本发明的目的是提供一种导管,其在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入或者血流的确保的管腔的基础上,在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置都能够实现造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保。导管(1)具备:具有第一管腔(5)的第一中空体(17);以及覆盖该第一中空体(17)的外周且在与第一中空体(17)之间具有第二管腔(3)的第二中空体(19),第二管腔(3)被连接于第一中空体(17)和第二中空体(19)的多个隔壁(21a~21f)分割,在第二中空体(19)的外周沿其圆周方向形成有孔部(15a~15f),该孔部(15a~15f)形成于每个被隔壁(21a~21f)分割出的管腔。

技术领域
本发明涉及插入到血管等管腔内来使用的导管。
背景技术
一直以来,公知有插入到患者的血管等管腔内来使用的导管,进行手术的医生将导丝插入到导管的内腔来使导管到达病变部,或者经由导管的内腔将支架以及塞栓线圈等器件配置在病变部。另外,医生在表面形成有侧孔的导管中经由侧孔向血管注入药液或者造影剂,或者在将导管滞留血管等中的情况下经由侧孔确保血流。
例如,在专利文献1中,记载了具备第一管腔8、第二管腔7以及第三管腔9的三重管腔导管1(参照图1等),并记载了在三重管腔导管1的第三管腔9形成有侧孔10这一点(参照0020段落以及图1等)。另外,在三重管腔导管1中,还记载了第三管腔与外部经由侧孔10而连通这一点(参照0019段落以及图1等)。
另外,在专利文献1中,记载了三重管腔导管主体22,并记载了在脱血管腔25形成有两个侧孔25a这一点(参照图4等)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
另一方面存在如下认识,在注入造影剂等的情况以及确保血流的情况下,构成为在导管的整个圆周具备侧孔效率良好。
然而,在具有上述的现有的多个管腔的导管中,任意的管腔均未形成于导管的整个圆周,因此形成于管腔的侧孔的位置受制限,在注入造影剂等的情况或者确保血流的情况下,存在如下课题,在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置都难以注入造影剂等或者确保血流。
另一方面,在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置进行造影剂等的注入或者血流的确保的情况下,还需要考虑用于进行造影剂等的注入或者血流的确保的管腔的确保。
本发明是对应具有现有技术的上述的课题而提出的方案,目的在于提供一种导管,其在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入或者血流的确保的管腔的基础上,在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置都能够实现造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保。
用于解决课题的方案
为了解决上述的课题,本发明的第1方案的导管的特征在于,具备:第一中空体,其具有第一管腔;以及第二中空体,其覆盖该第一中空体的外周,且在与上述第一中空体之间具有第二管腔,上述第二管腔被连接于上述第一中空体和上述第二中空体的多个隔壁分割,在第二中空体的外周沿其圆周方向形成有孔,该孔形成于每个被上述隔壁分割出的管腔。
即,本发明第1方案的导管通过在第二中空体的外周沿其圆周方向形成多个孔,由此从该多个孔注入造影剂等,另外,经由多个孔来确保血流。在此,第二中空体构成为在第一中空体的外周具有第二管腔,但通过在第一中空体与第二中空体之间设置多个隔壁,来确保第二管腔,在第二中空体的外周,通过在每个被隔壁分割出的管腔形成孔,从而在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置都能够实现造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保。
另外,本发明的第2方案的导管根据第1方案的导管,其特征在于,上述第二中空体通过在上述第一中空体的外周配置多个管而形成,上述孔形成于每个上述管。
并且,本发明的第3方案的导管根据第2方案的导管,其特征在于,上述多个管通过以螺旋状卷绕于上述第一中空体的外周而形成。
发明的效果如下。
根据本发明的第1方案的导管,具备:具有第一管腔的第一中空体;以及覆盖该第一中空体的外周且在与上述第一中空体之间具有第二管腔的第二中空体,上述第二管腔被连接于上述第一中空体和上述第二中空体的多个隔壁分割,在第二中空体的外周沿其圆周方向形成有孔,该孔形成于每个被上述隔壁分割的管腔,因此在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置都能够注入造影剂等,并确保血流。
另外,根据本发明的第2方案的导管,第二中空体通过在第一中空体的外周配置多个管而形成,孔形成于每个管,因此除了第1方案的导管的效果以外,还起到防止第二管腔的扭折的效果。
另外,通过用管代替第二管腔和隔壁,从而导管的制造变得简单,在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,能够容易地实现在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置注入造影剂等,并确保血流。
并且,根据本发明的第3方案的导管,多个管通过以螺旋状卷绕于第一中空体的外周而形成,因此除了第2方案的导管的效果以外,还起到提高导管的柔软性的效果。
另外,能够使用现有的绞线机来简单地进行第二中空体的形成,在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,能够更加容易地实现在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置注入造影剂等,并确保血流。

