本发明涉及轮胎装配技术领域,具体涉及一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
轮胎是汽车行驶系中的重要部件,能起到支承车身、缓冲外界冲击的作用,实现与路面的接触并保证车辆的行驶性能。轮胎的装配过程,就是将各种车辆上的接地滚动圆环形弹性橡胶制品,在一定的压力和润滑条件下,安装在金属轮辋上。无论是原配轮胎或替换轮胎,虽然装配的操作简单,但是,装配质量对轮胎的寿命和车辆操纵性能影响很大,已经引起汽车企业的重视。
实心轮胎是与充气轮胎(空心轮胎)对应的一种轮胎,其胎体是实心的,不用帘线作骨架,不必充气,故不需内胎或气密层。为保证实心轮胎能顺利安装到位,减少与轮辋间的摩擦,安装时,轮胎的毂内和轮辋的外表面需喷、涂润滑剂,润滑剂通常用肥皂水、洗衣粉水等,但是肥皂水和洗衣粉水的针对性不强,因此需要一种实心轮胎的专用润滑剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂及其制备方法,具有优良的润滑性能,能使轮胎拆装变得顺畅,避免在操作时刮伤轮胎,保护轮胎,防止轮辋划伤变形。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,包括以下份计的原料:基础油90~100份、乳化石蜡70~80份、丙三醇55~65份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠45~50份、助剂40~45份、固体添加剂25~30份和去离子水75~95份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂2~10份、防锈剂2~8份、增稠剂2~8份、抗磨添加剂2~6份、分散剂2~4份、润湿剂1~3份和消泡剂1~3份。
优选地,包括以下份计的原料:基础油95份、乳化石蜡75份、丙三醇60份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠47份、助剂42份、固体添加剂27份和去离子水85份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂6份、防锈剂5份、增稠剂5份、抗磨添加剂4份、分散剂3份、润湿剂2份和消泡剂2份。
优选地,所述基础油为硅油和PAG油按照2~3:1的比例混合而成,所述硅油为二甲基硅油,所述二甲基硅油在25℃下的粘度为85000~130000mm2/s。
优选地,所述乳化石蜡的固含量为40~50%且pH值为7~9。
优选地,所述固体添加剂包括以下份计的原料:石墨10~15份、云母2~8份、滑石粉2~6份、二硫化钼1~3份和四氟乙烯1~2份。
优选地,所述阻燃剂包括以下份计的原料:二甲基乙醇胺2~4份、磷酸2~3份和氢氧化镁1~2份。

本发明还提供一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取基础油和乳化石蜡,投入反应釜内,控制压力为0.1~0.2MP,加热升温至100~120℃,以200~300r/min的转速充分搅拌20~30min;
(2)、按照配比称取丙三醇和月桂醇硫酸酯钠投入反应釜内,将压力设置为0.1MP,以300~400r/min的转速充分搅拌30~40min;
(3)、将反应釜内的温度升高至180~200℃进行高温复合炼制20~30min,然后降温至100℃时开釜盖加入剩余原料,以300~400r/min的转速继续搅拌10~20min,得到原料混合物;
(4)、待反应釜中原料混合物冷却降温后,研磨、脱气、过滤后得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:具有优良的润滑性能,能使轮胎拆装变得顺畅,避免在操作时刮伤轮胎,保护轮胎,防止轮辋划伤变形,具体如下:
(1)、本发明的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,形成的润滑膜无色、无碎裂和脱落现象,具有优良的润滑性能,能使轮胎拆装变得顺畅,避免在操作时刮伤轮胎,保护轮胎,防止轮辋划伤变形;另外,还可防止轮胎老化和轮辋氧化,与橡胶、轮辋油漆之间有较好地适应性能和保护性能,对于金属及橡胶无腐蚀作用,延长轮胎使用寿命长,能完全满足轮胎的装配要求;
(2)、本发明储存于阴凉干燥处即可,使用时,用毛刷或者喷涂的方式,均匀涂于轮胎与轮毂之间摩擦部位,原液使用,无需兑水,操作简单,省时、省力,环保清洁,另外,添加阻燃剂,使其具备防火性能,提高使用的安全性,杜绝了油性产品燃烧腐蚀产生的危险;
(3)、本发明中添加的月桂醇硫酸酯钠,由月桂醇经三氧化硫磺化后中和,喷粉制得,月桂醇硫酸酯钠属阴离子表面活性剂,易溶于水,与阴离子、非离子复配伍性好,具有良好的乳化,发泡、渗透、去污和分散性能,泡沫丰富,生物降解快;添加的丙三醇,具备增溶、润湿及保湿性能,从而防止橡胶龟裂,提高轮胎胎面抗裂性能;添加的乳化石蜡,抗酸、抗碱且水溶性强,具有较强的稳定性和分散性,添加后能够提高胎面的抗划伤性能、表面疏水性能、抗老化性能以及抗粘防污性能;
