Abstract
沙棘祛斑美白酵素属于高端功能食品或保健食品,尤以尤以青藏高原天然无污染优质两用植物沙棘等原料,该产品活血化瘀、通便、等功效。具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、清肠排毒、解毒、保肝护肺、消除黄褐斑、色素斑、雀斑、黑斑、妊娠斑、老年斑、排毒养颜、延缓皮肤衰老、防晒、抗辐射等作用。该产品制作工艺:清洗打浆、混合搅拌、酶解、均质杀菌、接种发酵、微波干燥、粉碎、检验包装。
Description
一、技术领域:本发明属于高端功能食品或保健食品。尤以青藏高原天然无污染优质两用植物沙棘等原料,采取现代先进生物发酵技术加工而成的功能食品或保健品。
二、背景技术:该发明以沙棘等原料,制成的功能食品或保健食品,该产品活血化瘀、通便等功效。具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、清肠排毒、解毒、保肝护肺、消除黄褐斑、色素斑、雀斑、黑斑、妊娠斑、老年斑、排毒养颜、延缓皮肤衰老、防晒、抗辐射等作用。目前市场上还没有本产品出现,创新研发该产品可为给所有爱美女士提供一种沙棘祛斑美白优质新产品。该产品为酵素粉剂,属纯天然、纯度高、吸收好、生物活性利用度高、无毒副作用、服用方便、功效明显。
三、发明内容:白皙靓丽的皮肤是每位女性梦寐以求的梦想。黄褐斑、色素斑是人体内脂质过氧化物和紫外线照射出现在皮肤表面的色素斑块。随着年龄的增长,人体新陈代谢减慢,色素斑逐年增加,抗氧化功能降低,脂质过氧化物沉积和自由基堆积,而产生更多的色素斑,创新研发该产品,能明显消除和抑制色素斑的生成,使皮肤保持白皙靓丽。
四、原料配方:沙棘40-80千克、蔷薇果20-50千克、蓝靛果30-60、熊果酸10-40千克为原料。
五、技术方案:
(一)、沙棘(Seahuckehorn),沙棘是生在青藏高原海拔3000米以上一种野生植物-沙棘果。由于青藏高原特殊的地理生态环境和气候条件,高寒缺氧,日照时间长,昼夜温差大,孕育疗具有特殊的生物活性物质含量丰富,是其他各地沙棘的上品,生活在青藏高原的藏民族视沙棘为“神仙果”,有极强的药用价值。在藏医巨著《四部医典》和《青藏药史》都有论述。沙棘为胡颓子科植物沙棘的果实。性温、味酸涩。具有祛痰止咳、消食化滞、活血散瘀的功效。用于消化不良、咳嗽多痰、瘀血闭经等。
现代医学研究认为,沙棘具有增强免疫力、恢复体力、消除疲劳、强精神、耐心肌缺血缺氧、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、防治动脉硬化、脑血栓、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗视力疲劳、抗癌有较好的预防和药理作用。
化学成分:沙棘含20多种氨基酸,不饱和脂肪酸、生物碱、黄酮、单糖类、多糖、白雀木醇、超氧化物歧化酶、甾醇类、三萜类、花青素、12种有机酸、维生素C、E、A、B1、B2、叶酸、胡萝卜素、钙、32种微量元素等200多种对人体有益的生物活性物质。被中外专家誉为“维生素的宝库”。
药理作用:1、提高免疫力:沙棘汁和沙棘油可增加免疫器官的重量,提高血清半数容血值抗体效价和再次抗原刺激抗体效价。促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能。沙棘黄酮的作用类似沙棘汁和沙棘油,并可使免疫功能低下的小鼠血抗体水平升高。
