Abstract

本发明公开了一种高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,包括冷却塔,所述冷却塔包括若干散热管道,每个散热管道的两端相通,所有的散热管道横向排列,并且散热管道之间依次通过扩展管连通,其中,所述扩展管的两端相通并且分别插接在所要连接的两个散热管道的端部内。本发明通过采用扩展管以插接的方式将多个散热管道连通成为一个连续的冷却塔结构,可以实现自由串联散热管道,实现散热管道根据实际需要自由删减,可扩展性强,使用更灵活。

技术领域
本发明涉及散热技术领域,具体涉及一种高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统。
背景技术
目前商业高层建筑的冷却塔基本布置在离地面几十米至几百米的高空,高空的风速约增加20%以上,温度可下降10%以上。但是目前用于商业高层建筑的冷却塔可扩展性差,不能根据实际的需要对自由串联管道,调整冷却塔的管道数量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,冷却塔的管道数量可以根据实际需要增减,使用更加灵活,可扩展性强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,包括冷却塔,所述冷却塔包括若干散热管道,每个散热管道的两端相通,所有的散热管道横向排列,并且散热管道之间依次通过扩展管连通,其中,所述扩展管的两端相通并且分别插接在所要连接的两个散热管道的端部内。
进一步地,所述散热管道和扩展管均采用铝管。
进一步地,所述扩展管采用U型结构。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过采用扩展管以插接的方式将多个散热管道连通成为一个连续的冷却塔结构,可以实现自由串联散热管道,实现散热管道根据实际需要自由删减,可扩展性强,使用更灵活。另外,铝管是可回收材料,且铝材的回收成本通常可以达到当时市场价格的70%,采用铝管作为散热管道和扩展管能有效节约成本。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的范围并不限于本实施例。
如图1所示,一种高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,包括冷却塔,所述冷却塔包括若干散热管道1,每个散热管道1的两端相通,所有的散热管道1横向排列,并且散热管道1之间依次通过扩展管2连通,其中,所述扩展管2的两端相通并且分别插接在所要连接的两个散热管道1的端部内。
当需要增加散热管道时,采用新的扩展管,将其两端分别插入到原来最后一个散热管道和新增的散热管道的端部实现两者的即可,如果需要减少散热管道,则将连通原来最后一个散热管道和前一个散热管道的扩展管拔出即可。从第一个散热管道处进行增加或者减少散热管道也可。当利用所述冷却系统对冷却水进行散热的时候,高温的冷却水从第一个散热管道与外部相通的一端进入,然后在依次经过各个散热管道时和外界的空气进行热交换,从而实现冷却,温度降低,最后从最后一个散热管道与外部相通的一端流出。将所述冷却系统安装在高层建筑离地面几十米至几百米的高空,此时高空的风速约增加20%以上,温度可下降10%以上,从而增加主动散热能力,降低冷却塔负荷,减少水蒸发量,减少水质恶化状态。
进一步地,所述散热管道和扩展管均采用铝管。
进一步地,所述扩展管采用U型结构。

1.一种高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,包括冷却塔,其特征在于,所述冷却塔包括若干散热管道,每个散热管道的两端相通,所有的散热管道横向排列,并且散热管道之间依次通过扩展管连通,其中,所述扩展管的两端相通并且分别插接在所要连接的两个散热管道的端部内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,其特征在于,所述散热管道和扩展管均采用铝管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高层建筑可扩展节能风冷式冷却系统,其特征在于,所述扩展管采用U型结构。
