本实用新型涉及一种温室苗床底部加温装置,包括苗床、固定在苗床底部的支撑架、供暖主管路、回水主管路和安装在支撑架上并与供暖主管路和回水主管路连通的导热管,特征在于:所述导热管为带翼铝管,其带翼铝管折弯形成U形结构,其一端通过卡箍和胶管连通供暖主管路,另一端通过卡箍和胶管连通回水主管路。优点是:不仅可大幅度提高散热速度,增大了散热面积,使热能得到充分有效的利用,减少了热能的流失,而且还可大幅度降低温室苗床加温的投入,节约了温室苗床加温的整体运行成本。

本实用新型属于温室设施技术领域,特别是涉及一种温室苗床底部加温装置。
背景技术
目前,苗床的加温大多都是采用暖气管道加温方式,而一般的加热管道均是采用钢管结构,且钢管均是固定在温室苗床下,这样不仅大幅度的增加了苗床的承重载荷,架管或铺管的施工比较麻烦,提高了温室运行成本,而且钢管的散热面积较小,散热效果不理想,进而浪费了部分热能。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、加大散热面积且可提高散热效果的温室苗床底部加温装置。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
温室苗床底部加温装置,包括苗床、固定在苗床底部的支撑架、供暖主管路、回水主管路和安装在支撑架上并与供暖主管路和回水主管路连通的导热管,其特征在于:所述导热管为带翼铝管。
本实用新型还可以采用如下技术方案:
所述带翼铝管折弯形成U形结构,其一端通过卡箍和胶管连通供暖主管路,另一端通过卡箍和胶管连通回水主管路。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本实用新型采用上述技术方案,即通过散热性能好的带翼铝管传导热量,这样不仅可大幅度提高散热速度,增大了散热面积,使热能得到充分有效的利用,减少了热能的流失,而且还可大幅度降低温室苗床加温的投入,节约了温室苗床加温的整体运行成本。

请参阅图1-图3,温室苗床底部加温装置,包括苗床1和固定在苗床底部的支撑架2、供暖主管路6、回水主管路7和安装在支撑架上并分别与供暖主管路和回水主管路连通的导热管。所述导热管为带翼铝管3,所述带翼铝管3折弯形成U形结构并固定在支撑架的横梁2-1上,所述带翼铝管3一端通过卡箍4和胶管5连通供暖主管路6,另一端通过卡箍和胶管连通回水主管路7。
当给苗床加温时,热水就会从供暖主管路6经过胶管5流入带翼铝管3内,热量就会在流经带翼铝管时通过铝管和管翼传输出来,并将热量散发至苗床周围,使苗床附近的温度上升。本带翼铝管与钢管相比较,不仅可大幅度提高散热速度、散热面积和散热效率,使热能得到充分有效的利用,而且还可减少了能量的流失,大幅度降低温室苗床加温的投入,节约了温室苗床加温的整体运行成本。

1.一种温室苗床底部加温装置,包括苗床、固定在苗床底部的支撑架、供暖主管路、回水主管路和安装在支撑架上并与供暖主管路和回水主管路连通的导热管,其特征在于:所述导热管为带翼铝管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温室苗床底部加温装置,其特征在于:所述带翼铝管折弯形成U形结构,其一端通过卡箍和胶管连通供暖主管路,另一端通过卡箍和胶管连通回水主管路。
