本发明涉及一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,由以下重量百分比原料组成,石油磺酸钠3%—5%、环烷酸锌1%—5%、二聚油酸单酯5%—10%、成膜剂2%—13%、抗氧化剂0.5%—3.5%、苯并三氮唑0.1%—1.5%、苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.1%—2.5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2.1%—3%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%—5%、油酸聚氧乙烯酯1.5%—5%、壬基酚氧乙烯醚1.1—2%、辛基酚氧乙烯醚0—1.5%、余量为基础油。本发明原料成本低廉,生产过程简单易学,一方面可有效的降低汽车金属构建防腐有的生产成本,另一方面可有效的提高汽车金属构建防腐油的表面附着能力和耐候能力,并降低防腐油生产和使用时对周边环境的污染性,从而有效的提高防腐油有效的防护时间,降低防腐油的使用成本、腐作业的成本和防腐作业的劳动强度。

随着汽车在生产和日常使用时,往往需要对车身上的金属构建进行防护处理,其中在汽车生产过程中,对车身喷涂防腐油是提高汽车车身金属构建防腐能力的主要手段,但在实际使用中发现,当前所使用的汽车车身金属构件防腐油往往存在生产原料成本相对较高,生产工艺复杂,生产效率低下,防腐油在金属件表面的附着能力差及防腐油的耐候性能不足等缺陷,从而导致当前的防腐油使用成本相对较高,且需要频繁对汽车车身金属构建进行防腐油喷淋作业,增导致汽车车身防腐作业成本增加的同时,也增加了劳动强度,同时当前所使用的防腐油的原料中往往含有毒性及污染性较大的原料,因此防腐油的环境亲和性相对较差,从而导致当前的防腐油在生产和使用中易造成严重的环境污染,因此针对这一问题,迫切需要开发一种全新的汽车车身防腐油及其生产工艺,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油及制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,由以下重量百分比原料组成,石油磺酸钠3%—5%、环烷酸锌1%—5%、二聚油酸单酯5%—10%、成膜剂2%—13%、抗氧化剂0.5%—3.5%、苯并三氮唑0.1%—1.5%、苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.1%—2.5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2.1%—3%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%—5%、油酸聚氧乙烯酯1.5%—5%、壬基酚氧乙烯醚1.1—2%、辛基酚氧乙烯醚0—1.5%、余量为基础油。
进一步的,所述的成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂成膜剂、丁二烯树脂成膜剂、聚氨酯成膜剂、硝酸纤维成膜剂中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述的抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
进一步的,所述的基础油为全损耗系统油。
进一步的,所述的二聚油酸单酯由二元脂肪酸和聚乙二醇单烷基醚按照1:1比例混合到二甲苯溶剂中,混合均匀后加热到140℃—150℃,并在占二元脂肪酸和聚乙二醇单烷基醚混合物总量0.5%—1%的催还剂参与条件下反应8—12小时制备而成。
进一步的,所述的聚乙二醇单烷基醚中烷基是C1—C22。
进一步的,所述的二甲苯溶剂使用量为二元脂肪酸和聚乙二醇单烷基醚混合物总量的10%—20%。
进一步的,所述的催化剂为甲基苯磺酸、钛酸四丁酯、二氯三锡中的任意一种。

将基础油在5—15分钟内,匀速加热至100—150℃,并保持匀速单向搅拌状态下保温3—5分钟,然后将石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌依次匀速添加到基础油内,与基础油混合均匀并反应10—20分钟,然后将基础油温度自然冷却至60℃—80℃,然后向基础油中加入苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯,与基础油混合均匀并反应2—3小时,最后将剩余物料依次添加到基础油中,并在60℃—80℃恒温条件下搅拌3—10分钟,搅拌均匀后通过50—100目过滤筛网过滤后即可得到成品。
本发明原料成本低廉,生产过程简单易学,一方面可有效的降低汽车金属构建防腐有的生产成本,另一方面可有效的提高汽车金属构建防腐油的表面附着能力和耐候能力,并降低防腐油生产和使用时对周边环境的污染性,从而有效的提高防腐油有效的防护时间,降低防腐油的使用成本、腐作业的成本和防腐作业的劳动强度。

将基础油在10分钟内,匀速加热至100℃,并保持匀速单向搅拌状态下保温5分钟,然后将石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌依次匀速添加到基础油内,与基础油混合均匀并反应10分钟,然后将基础油温度自然冷却至60℃,然后向基础油中加入苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯,与基础油混合均匀并反应2—3小时,最后将剩余物料依次添加到基础油中,并在80℃恒温条件下搅拌5分钟,搅拌均匀后通过800目过滤筛网过滤后即可得到成品。

本发明原料成本低廉,生产过程简单易学,一方面可有效的降低汽车金属构建防腐有的生产成本,另一方面可有效的提高汽车金属构建防腐油的表面附着能力和耐候能力,并降低防腐油生产和使用时对周边环境的污染性,从而有效的提高防腐油有效的防护时间,降低防腐油的使用成本、腐作业的成本和防腐作业的劳动强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的汽车车身金属结构件防腐油由以下重量百分比原料组成,石油磺酸钠3%—5%、环烷酸锌1%—5%、二聚油酸单酯5%—10%、成膜剂2%—13%、抗氧化剂0.5%—3.5%、苯并三氮唑0.1%—1.5%、苯甲酸单乙醇胺1.1%—2.5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2.1%—3%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%—5%、油酸聚氧乙烯酯1.5%—5%、壬基酚氧乙烯醚1.1—2%、辛基酚氧乙烯醚0—1.5%、余量为基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂成膜剂、丁二烯树脂成膜剂、聚氨酯成膜剂、硝酸纤维成膜剂中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的基础油为全损耗系统油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的二聚油酸单酯由二元脂肪酸和聚乙二醇单烷基醚按照1:1比例混合到二甲苯溶剂中,混合均匀后加热到140℃—150℃,并在占二元脂肪酸和聚乙二醇单烷基醚混合物总量0.5%—1%的催还剂参与条件下反应8—12小时制备而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的聚乙二醇单烷基醚中烷基是C1—C22。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的二甲苯溶剂使用量为二元脂肪酸和聚乙二醇单烷基醚混合物总量的10%—20%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为甲基苯磺酸、钛酸四丁酯、二氯三锡中的任意一种。
9.一种汽车车身金属结构件防腐油制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的车车身金属结构件防腐油制备方法为:
将基础油在5—15分钟内,匀速加热至100—150℃,并保持匀速单向搅拌状态下保温3—5分钟,然后将石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌依次匀速添加到基础油内,与基础油混合均匀并反应10—20分钟,然后将基础油温度自然冷却至60℃—80℃,然后向基础油中加入苯并三氮唑、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯,与基础油混合均匀并反应2—3小时,最后将剩余物料依次添加到基础油中,并在60℃—80℃恒温条件下搅拌3—10分钟,搅拌均匀后通过50—100目过滤筛网过滤后即可得到成品。
