Abstract

加工带切槽的孔的钻孔装置使用带加大的钻头 头部的钻头和抽吸钻屑的抽吸装置。抽吸装置通过 钻杆上的轴向通孔抽吸钻孔积存的钻屑。为避免钻 孔孔口范围上的损坏和避免损坏钻孔装置,钻孔装置 的限深器有环形弹性缓冲件,该缓冲件支承在支承垫 上并连接到抽吸室外壳上。支承垫有凸弧形滑动 面。该凸弧形滑动面装在钻杆上形成的凸环凹弧形 端面上。

Description

本发明涉及一种加工带底部切槽的孔的钻孔装置。该钻孔装置有带轴向通孔的钻头,钻头头部和钻头的钻杆,钻头头部有自钻杆侧向凸出的侧切削刃,钻头的钻杆在距钻头头部一段距离处设有起转动支承作用的扩大部分并在距该扩大部分一段距离处设有环形的限深器,抽吸室外壳可转动地装在限深器上。
德国专利DE3835025公开了一种上述介绍的钻孔装置。使用该钻孔装置,在钻孔和扩出底部切槽的加工时所积存的钻屑可通过钻杆轴向通孔被抽出。已知的钻孔装置还设有起转动支承作用的扩大部分和限深器。一但限深器在砌筑物表面定位,利用该扩大部分作为转动点,钻头轴线向外转动直至钻杆的锥形部分与钻出的孔璧相接合。通过在向外转动这一位置的回转运动,在钻孔的底部扩出底部切槽。在已知的钻孔装置中,钻头和钻头夹头由螺纹相互连接,抽吸室外壳可转动地装在这两部分之间。与钻杆整体形成的凸环作为限深器,但是,在与墙璧表面接触时,限深器撞击墙壁表面并使钻出的孔口破损扩开。这一现象特别是在转动操作时会发生,因为钻头轴线被倾斜的状态使得凸环也偏向一边压在砌筑物表面上。除了使砌筑物表面损坏之外,特别是在钻头与钻头夹头螺纹连接的情况下,强烈的倾斜冲击也会损坏钻孔装置。
根据上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于加工带底部切槽的孔的钻孔装置,该装置有抽吸装置,该钻孔装置的结构简单并可避免对钻孔孔口范围的损坏以及还可避免损坏钻孔装置。
通过本发明的钻孔装置可解决上述问题。根据本发明的钻孔装置,该钻孔装置有带轴向通孔的钻头,钻头头部,钻头的钻杆,钻头头部有自钻杆侧向凸出的侧切削刃,钻头的钻杆在距钻头头部一段距离处设有起转动支承作用的扩大部分并在距该扩大部分一段距离处设有环形的限深器,抽吸室外壳可转动地装在限深器上,限深器设有环形弹性缓冲件,该环形弹性缓冲件支承在支承垫上并被连接到抽吸室外壳上,支承垫有凸弧形滑动表面,该凸弧形滑动表面装在钻杆上形成的凸环的凹弧形端面上。
支承垫和凸环的两弧形表面的曲率半径相同并与其到扩大部中点的距离相一致。
缓冲件有向内凸出的凸缘,该凸缘定位在抽吸室外壳前端设置的圆周凸缘上。
抽吸室外壳以其向内的后端缘面与钻杆上形成的凸环后端面接合。
上述凸环设有横向孔,该横向孔与钻杆的轴向通孔相汇合。
钻杆至少在其扩大部分的范围上有纵向延伸的沟槽,钻屑槽或类似装置。
限深器具有的环形弹性缓冲件最好由聚氨脂或类似塑料材料制成。当限深器定位在墙壁表面时,在墙壁表面和支承在钻杆凸环上的支承垫之间的缓冲件产生作用,它减缓来自冲击钻机的冲击。另外,缓冲件有足够的弹性以便限深器甚至在钻头向外转动运动时能以整个表面与墙壁表面接触。在转动运动时,缓冲件承受相应该转动运动的弹性变形的变化,而且缓冲件的位置不改变。支承垫凸弧形滑动表面和在钻杆上形成的凸环的相应凹弧形端面可使钻杆通过表面在表面上的位移实现转动运动,而缓冲件和连接到缓冲件的抽吸室外壳在砌筑物表面上没有位移。因此,缓冲件的优点不仅是墙壁表面不受破坏,而且可以使墙壁表面上的限深器获得适当的位置以便扩出切槽。由于钻头也在单一件上,所以,稳定性高并制造简单。
在缓冲件和凸环之间设置的支承垫最好由表面硬化钢制成。由此,旋转的凸环和与缓冲件保持固定的支承垫之间的摩擦被减小。支承垫可便于牢固地压入抽吸室外壳的端面,或通过注塑成形作为嵌入件粘结在该端面上。
本发明其它具有优点的结构在说明书中可以体现出来。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明。
图1是本发明钻孔装置的剖视图。
钻孔装置包括钻头1和具有整体模压成形的凸环3的钻杆2。在钻杆前端有钻头头部4,钻头头部4有自钻杆侧向凸出的侧切削刃5。钻杆2在其后端设有可在钻机夹头或类似结构(未示出)上夹持的安装部6。在钻头头部4和钻头1的凸环3之间有一扩大部7,扩大部分7分别朝向钻头头部4和凸环3逐渐变细。扩大部分的直径大约相应于钻头头部4的最大直径,以便当钻孔8在砌筑物9上形成时,扩大部分7可与钻孔孔壁接合。
为限制钻孔的深度,钻杆2设有限深器。缓冲件10构成限深器,而缓冲件10通过支承垫11支承在钻杆2的凸环3上。支承垫11设置在抽吸室外壳12的前端面上。为安装缓冲件10,缓冲件10有一向内凸的凸缘13,该凸缘13可在抽吸室外壳12的圆周凸缘14上滑动。通过抽吸室外壳12的朝内的端面15,抽吸室外壳12轴向地固定在钻头凸环3上。该端面15与钻杆上形成的凸环3的后端面接合。从而,抽吸室16被同时密封,抽吸室上用于被连接到尘屑抽吸器(未示出)的抽吸软管连接嘴17是敞开的。钻孔和扩出切槽时所积存的钻屑可通过钻杆的轴向通孔18和凸环3的横向孔19被抽出。在扩大部分7范围上设置的沟槽或钻屑槽20作为保持连续抽吸气流的外壳气槽。
一但缓冲件10定位在砌筑物表面上,为了加工钻孔底部的切槽21,使用钻机将钻杆沿钻头头部4和凸环3方向逐渐变细的部分足够远地与钻孔孔壁相接合,这样,钻头轴线向外转动。在这一转动操作中,扩大部7与钻孔孔壁互相配合以构成转动支承。在向外转动时,例如由聚氨酯材料构成的缓冲件10变形,以便保证在砌筑物表面的限深器面对面接触。在向外转动的操作时,凸环3的凹弧形端面在支承垫11的凸弧形端面上移动。为获得准确的导向,两个弧形表面的曲率半径相应于其到扩大部分7的中点22的距离。由于凸环3同时在固定的支承垫11上转动,所以,支承垫由表面硬化钢制成是有利的。支承垫11可通过压进塑料材料制成的抽吸室外壳12而固定在抽吸室外壳12上,或者,通过注塑成形将其结合在抽吸室外壳12上并在其上固定。