2、保护肝脏:沙棘籽油能减轻四氯化碳引起的小鼠肝损伤,对四氯化碳所致肝损伤小鼠丙二醛(MAD)和血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)的升高有明显的抑制作用,并能抑制扑热息痛所致肝脏的MDA增高,对抗受损肝脏谷胱甘肽(GSH)。另外,沙棘果汁可保护ccl4对乙酰氨基酚所致的肝损伤。
3、抗过敏:沙棘总黄酮腹腔注射能抑制小鼠的被动皮肤过敏反应,其抗过敏作用环节可能不在改善靶器官和细胞的反应,也不像扑尔敏药物等竞争靶细胞受体而发挥作用。可能与抑制抗原的结合或介质释放等因素有关。
4、抗氧化:研究显示,沙棘黄酮对活性氧具有明显清除能力。沙棘水煎剂给小鼠腹注或大鼠灌服可明显降低心肌等LPO提高SOD活性,还可阻断因体内物质过氧化产生的自由基,具有显著的抗氧化活性。据报道,沙棘中的胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素E等成分对淋巴细胞中的过氧化氢(H2O2)所引起的DNA损伤有保护作用。小鼠淋巴细胞DNA链断裂后,在细胞培养中加入胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素E,经培养后断裂链又重新连接。沙棘提取物作为高效的抗氧化剂,抑制氧化应激所引起的染色体畸变出现,提高受损DNA清除率,对染色体畸变DNA以及微核等遗传物质损伤的形成有抑制作用。
5、祛斑美白:沙棘有维生素C之王的美称,每百克含维生素C1200多毫克,是超级抗氧化物,具有抑制黑色素的作用。不仅能美白皮肤,还能提高肌肤的抗氧化能力,有效增白皮肤,消除黄褐班和雀斑。另外,维生素C还具有抗紫外线的作用,以防紫外线对皮肤的晒伤,而达到防晒的效果。同时,沙棘含有多种维生素、脂肪酸、微量元素、亚油酸、沙棘黄酮、超氧化物歧化酶等活性物质和人体所需的各种氨基酸,堪称是祛斑美白的极品水果。
(二)蔷薇果为蔷薇科树植物的果实,又称玫瑰果,含有丰富的多种营养成分,具有排毒养颜、调节生理机能、抗疲劳、通便利尿等功效。
生理功能:1、解毒排毒,研究表明,蔷薇果具有清理肠道和解毒排毒作用,能促进排便,有助于体内有害有毒物质及时清除和排出体外。蔷薇果含有丰富的维生素C,而维生素C被誉为万能解毒剂,可直接参与重金属解毒作用,有效预防铅、镉、汞、PM2.5等有害重金属对人体的毒害。
另外,蔷薇果还有利尿作用,有利于体内毒素的排泄。
2、美容养颜、祛斑:蔷薇果含有丰富的美容养颜营养成分,有很好的美容养颜、祛斑、抗皱、保湿等作用。
3、通便:蔷薇果含有丰富的膳食纤维,能促进大肠的蠕动,有利于肠道内容物的运动,增加排便次数,有利于粪便排出。
(三)蓝靛果(Lonicera edulis),为忍冬科落叶小灌木植物蓝靛果的成熟果实。蓝靛果含有丰富的多种营养成分,现代医学研究表明,蓝靛果具有增强免疫力、抗炎、抗病毒、清热解毒、保护视力、降血压、抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、延缓衰老、解肝脏毒、缓解放化疗不适症状,提高放化疗后白细胞数、美容养颜、祛斑美白、对心脑血管具有防治作用。
化学成分:蓝靛果含16种氨基酸,其中含9种人体必需氨基酸、碳水化合物、多元醇、有机酸、黄酮类、花青素、多种维生素和矿物质等成分。
药理作用:1、抗氧化:研究表明,蓝靛果果汁给大鼠灌服,具有很强的抗氧化活性,对氧自由基、超氧自由基、过氧化氢、羟基、单线态氧有显著清除氧自由基的能力,具有很好的抗氧化特性。
