Abstract
本发明提供了一种箱式密封押出机,包括机座以及设置在机座上方的押出机机身,螺旋杆押出机机身管体内设置有螺旋杆,螺旋杆前端固定有内置高温熔塑装置的押出机模头,所述的押出机机身通过滚轮与基座连接,押出机机身带动押出机模头沿基座上表面滑动;所述的基座上固定有密封仓,密封仓上开有押出机模头入口。本发明不工作时押出机摸头置于密封仓外,工作时置于密封仓内,减少押出过程中热量的散逸,并能对加工过程进行温度调控。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆加工设备领域,具体是一种箱式密封押出机。
背景技术
押出机,又叫挤出机,是一种主要用于电源线、电力电缆、同轴电缆、通讯电缆、传输电缆、BV 类民用线、电子线、电脑线、建筑线、数据通讯电缆、射频线、HDMI数据线、各类高温硅胶电缆、铁氟龙、同轴线、网络电缆、光纤、皮线光缆等电线电缆的芯线挤出的电线电缆设备。
传统的押出机模头是将高温熔塑装置设置在模头外,目前也有技术将高温熔塑装置设置在押出机模头内,从而提高样高温利用率不大。但是整个押出过程依然是在开放环境进行,大量热量散逸到空气中,浪费电能,并且不方便对温度进行调控。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种箱式密封押出机,不工作时押出机摸头置于密封仓外,工作时置于密封仓内,减少押出过程中热量的散逸,并能对加工过程进行温度调控。
本发明包括机座以及设置在机座上方的押出机机身,螺旋杆押出机机身管体内设置有螺旋杆,螺旋杆前端固定有内置高温熔塑装置的押出机模头,所述的押出机机身通过滚轮与基座连接,押出机机身带动押出机模头沿基座上表面滑动;所述的基座上固定有密封仓,密封仓上开有押出机模头入口。
进一步改进,所述的密封仓内设置有温度控制装置,方便对押出过程进行温度调控。
本发明有益效果在于:不工作时押出机摸头置于密封仓外,工作时置于密封仓内,减少押出过程中热量的散逸,并能对加工过程进行温度调控。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明结构如图1所示,包括机座1以及设置在机座1上方的押出机机身3,螺旋杆4押出机机身3管体内设置有螺旋杆4,螺旋杆4前端固定有内置高温熔塑装置的押出机模头2,其特征在于:所述的押出机机身3通过滚轮6与基座1连接,押出机机身3带动押出机模头2沿基座1上表面滑动;所述的基座1上固定有密封仓5,密封仓5上开有押出机模头2入口。
进一步改进,所述的密封仓5内设置有温度控制装置,方便对押出过程进行温度调控。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种箱式密封押出机,包括机座(1)以及设置在机座(1)上方的押出机机身(3),螺旋杆(4)押出机机身(3)管体内设置有螺旋杆(4),螺旋杆(4)前端固定有内置高温熔塑装置的押出机模头(2),其特征在于:所述的押出机机身(3)通过滚轮(6)与基座(1)连接,押出机机身(3)带动押出机模头(2)沿基座(1)上表面滑动;所述的基座(1)上固定有密封仓(5),密封仓(5)上开有押出机模头(2)入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的箱式密封押出机,其特征在于:所述的密封仓(5)内设置有温度控制装置。
