本发明属于保健品技术领域,涉及一种豆薯组合物,其制备方法,及其在制备具有润肠通便功效的保健品中的应用。
背景技术
便秘是一种临床上常见的复杂症状,而非疾病的范畴。便秘主要是指排便次数减少、粪便量减少、粪便干结、排便费力等。从病因上讲,便秘可分为器质性和功能性两类。器质性便秘的诱因包括肠管器质性病变、直肠或肛门病变、内分泌或代谢性疾病、系统性疾病、神经系统疾病、肠管平滑肌或神经源性病变、结肠神经肌肉病变、神经心理障碍以及药物性因素等;功能性便秘的诱因尚不明确,其发生与多种因素有关,包括进食量少、食物缺乏纤维素或水分、工作紧张、生活节奏过快、结肠运动功能紊乱、腹肌及盆腔肌张力不足、滥用泻药后形成药物依赖等。
豆薯,又称芒光、沙葛、土瓜、地萝卜,西南及东南省区称之为地瓜,海南称之为葛薯,福建称之为番葛,潮汕地区称之为力缚,为豆科豆薯属植物豆薯(Pachyrhizus erosus(L.)Urb.)的块根,我国四川、湖北、重庆、福建和台湾等地栽培较多。豆薯性凉,味甘,归胃经,用于生津止渴、解酒毒、降血压。豆薯中富含糖分和蛋白质,还含丰富的维生素C,生食熟食均可。
CN 104381321 A公开了一种植物源生物组合物,其中包括豆薯茎叶和毛茛的醇提取物、阿维菌素药渣,该组合物利用豆薯茎叶中富含的鱼藤酮来配合毛茛和阿维菌素来发挥葱蛆防治作用,但并未提及作为保健品而使用。CN 105266021 A公开了一种豆薯营养方便面,其由豆薯、洋芋、山芋、芋艿、莲子、白豆蔻、玉米面粉、鸡蛋、橄榄油、椒盐和调味品制成,主要作用在于生津止渴、清凉去热、降压降脂,而未提及润肠通便的效果。CN 105614783A公开了一种具有益生元功能的豆薯膳食纤维粉,其由豆薯粉、麦芽糊精、水喝三氯蔗糖制成,通过自身具有的益生元功能来改善服用者的消化状况,也未提及润肠通便的效果。CN105995740 A公开了一种多味豆薯营养冲剂,其由豆薯、熟地黄、白茯苓、决明子、枸杞、柠檬酸、甜菊叶、乳糖、蜂胶、麦芽糖浆、番茄浓缩汁、葛粉、藕粉、茉莉香精、蛋白粉和水制成,主要作用在于生津止渴、清凉去热、降压降脂,也未提及润肠通便的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物及其制备方法和应用,以弥补现有技术中的空白。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其包括豆薯粉、绿豆粉、荷叶粉、何首乌粉、火麻仁粉、黑三棱粉、蜂蜜和小分子团水,优选包括以重量份计的10~30份豆薯粉、5~15份绿豆粉、5~15份荷叶粉、3~8份何首乌粉、1~3份火麻仁粉、2~5份黑三棱粉、10~30份蜂蜜和20~50份小分子团水,更优选包括20份豆薯粉、10份绿豆粉、10份荷叶粉、5份何首乌粉、2份火麻仁粉、3份黑三棱粉、20份蜂蜜和30份小分子团水。
在上述豆薯组合物中,所述豆薯粉的颗粒粒径为100~500μm,其中豆薯黄酮的重量百分比为2%~8%。
绿豆,又称青小豆、菉豆、植豆,为豆科豇豆属植物绿豆(Vigna radiata(Linn.)Wilczek)的种子,原产于印度、缅甸地区,东亚各国均有种植,非洲、欧洲、美洲也有少量种植。绿豆性凉,味甘,归心、胃经,用于清凉解毒、利尿明目。绿豆中所含蛋白质主要为球蛋白,并含有蛋氨酸、色氨酸、酪氨酸等多种氨基酸;所含磷脂主要为磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰甘油、磷脂酰丝氨酸等成分。
在上述豆薯组合物中,所述绿豆粉的颗粒粒径为100~300μm,其中蛋白质的重量百分比为22%~35%,磷脂的重量百分比为1%~3%。
荷叶,为睡莲科莲属植物莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn)的干燥叶子,广泛种植于中国南北各地,武汉、杭州等地的品种尤多。荷叶性平,味苦、涩,归肝、脾、胃经,用于清暑利湿、升阳止血。荷叶中富含生物碱类(如莲碱、荷叶碱、O-去甲基荷叶碱)化合物。