2、美白防晒:蓝靛果含有的黄酮类化合物是最有效的天然抗氧化剂,具有极强的清除自由基的能力,素有口服化妆品之称。研究证实,蓝靛果可抑制黑色素的生成,发挥祛斑美白的功效。皮肤黄褐斑、雀斑、晒斑等色斑均由黑色素沉着有关,其形成与酪氨酸酶活性异常有关。研究认为,蓝靛果能抑制酪氨酸酶活性和阻断酪氨酸酶的合成过程。能有效减少色素沉着。另外,蓝靛果还能抑制由紫外线照射引起的色素沉着,从而达到祛斑美白的作用。
3、保护肝脏:蓝靛果果汁灌胃对四氯化碳所致大鼠肝损伤有很好的保护作用,能明显降低血清谷丙转氨酶,同时,还能促进线粒体的恢复和再生,对肝脏损伤具有显著的保护作用。
另外,蓝靛果还具有清除自由基、抗炎抗菌等作用。
(四)熊果酸(ursolic acid),是广泛存在于自然界植物中的一种类黄酮化合物,可透过细胞膜发挥药理作用,具有明显的抗氧化清除自由基、祛斑美白、防晒、抗菌消炎、改善血液循环、抗肿瘤等广泛的生物学作用。
药理作用:1、抗氧化:熊果酸具有很好的抗氧化作用,能够抑制有机自由基和羟自由基的产生和细胞中NF-KBDNA结合活性因子及活性氧的产生,从而起到抗氧化效应。
2、抗紫外线照射:熊果酸能防止由紫外线照射引起的皮肤细胞脂质过氧化而导致的晒斑,因此,熊果酸具有抗紫外线的作用,也可作为防晒的天然原料。
3、祛斑美白:研究表明,熊果酸为酪氨酸酶抑制剂,它能迅速渗入肌肤,在不影响细胞增值浓度的同时,能有效抑制皮肤中的酪氨酸酶的活性,来阻断黑色素的形成,通过自身与酪氨酸酶直接结合,加速黑色素的分解排泄,从而减少皮肤色素沉积,祛除黄褐斑、色斑和雀斑,从而起到美白皮肤的作用。另外,熊果酸还具有杀菌、抗炎等作用。
综上所述,该产品活血化瘀、通便、等功效。具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、清肠排毒、解毒、保肝护肺、消除黄褐斑、色素斑、雀斑、黑斑、妊娠斑、老年斑、排毒养颜、延缓皮肤衰老、防晒、抗辐射等作用。
六、制作工艺:
1、清洗打浆:先将配方中的原料分别清洗干净,送入打浆机打成果浆。
2、混合搅拌:将各种原料果浆混合后,充分搅拌均匀。
3、酶解:将混合后的果浆加入1-5%的酶解。
4、均质杀菌:将过滤后的果浆加热到40-80度均质,又加热到80-120度杀菌5-20分钟。
5、接种发酵:将杀菌后的果浆添加1-5%的菌种,温度保持在20-30度发酵30-180天。
6、干燥:将发酵后的果浆送入微波干燥机进行干燥
7、粉碎:将干燥后果浆发酵物粉碎为80-100目粉末。此工序得水果酵素半成品。
8、检验包装:将水果酵素半成品检验合格,包装为成品。
七、质量标准:

八、具体实施方式:取沙棘40-80千克、蔷薇果20-50千克、蓝靛果30-60、熊果酸10-40千克为原料,经过将上述原料分别清洗干净,送入打浆机打制成果浆,并混合搅拌均匀,加入1-5%的酶解,加热到40-80度均质后又加热到80-120度杀菌5-20分钟添加1-5%的菌种,温度保持在20-30度发酵30-40天,送入微波干燥机,干燥1-2小时后粉碎为80-100目的粉末,经检验合格,包装为成品。

1.沙棘祛斑美白酵素制作工艺,其特征为:沙棘40-80千克、蔷薇果20-50千克、蓝靛果30-60、熊果酸10-40千克为原料,经过将上述原料分别清洗干净,送入打浆机打制成果浆,并混合搅拌均匀,加入1-5%的酶解,加热到40-80度均质后又加热到80-120度杀菌5-20分钟添加1-5%的菌种,温度保持在20-30度发酵30-40天,送入微波干燥机,干燥1-2小时后粉碎为80-100目的粉末,经检验合格,包装为成品。
