本发明公开了一种粉末涂料挤出机,包括上盖板,冷却装置,箱体,检查门,支架,涂料挤出装置,控制仪,抽风机,气包,电磁脉冲阀,喷吹管,所述箱体设有上箱体,所述上箱体与上盖板可拆卸相连;所述电磁脉冲阀在箱体的一侧;所述抽风机在设置在所述箱体内部一侧;所述控制仪设置在箱体的外部一侧;所述检查门设置在所述箱体异于所述控制仪的外部一侧,该种带冷却装置的热固粉末涂料挤出机结构简单,可以有效的吸收工作中产生的热量,有效清除在送料段黏着在壁上的热固性粉末,以使得热固性粉末充分混合,提高使用率。

粉末涂料挤出机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热固粉末涂料挤出机,特别涉及粉末涂料挤出机。
背景技术
热固性粉末涂料是指以热固性树脂作为成膜物质,加入起交联反应的固化剂经加热后能形成不溶不熔的质地坚硬涂层。温度再高该涂层也不会像热塑性涂层那样软化,而只能发生分解。由于热固性粉末涂料所采用的树脂为聚合度较低的预聚物,分子量较低,所以涂层的流平性较好,具有较好的装饰性,而且低分子量的预聚物经固化后,能形成网状交联的大分子,因而涂层具有较好防腐性和机械性能。故热固性粉末涂料发展尤为迅速。
挤出机是制造此类涂料的关键设备之一,由于其产量高,混炼效果好,配料在机内停留时间短等优点,目前国内外企业采用较多。该设备中最关键的零件是一对同向旋转且互相啮合揩擦的复合螺杆,此螺杆的截面形状由一端向另一端分段变化,顺次为带有传动结构(如平键、花键和离合器等)的传动轴颈段----即连接部,可带动螺杆转动;带有较大螺距的狭带式螺纹的送料段----可将已预混合的配料向机内推进;由若干厚度相等,截面形状相同,但配置方向不同的捏合块(凸轮)摞合而成的混炼段----可对运行到该部位已被加热熔融的配料进行强烈剪切和揉搓,以使配料均匀混合,结成不可分离的粒子,以及带有较小螺距的狭带式螺纹构成的挤出段----可将混炼段推过来的体积已减小的熔融配料挤出机外,其中送料段、混炼段和挤出段的外圈最大回转直径相同,各段齿形可分别与配偶螺杆相应段啮合揩擦。由于该螺杆结构复杂,精度要求高,制造困难,经常采用的方法是采用积木方法制造,即将二段螺距不同的螺纹套及若干捏合块按要求方位 用芯轴穿起来,用键加以定位并传动。在使用过程中,热固性粉末涂料在送料段可能存在粘壁现象,使得热固性粉末涂料不能充分使用,在使用过后的清洗也存在困难;因此设想提供一种新结构来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决一种粉末涂料挤出机在送料段出现的粉末涂料粘壁问题,通过把粉末涂料挤出机安装在一个有电磁脉冲阀的箱体内解决。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:粉末涂料挤出机,包括上盖板,冷却装置,箱体,检查门,支架,涂料挤出装置,控制仪,抽风机,气包,电磁脉冲阀,喷吹管,所述箱体设有上箱体,所述上箱体与上盖板可拆卸相连;所述电磁脉冲阀在箱体的一侧;所述抽风机在设置在所述箱体内部一侧;所述控制仪设置在箱体的外部一侧;所述检查门设置在所述箱体异于所述控制仪的外部一侧,所述支架的上端与所述箱体下端固定相连,所述涂料挤出装置设置在所述箱体内,所述电磁脉冲阀的输入端与所述气包相连,输出端与所述喷吹管相连,所述喷吹管设置在所述箱体内,且所述喷吹管上设置有文氏管。
进一步地,所述冷却装置的包括进水口和出水口,所述进水口与所述出水口之间由水管相连。
进一步地,所述涂料挤出装置自上而下依次是连接部、送料段,混炼段和挤出段,所述挤出段的底部设置有涂料挤出口。
进一步地,所述文氏管的数目设置有多个,且每个所述文氏管均与所述喷吹管的内部相导通。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该种带冷却装置的热固粉末涂料挤出机结构简单,可以有效的吸收工作中产生的热量,有效清除在送料段黏着在壁上的热固性粉末,以使得热固性粉末充分混合,提高使用率。