Claims (6)

1、一种加工带底部切槽的孔的钻孔装置,该钻孔装置有带轴向通孔的钻头,钻头头部和钻头的钻杆,钻头头部有自钻杆侧向凸出的侧切削刃,钻头的钻杆在距钻头头部一段距离处设有起转动支承作用的扩大部分并在距该扩大部一段距离处设有环形的限深部,抽吸室外壳可转动地装在限深器上,其特征在于,限深器设有环形的弹性缓冲件(10),该环形弹性缓冲件(10)支承在支承垫(11)上并被连接到抽吸室外壳(12)上,支承垫(11)有凸弧形滑动表面,该凸状弧形滑动表面装在钻杆(2)上形成的凸环(3)的凹弧形端面上。
2、根据权利要求1的钻孔装置,其特征在于,支承垫(11)和凸环(3)的两弧形表面的曲率半径(R)是相同的并与其到扩大部分(7)的中点(22)的距离相一致。
3、根据权利要求1的钻孔装置,其特征在于,缓冲件有向内凸出的凸缘(13),该凸缘定位在抽吸室外壳(12)前端设置的圆周凸缘(14)上。
4、根据权利要求1的钻孔装置,其特征在于,抽吸室外壳(12)以其向内的后端缘与钻杆(2)上形成的凸环(3)后端面接合。
5、根据权利要求1的钻孔装置,其特征在于,该凸环设有横向孔(19),该横向孔与钻杆(2)的轴向通孔(18)相汇合。
6、根据权利要求1的钻孔装置,其特征在于,钻杆(2)至少在其扩大部分(7)的范围上有纵向延伸的沟槽,钻屑槽(20)或类似装置。
