Abstract
本发明公开了压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,包括罐体,所述罐体的顶部设置有盖体,所述罐体的底部设置有出液口,所述罐体上设置有蒸汽入口,所述盖体上设置有液压气缸,所述液压气缸一端伸入罐体内,所述液压气缸伸入罐体内的一端设置有水平板,所述罐体内设置有过滤网。本发明通过设置由液压气缸控制的水平板,在滤液排出时对滤渣施加压力,提高滤液导出速率,同时,在罐体内部设置过滤网,对滤液进行过滤,将滤渣截留在过滤网上,避免滤渣堵塞出液口,本发明在水平板和多滤网的双重作用下,提高了滤液的导出速率。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物纤维爆破技术领域,具体涉及压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统。
背景技术
膳食纤维是当前国际上公认的一种功能性食品基料,被称为除了水、蛋白质、糖类、脂类、维生素、矿物质6大营养素之外的“第七营养素”,并被誉为21世纪食品工业中最受关注、具有特殊保健功能和食品改性作用的一种食品添加剂。膳食纤维可以作为一种有效的功能性保健食品预防多种疾病,并具有保水性、保油性、改进食品色泽及风味等特殊功效,能够改善人体消化吸收,增强人体排泄功能,促进人体的膳食结构平衡,阻碍人体对一些富营养的过多吸收,保持机能平衡,具有抗癌、降压、降血脂、减肥机预防各类结石等作用。
秸秆等农作物、水果、蔬菜中均含有膳食纤维,但是从水果、蔬菜中提取膳食纤维成本较高。而秸秆等农作物中不仅含有丰富的膳食纤维,而成制备成本也相对较低,所以采用秸秆制备膳食纤维是一种行业发展趋势,膳食纤维主要包括纤维素、半纤维素和木质素。
采用秸秆制备膳食纤维的工艺中,需要采用爆破设备对秸秆进行爆破处理。蒸汽爆破机是指利用高温蒸汽对密闭容器内的秸秆进行爆破处理,现有的蒸汽爆破机导致滤液导出速度慢的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,解决现有爆破装置滤液导出速度慢的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,包括罐体,所述罐体的顶部设置有盖体,所述罐体的底部设置有出液口,所述罐体上设置有蒸汽入口,所述盖体上设置有液压气缸,所述液压气缸一端伸入罐体内,所述液压气缸伸入罐体内的一端设置有水平板,所述罐体内设置有过滤网。
现有蒸汽爆破机滤液导出为在常压下,通过罐体底部的出液口导出,出液口容易被秸秆滤渣堵塞,导致滤液导出速度慢的问题。
本发明所述液压气缸为现有技术。
本发明的工作原理:当罐体内的秸秆在蒸汽爆破时,通过液压气缸将水平板移动至最上端,当秸秆爆破完成后,通过调节液压气缸,使水平板挤压罐体内的秸秆,秸秆中的滤液挤压出来,然后经过过滤网将滤液过滤后由出液口排出。
本发明通过设置由液压气缸控制的水平板,在滤液排出时对滤渣施加压力,提高滤液导出速率,同时,在罐体内部设置过滤网,对滤液进行过滤,将滤渣截留在过滤网上,避免滤渣堵塞出液口,本发明在水平板和多滤网的双重作用下,提高了滤液的导出速率,如此,本发明解决了现有爆破装置滤液导出速度慢的问题。
进一步地,蒸汽入口设置在罐体的底部。
将蒸汽入口设置在罐体的底部,蒸汽由下而上,有利于均匀的渗透到物料中,提高爆破效果。
进一步地,罐体的外侧设置有保温层。
述保温层的设置能够对罐体内部进行保温,保持蒸汽的温度,提高爆破效果。
进一步地,保温层为矿物棉。
所述矿物棉为现有技术,具有良好的保温效果。
进一步地,盖体上设置有排气管,所述排气管上设置有排气阀,所述排气管与二氧化碳吸收罐连通,所述二氧化碳吸收罐内设置有碱石灰。
所述排气管的设置能够将秸秆爆破时产生的二氧化碳导入到二氧化碳吸收罐中,然后二氧化碳被碱石灰吸收,避免直接将二氧化碳排放到大气中产生的大气污染。
进一步地,罐体内在过滤网下方设置有固定环,所述固定环上设置有向下凹陷的弧形过滤网。
所述弧形过滤网能够对滤液进行进一步过滤,提高过滤效果,并且,弧形过滤网能够更有效的截留滤渣。
进一步地,盖体上设置有通孔,所述液压气缸穿过通孔,所述液压气缸和通孔之间设置有环形密封垫。
所述环形密封垫可以是硅胶垫,所述环形密封垫的设置能够填充液压气缸与通孔之间的空隙,提高密封性。避免影响蒸汽爆破效果。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明通过设置由液压气缸控制的水平板,在滤液排出时对滤渣施加压力,提高滤液导出速率,同时,在罐体内部设置过滤网,对滤液进行过滤,将滤渣截留在过滤网上,避免滤渣堵塞出液口,本发明在水平板和多滤网的双重作用下,提高了滤液的导出速率。

如图1所示,压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,包括罐体1,所述罐体1的顶部设置有盖体2,所述罐体1的底部设置有出液口12,所述罐体1上设置有蒸汽入口11,所述盖体2上设置有液压气缸3,所述液压气缸3一端伸入罐体1内,所述液压气缸3伸入罐体1内的一端设置有水平板4,所述罐体1内设置有过滤网5。
实施例2:
如图1所示,本实施例基于实施例1,所述蒸汽入口11设置在罐体1的底部;所述罐体1的外侧设置有保温层7;所述保温层7为矿物棉。

如图1所示,本实施例基于实施例1,所述盖体2上设置有排气管8,所述排气管8上设置有排气阀9,所述排气管9与二氧化碳吸收罐连通,所述二氧化碳吸收罐内设置有碱石灰。

如图1所示,本实施例基于实施例1,所述罐体1内在过滤网5下方设置有固定环61,所述固定环61上设置有向下凹陷的弧形过滤网6。

如图1所示,本实施例基于实施例1,所述盖体2上设置有通孔,所述液压气缸3穿过通孔,所述液压气缸3和通孔之间设置有环形密封垫。

1.压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,其特征在于,包括罐体(1),所述罐体(1)的顶部设置有盖体(2),所述罐体(1)的底部设置有出液口(12),所述罐体(1)上设置有蒸汽入口(11),所述盖体(2)上设置有液压气缸(3),所述液压气缸(3)一端伸入罐体(1)内,所述液压气缸(3)伸入罐体(1)内的一端设置有水平板(4),所述罐体(1)内设置有过滤网(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,其特征在于,所述蒸汽入口(11)设置在罐体(1)的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,其特征在于,所述罐体(1)的外侧设置有保温层(7)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,其特征在于,所述保温层(7)为矿物棉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压力式导出滤液的秸秆爆破系统,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)上设置有排气管(8),所述排气管(8)上设置有排气阀(9),所述排气管(9)与二氧化碳吸收罐连通,所述二氧化碳吸收罐内设置有碱石灰。
