35~60份、改性剂3~8份、SBR橡胶1~5份、SIS热塑性橡胶0.5~5份、再生环氧树脂粉末1~8份、弹性颗粒5~10份、橡胶油5~15份、增粘树脂1~5份、滑石粉10~30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:
所述的增强剂:为硅灰石针状晶体纤维或硫酸钙针状纤维,粒度为100~500目,平均长径比5~15;
所述改性沥青层的再生环氧树脂粉末:细度为80~325目;
所述的无机填料:为80~200目的滑石粉;
所述改性沥青层的弹性颗粒:为40~150目的丁基胶颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材,其特征在于:
所述自粘层的基质沥青为:70~100号沥青;
所述的增粘树脂:C5石油树脂;
所述自粘层的弹性颗粒:为60~150目的丁基胶颗粒;
所述自粘层的改性剂为SBS弹性体;
所述自粘层的的橡胶油为芳烃油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材的施工工艺,其特征在于:所述防水卷材的施工工艺包括涂刷基层处理剂步骤;所述的涂刷基层处理剂:在干燥的基层上涂刷基层处理剂,基层处理剂每平米用量为0.2~0.5公斤。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括涂覆自粘层步骤;所述的涂覆自粘层:将自粘层混合料均匀涂覆在网格布面的卷材上,并用隔离层材料覆盖自粘层的裸露表面;自粘层与改性沥青层相接面的两端错开,形成搭接结构;所述的搭接结构宽度为50~100mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法还包括冷却步骤;所述的冷却:使卷材进入冷却装置进行充分冷却;所述的冷却装置为循环冷水槽,水温通过制冷装置控制在5~15℃,经过冷却后,产品的表面温度为10~20℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法还包括自粘层的原料混合步骤;所述的自粘层的原料混合:首先加入基质沥青、橡胶油,充分搅拌混合并加热至175~180℃,然后依次加入改性剂、SBR橡胶、SIS橡胶、弹性颗粒5~10份、增粘树脂1~5份,充分搅拌混合1~3小时,最后加入环氧树脂粉末、滑石粉后搅拌。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性沥青防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法还包括改性沥青层的原料混合步骤;所述改性沥青层的原料混合:首先加入基质沥青、软化油,充分搅拌并加热至170~185℃后,加入改性剂、弹性颗粒、再生环氧树脂粉末,混合30~60分钟后,加入增强剂、无机填料,搅拌。