(4)、本发明中添加的助剂,各组分之间相容性好,可以同时增加润滑剂的附着力;其中,添加的硅酮改性合成物作为消泡剂,消泡能力强,表面张力低,化学稳定性好,有利于原料混合的稳定性;添加油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯、硼酸和苯并三氮唑中的一种或几种作为防锈剂,起到保护轮毂的作用,避免连接部位或者装配部件产生生锈和磨损,有效解决锈蚀和高温卡死(烧结)现象,持久性强,防止锈蚀,保持良好的润滑性能,抗水及酸碱性强,可以有效延长轮毂轴的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,包括以下份计的原料:基础油90份、乳化石蜡70份、丙三醇55份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠45份、助剂40份、固体添加剂25份和去离子水75份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂2份、防锈剂2份、增稠剂2份、抗磨添加剂2份、分散剂2份、润湿剂1份和消泡剂1份。
其中,所述基础油为硅油和PAG油按照2:1的比例混合而成,所述硅油为二甲基硅油,所述二甲基硅油在25℃下的粘度为85000mm2/s。
其中,所述乳化石蜡的固含量为40%且pH值为7。
其中,所述固体添加剂包括以下份计的原料:石墨10份、云母2份、滑石粉2份、二硫化钼1份和四氟乙烯1份。
其中,所述阻燃剂包括以下份计的原料:二甲基乙醇胺2份、磷酸2份和氢氧化镁1份。
其中,所述防锈剂为油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯,所述增稠剂为松香,所述抗磨添加剂为异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯。
其中,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠,所述润湿剂为烷芳基聚醚醇,所述消泡剂为硅酮改性合成物。
本实施例还提供一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取基础油和乳化石蜡,投入反应釜内,控制压力为0.1MP,加热升温至100℃,以200r/min的转速充分搅拌20min;
(2)、按照配比称取丙三醇和月桂醇硫酸酯钠投入反应釜内,将压力设置为0.1MP,以300r/min的转速充分搅拌30min;
(3)、将反应釜内的温度升高至180℃进行高温复合炼制20min,然后降温至100℃时开釜盖加入剩余原料,以300r/min的转速继续搅拌10min,得到原料混合物;
(4)、待反应釜中原料混合物冷却降温后,研磨、脱气、过滤后得到成品。
实施例2
一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,包括以下份计的原料:基础油100份、乳化石蜡80份、丙三醇65份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠50份、助剂45份、固体添加剂30份和去离子水95份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂10份、防锈剂8份、增稠剂8份、抗磨添加剂6份、分散剂4份、润湿剂3份和消泡剂3份。
其中,所述基础油为硅油和PAG油按照2~3:1的比例混合而成,所述硅油为二甲基硅油,所述二甲基硅油在25℃下的粘度为130000mm2/s。
其中,所述乳化石蜡的固含量为50%且pH值为9。
其中,所述固体添加剂包括以下份计的原料:石墨15份、云母8份、滑石粉6份、二硫化钼3份和四氟乙烯2份。
其中,所述阻燃剂包括以下份计的原料:二甲基乙醇胺4份、磷酸3份和氢氧化镁2份。
其中,所述防锈剂为硼酸,所述增稠剂为氢化松香树脂,所述抗磨添加剂为氯化石蜡。
其中,所述分散剂为脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,所述润湿剂为烷芳基聚醚醇,所述消泡剂为硅酮改性合成物。
本实施例还提供一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取基础油和乳化石蜡,投入反应釜内,控制压力为0.2MP,加热升温至120℃,以300r/min的转速充分搅拌30min;
(2)、按照配比称取丙三醇和月桂醇硫酸酯钠投入反应釜内,将压力设置为0.1MP,以400r/min的转速充分搅拌40min;
(3)、将反应釜内的温度升高至200℃进行高温复合炼制30min,然后降温至100℃时开釜盖加入剩余原料,以400r/min的转速继续搅拌20min,得到原料混合物;
(4)、待反应釜中原料混合物冷却降温后,研磨、脱气、过滤后得到成品。
实施例3
一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,包括以下份计的原料:基础油95份、乳化石蜡75份、丙三醇60份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠47份、助剂42份、固体添加剂27份和去离子水85份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂6份、防锈剂5份、增稠剂5份、抗磨添加剂4份、分散剂3份、润湿剂2份和消泡剂2份。
