本发明涉及一种氩气常压置换系统,包括为作业舱提供气源的氩气供给系统,所述氩气供给系统包括依次相连的液氩储罐、汽化器、调压装置、流量监测装置、加热装置;所述作业舱设置有舱门和观察窗,作业舱的底部设有一与所述输出管道连接的进气口,进气口与出气分布装置连接,氩气通过出气分布装置将氩气均匀的输入至作业舱底部;在作业舱内、出气分布装置上端安装有作业平板,作业平板上设有通气口。本发明为一种有人环境下的氩气常压置换系统,该系统可有效保证作业舱内氩气浓度符合钛合金材料的焊接要求,同时解决了在有人环境下无法实现气体置换的问题,系统结构简单、可靠。

Description

氩气常压置换系统
技术领域
本发明涉及环境舱室的氩气常压置换系统。
背景技术
钛具有密度小、强度高、韧性好、耐腐蚀等优良性能,在航空、船舶等领域具有广泛的应用。钛是一种高活性金属,在高温下会与氧、氮等气体发生反应,在钛合金焊接中广泛存在氧、氮、氢和碳等元素引起的脆化问题,导致焊接零件塑性和韧性下降。因此在钛合金热处理、机加工和焊接等过程中应严格控制有害杂质含量,特别是氢、氧、氮、碳等元素的含量。
为解决上述问题,在实际工程应用中,对于小型的钛合金零件加工,采用局部气体保护或小型真空焊接箱等措施来保证其焊接加工质量。而对于大型复杂的钛合金零件,如船体、潜器大型构件、飞行器大型构件等进行良好的气体保护非常困难。通常将零件置于一个较大密闭舱中,然后对其进行抽真空和充氩气,实现舱内气体的置换,使舱内充满氩气,实现焊接材料与有害杂质气体的隔离。然而,对于有人操作的舱室,受身体条件的限制,无法实现有人工况下的抽真空作业。
发明内容
针对上述问题,为实现气体的有效置换,又不对操作人员身体产生伤害,本发明提出了一种在有人环境下的氩气常压置换系统。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种氩气常压置换系统,包括为作业舱提供气源的氩气供给系统,所述氩气供给系统包括依次相连的液氩储罐、汽化器、调压装置、流量监测装置、加热装置,所述液氩储罐与汽化器之间的连接管道上安装有截止阀,所述汽化器与调压装置之间的连接管道上安装有排气阀,经加热后的氩气通过输出管道与所述作业舱连接,所述输出管道上安装有温度检测装置及进气截止阀;
所述作业舱设置有舱门和观察窗,作业舱的底部设有一与所述输出管道连接的进气口,进气口与出气分布装置连接,氩气通过出气分布装置将氩气均匀的输入至作业舱底部;在作业舱内、出气分布装置上端安装有作业平板,作业平板上设有通气口;作业舱顶部有排气口和排气阀,侧面设置压力检测装置、安全阀和温度检测装置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述出气分布装置为一环形管道结构,管道上布置多个出气口,该出气分布装置可使管道内气体均匀从各出气口排出。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明为一种有人环境下的氩气常压置换系统,该系统可有效保证作业舱内氩气浓度符合钛合金材料的焊接要求,同时解决了在有人环境下无法实现气体置换的问题,系统结构简单、可靠。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的氩气常压置换系统,包括为作业舱2提供气源的氩气供给系统1,氩气供给系统1包括依次相连的液氩储罐101、汽化器103、调压装置105、流量监测装置106、加热装置107,液氩储罐101与汽化器103之间的连接管道上安装有截止阀102,汽化器103与调压装置105之间的连接管道上安装有排气阀104,经加热后的氩气通过输出管道与作业舱2连接,输出管道上安装有温度检测装置109及进气截止阀108。液氩储罐101内的液态氩经汽化器后输出气态氩气;调压装置105对输出氩气的压力进行调节,流量监测装置106实现氩气实时流量和累积流量的监测;为保持作业舱2内的舒适温度环境,系统设置了加热装置107,可对气化后的低温氩气进行加热,温度检测装置108实时监测氩气温度。
作业舱2为一封闭式结构,为便于进出和观察,作业舱2设置有舱门和观察窗,作业舱2的底部设有一与输出管道连接的进气口,进气口与出气分布装置201连接,氩气通过出气分布装置201将氩气均匀的输入至作业舱2底部;在作业舱2内、出气分布装置201上端安装有作业平板202,作业平板202上设有通气口,作业人员可在作业平板202上作业或等待置换完成;作业舱2顶部有排气口和排气阀205,侧面设置压力检测装置203、安全阀204、温度检测装置207及气体分析装置208,安全阀204限定舱内压力最高值,保护作业人员安全,压力检测装置203和温度检测装置207对舱内压力和温度进行实时监测。
出气分布装置201为一环形管道结构,管道上布置多个出气口,该出气分布装置201可使管道内气体均匀从各出气口排出。
所述常压置换过程为:氩气经出气分布装置201进入作业舱底部,排气阀205保持打开状态,舱内空气或混合气体从顶部排气阀205排出,气体分析装置3实时监测舱内氩气浓度,至舱内氩气浓度符合要求后关闭排气阀205、进气截止阀108和截止阀102。

1.一种氩气常压置换系统,其特征在于:包括为作业舱(2)提供气源的氩气供给系统(1),所述氩气供给系统(1)包括依次相连的液氩储罐(101)、汽化器(103)、调压装置(105)、流量监测装置(106)、加热装置(107),所述液氩储罐(101)与汽化器(103)之间的连接管道上安装有截止阀(102),所述汽化器(103)与调压装置(105)之间的连接管道上安装有排气阀(104),经加热后的氩气通过输出管道与所述作业舱(2)连接,所述输出管道上安装有温度检测装置(109)及进气截止阀(108);
所述作业舱(2)设置有舱门和观察窗,作业舱(2)的底部设有一与所述输出管道连接的进气口,进气口与出气分布装置(201)连接,氩气通过出气分布装置(201)将氩气均匀的输入至作业舱(2)底部;在作业舱(2)内、出气分布装置(201)上端安装有作业平板(202),作业平板(202)上设有通气口;作业舱(2)顶部有排气口和排气阀(205),侧面设置压力检测装置(203)、安全阀(204)和温度检测装置(207);所述出气分布装置(201)为一环形管道结构,管道上布置多个出气口,该出气分布装置(201)可使管道内气体均匀从各出气口排出。