为使本发明 实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:粉末涂料挤出机,包括上盖板1,冷却装置3,箱体4,检查门5,支架6,涂料挤出装置7,控制仪8,抽风机9,气包10,电磁脉冲阀11,喷吹管12,所述箱体4设有上箱体2,所述上箱体2与上盖板1可拆卸相连;所述电磁脉冲阀11在箱体4的一侧;所述抽风机9在设置在所述箱体内部4一侧;所述控制仪8设置在箱体4的外部一侧;所述检查门5设置在所述箱体4异于所述控制仪8的外部一侧,所述支架6的上端与所述箱体4下端固定相连,所述涂料挤出装置7设置在所述箱体4内,所述电磁脉冲阀11的输入端与所述气包10相连,输出端与所述喷吹管12相连,所述喷吹管12设置在所述箱体4内,且所述喷吹管12上设置有文氏管13。
进一步地,所述冷却装置3的包括进水口14和出水口16,所述进水口14与所述出水口16之间由水管15相连,在加工物料时,采用水冷却方式,向进水口内接入冷水,然后通过水管从出水口流出,达到冷却的目的。
进一步地,所述涂料挤出装置7自上而下依次是连接部17、送料段18,混炼段19和挤出段20,所述挤出段20的底部设置有涂料挤出口21,通过连接部17、送料段18,混炼段19和挤出段20作用能够实现对热固性粉末涂料的挤出,最后从涂料挤出口21出来,完成物料加工。
进一步地,所述文氏管13的数目设置有多个,且每个所述文氏管13均与所述喷吹管12的内部相导通,气包内的高压气体通过电磁脉冲阀11进入到喷吹管12内,最后经文氏管13吹入到箱体4内,能够有效地去除涂料挤出装置7上的粉尘。
工作原理:使用时,首先通过控制仪8操控机器开关,在使用前将水从进水口14引入,水会经过水管15流经涂料挤出装置7,最后从16出水口将水排出,在机器运作过程中,冷却装置3一直保持水循环,有效吸收热量;当工作时间较长,无法达到较好的制冷效果时可以打开抽风机9,与冷却装置3同时工作;当打开开关之后,打开上箱体2上的上盖板1,向箱体4内加入物料,涂料挤出装置7开始工作,带有传动结构的连接部17带动螺杆转动,送料段18将已预混合的配料向机内推进;混炼段19对运行到该部位已被加热熔融的配料进行强烈剪切和揉搓,挤出段20将混炼段19推过来的体积已减小的熔融配料挤出机外,最后涂料从涂料挤出口21挤出;在涂料挤出装置7工作的过程中电磁脉冲阀11打开,气包10内的高压气体就会通过电磁脉冲阀11到喷吹管12,最后通过文氏管13向粉末涂料挤压机内喷洒气体,以清除黏着在送料段的热固性粉末;当检查机器是否出现故障时可以打开检查门5进行检查。

1.粉末涂料挤出机,包括上盖板(1),冷却装置(3),箱体(4),检查门(5),支架(6),涂料挤出装置(7),控制仪(8),抽风机(9),气包(10),电磁脉冲阀(11),喷吹管(12),其特征在于:所述箱体(4)设有上箱体(2),所述上箱体(2)与上盖板(1)可拆卸相连;所述电磁脉冲阀(11)在箱体(4)的一侧;所述抽风机(9)在设置在所述箱体内部(4)一侧;所述控制仪(8)设置在箱体(4)的外部一侧;所述检查门(5)设置在所述箱体(4)异于所述控制仪(8)的外部一侧,所述支架(6)的上端与所述箱体(4)下端固定相连,所述涂料挤出装置(7)设置在所述箱体(4)内,所述电磁脉冲阀(11)的输入端与所述气包(10)相连,输出端与所述喷吹管(12)相连,所述喷吹管(12)设置在所述箱体(4)内,且所述喷吹管(12)上设置有文氏管(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉末涂料挤出机,其特征在于:所述冷却装置(3)的包括进水口(14)和出水口(16),所述进水口(14)与所述出水口(16)之间由水管(15)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉末涂料挤出机,其特征在于:所述涂料挤出装置(7)自上而下依次是连接部(17)、送料段(18),混炼段(19)和挤出段(20),所述挤出段(20)的底部设置有涂料挤出口(21)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粉末涂料挤出机,其特征在于:所述文氏管(13)的数目设置有多个,且每个所述文氏管(13)均与所述喷吹管(12)的内部相导通。