其中,所述基础油为硅油和PAG油按照2.5:1的比例混合而成,所述硅油为二甲基硅油,所述二甲基硅油在25℃下的粘度为100000mm2/s。
其中,所述乳化石蜡的固含量为45%且pH值为8。
其中,所述固体添加剂包括以下份计的原料:石墨12份、云母5份、滑石粉4份、二硫化钼2份和四氟乙烯1.5份。
其中,所述阻燃剂包括以下份计的原料:二甲基乙醇胺3份、磷酸2.5份和氢氧化镁1.5份。
其中,所述防锈剂为苯并三氮唑,所述增稠剂为松香,所述抗磨添加剂为亚磷酸二正丁酯。
其中,所述分散剂为脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,所述润湿剂为烷芳基聚醚醇,所述消泡剂为硅酮改性合成物。
本实施例还提供一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取基础油和乳化石蜡,投入反应釜内,控制压力为0.15MP,加热升温至110℃,以250r/min的转速充分搅拌25min;
(2)、按照配比称取丙三醇和月桂醇硫酸酯钠投入反应釜内,将压力设置为0.1MP,以350r/min的转速充分搅拌35min;
(3)、将反应釜内的温度升高至190℃进行高温复合炼制25min,然后降温至100℃时开釜盖加入剩余原料,以350r/min的转速继续搅拌15min,得到原料混合物;
(4)、待反应釜中原料混合物冷却降温后,研磨、脱气、过滤后得到成品。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,包括以下份计的原料:基础油90~100份、乳化石蜡70~80份、丙三醇55~65份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠45~50份、助剂40~45份、固体添加剂25~30份和去离子水75~95份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂2~10份、防锈剂2~8份、增稠剂2~8份、抗磨添加剂2~6份、分散剂2~4份、润湿剂1~3份和消泡剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,包括以下份计的原料:基础油95份、乳化石蜡75份、丙三醇60份、月桂醇硫酸酯钠47份、助剂42份、固体添加剂27份和去离子水85份;
所述助剂包括以下份计的原料:阻燃剂6份、防锈剂5份、增稠剂5份、抗磨添加剂4份、分散剂3份、润湿剂2份和消泡剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述基础油为硅油和PAG油按照2~3:1的比例混合而成,所述硅油为二甲基硅油,所述二甲基硅油在25℃下的粘度为85000~130000mm2/s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述乳化石蜡的固含量为40~50%且pH值为7~9。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述固体添加剂包括以下份计的原料:石墨10~15份、云母2~8份、滑石粉2~6份、二硫化钼1~3份和四氟乙烯1~2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂包括以下份计的原料:二甲基乙醇胺2~4份、磷酸2~3份和氢氧化镁1~2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯、硼酸和苯并三氮唑中的一种或几种,所述增稠剂为松香和氢化松香树脂一种或者两种,所述抗磨添加剂为异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯、氯化石蜡、硫化异丁烯、磷酸三甲酚酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、磷酸三苯酯、环烷酸铅中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠或者脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,所述润湿剂为烷芳基聚醚醇,所述消泡剂为硅酮改性合成物。
9.一种根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的用于轮胎装配的润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取基础油和乳化石蜡,投入反应釜内,控制压力为0.1~0.2MP,加热升温至100~120℃,以200~300r/min的转速充分搅拌20~30min;
(2)、按照配比称取丙三醇和月桂醇硫酸酯钠投入反应釜内,将压力设置为0.1MP,以300~400r/min的转速充分搅拌30~40min;
(3)、将反应釜内的温度升高至180~200℃进行高温复合炼制20~30min,然后降温至100℃时开釜盖加入剩余原料,以300~400r/min的转速继续搅拌10~20min,得到原料混合物;
(4)、待反应釜中原料混合物冷却降温后,研磨、脱气、过滤后得到成品。