以下,参照附图对本发明的导管的实施方式进行说明。
(第一实施方式)
图1是表示本发明的第一实施方式的导管的概要的图,图1(a)是整体图,图1(b)是整体剖视图。另外,图2是图1(b)的前端放大图,图3是图2中的A-A剖视图。
如图1(a)所示,本实施方式的导管1由导管轴10、设置在导管轴10的前端的前端片60以及设置在导管轴的基端的接合管70构成。
如图1(b)所示,导管轴10以及前端片60是在截面的中心具有第一管腔5以及在该第一管腔5的外周形成于同轴上的第二管腔3的双重管腔构造的中空形状。
另外,接合管70具备:具有供导丝等插入的第一开口7的第一接合管11;以及具有供注入造影剂等的注射器(未图示)连接的开口9的第二接合管13,第一开口7与第一管腔5连通,第二开口7与第二管腔3连通。
另外,如图2所示,导管轴10由第一中空体17、第二中空体19以及隔壁21a~21f(参照图3)构成。

此外,形成前端片60的树脂材料没有特别限定,但本实施方式中考虑血管损伤的风险而使用比较柔软的聚氨酯树脂。
根据本实施方式的导管,具备:具有第一管腔5的第一中空体17;以及覆盖该第一中空体17的外周且在与第一中空体17之间具有第二管腔3的第二中空体19,第二管腔3被连接于第一中空体17和第二中空体19的多个隔壁21a~21f分割,在第二中空体的外周沿其圆周方向的孔部15形成于被隔壁21a~21f分割的每个管腔,因此在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,能够在导管1的整个圆周的任意的位置注入造影剂等,并能够确保血流。
(第二实施方式)
图4是表示第二实施方式的导管的概要的图,图5是图4中的B-B剖视图。

此外,管体31由树脂形成,本实施方式中,由PEEK(聚醚醚酮)树脂形成。就PEEK树脂而言,融点为330℃左右,作为能够注射成形的热塑性树脂,公知具有比较高的耐热性的树脂。
另外,外层39也由树脂形成,没有特别限定,例如能够使用聚酰胺、聚酰胺弹性体、聚酯、聚氨酯等。
根据本实施方式的导管,在中空体37的圆周上形成多个(本实施方式中为十个)管体31a~31k,孔部33a~33k(33)形成于每个管体,因此除了第一实施方式的导管1的效果以外,还起到防止供造影剂等注入的管腔的扭折的效果。
另外,通过使用管体31,导管的制造变得简单,在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,能够容易滴实现在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置注入造影剂等、确保血流。
(第三实施方式)
图6是表示第三实施方式的导管的概要的图,图7是图6中的C-C剖视图。

此外,管体41由与上述的管体31相同的PEEK(聚醚醚酮)树脂形成。另外,外层49也能够使用与上述的外层39相同的树脂。
根据本实施方式的导管,由于多个管体41以螺旋状卷绕于中空体37的外周,因此除了第二实施方式的导管100的效果以外,还起到提高导管的柔软性的效果。
另外,本实施方式的导管能够使用现有的绞线机将管体41简单地卷绕在中空体37的外周,在可靠地确保用于进行造影剂等的注入以及血流的确保的管腔的基础上,能够更加容易地实现在导管的整个圆周的任意的位置注入造影剂等、确保血流。
(第四实施方式)
图8是表示第四实施方式的导管的概要的图。
第四实施方式的导管120在以下方面与上述的第三实施方式的导管110不同。即,在第三实施方式的导管110中,在以螺旋状卷绕的每个管体41形成有一个孔部45。针对于此,在第四实施方式的导管120中,在以螺旋状卷绕的每个管体51形成多个孔部55。
如图8所示,导管轴50由中空体37、配置在该中空体37的外周的多个管体51以及包覆多个管体51的外层59构成。
另外,在导管轴120的外周,且在导管轴50与前端片60的接合部附近形成有多个孔部55(55a1、55a2、55b1、55c1、55c2、55c3、55d1、55d2、55e1以及55e2)。
在此,若从与开口9连接的注射器注入造影剂等,则向被形成于导管轴120的管体51a~51k分断的管腔53(未图示)分流,并从多个孔部55排出。此外,管体51由与上述的管体31以及管体41相同的PEEK(聚醚醚酮)树脂形成。另外,外层59也能够使用与上述的外层39以及外层49相同的树脂。

Claims (3)

1.一种导管,其特征在于,具备:
第一中空体,其具有第一管腔;以及
第二中空体,其覆盖该第一中空体的外周,且在与上述第一中空体之间具有第二管腔,
上述第二管腔被连接于上述第一中空体和上述第二中空体的多个隔壁分割,在第二中空体的外周沿其圆周方向形成有孔,该孔形成于每个被上述隔壁分割出的管腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导管,其特征在于,
上述第二中空体通过在上述第一中空体的外周配置多个管而形成,上述孔形成于每个上述管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导管,其特征在于,
上述多个管通过以螺旋状卷绕于上述第一中空体的外周而形成。