在上述豆薯组合物中,所述荷叶粉的颗粒粒径为200~500μm,其中荷叶碱的重量百分比为15%~20%,莲碱的重量百分比为5%~8%。
何首乌,又称多花蓼、紫乌藤、夜交藤,为蓼科何首乌属植物何首乌(Fallopiamultiflora(Thunb.)Harald)的块根,中国大部分地区均有分布。何首乌性微温,味苦、甘、涩,归肝、肾经,用于补益精血、截疟解毒、润肠通便。何首乌中富含蒽醌类(如大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、大黄酸、大黄酚蒽酮)和茋类(如白藜芦醇)化合物。
在上述豆薯组合物中,所述何首乌粉的颗粒粒径为50~200μm,其中蒽醌类化合物的重量百分比为2%~5%,茋类化合物的重量百分比为1%~3%。
火麻仁,又称麻子仁、大麻子、大麻仁,为桑科大麻属植物大麻(Cannabis sativaL.)的成熟干燥种子,分布于东北、华北、华东、中南等地。火麻仁性平,味甘,归脾、大肠经,用于润肠通便。火麻仁中富含油脂类(如亚油酸、亚麻酸、二十碳二烯酸)成分。
在上述豆薯组合物中,所述火麻仁粉的颗粒粒径为100~300μm,其中亚油酸的重量百分比为8%~15%,亚麻酸的重量百分比为5%~8%。
黑三棱,又称三棱,为黑三棱科黑三棱属植物黑三棱(Sparganium stoloniferum(Graebn.)Buch)的块茎,主产于江苏、河南、山东、江西、安徽等省。黑三棱性平,味苦,归肝、脾经,用于破血祛瘀、行气止痛。黑三棱中富含苯丙素类化合物(如三棱双苯内酯)和苯乙炔类化合物(如三棱二苯乙炔)。
在上述豆薯组合物中,所述黑三棱粉的颗粒粒径为50~100μm,其中三棱双苯内酯的重量百分比为2%~5%,三棱二苯乙炔的重量百分比为1%~3%。
蜂蜜是蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中经酿制而形成的蜜。蜂蜜是糖的过饱和溶液,低温时会产生结晶,生成结晶的是葡萄糖,不产生结晶的部分主要是果糖。
水通常是由10个以上的水分子通过氢键缔结而形成,因此称为大分子团水,而小分子团水则只包含5至6个水分子,并且以分子链团的形式存在。通过包括去离子、超声、磁化等处理步骤的方法可以改变水分子的排列取向,切断部分氢键,进而得到团簇较小的小分子团水。
上述豆薯组合物的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)组分的粉粹:将干燥的豆薯、绿豆、荷叶、何首乌、火麻仁和黑三棱按照各自的粒径要求进行粉碎,分别得到豆薯粉、绿豆粉、荷叶粉、何首乌粉、火麻仁粉和黑三棱粉;
2)物料的混合:将步骤1)中得到的豆薯粉、绿豆粉、荷叶粉、何首乌粉、火麻仁粉和黑三棱粉按照配方量进行混合,混合均匀后加入配方量的蜂蜜和小分子团水,然后再次混合至均匀,得到混合物料;
3)包装:对步骤2)中得到的混合物料进行低温灭菌和无菌灌装,得到具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物。
上述豆薯组合物在制备具有润肠通便功效的保健品中的应用。
上述豆薯组合物的使用方法如下:对于出现便秘症状的患者而言,每日于起床后及睡觉前各取豆薯组合物1~2mL,配以温开水送服,连续使用2~4周,即可有效缓解相关症状。
与现有技术相比,采用上述技术方案的本发明具有下列优点:
1)现有技术中缺乏以豆薯作为主要活性组分的具有润肠通便功效的组合物,本发明恰恰弥补了上述空白,拓宽了豆薯的应用领域;
2)利用何首乌、火麻仁和蜂蜜来辅助豆薯发挥润肠通便功效,利用绿豆和荷叶来发挥清热去火功效,同时利用黑三棱来发挥破血行气功效,组方简单,配伍合理;同时,蜂蜜还可作为矫味剂,避免了中药成分固有的气味带来的不适感,提高了患者的顺应性;
3)小分子可以帮助人体更好地吸收有效成分,进而发挥预期的活性;
4)实验证明,本发明的豆薯组合物能够有效缓解便秘症状,并且制法简便易行,适合于开发成相应的保健品,极具市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做出进一步的阐述。下列实施例仅用于解释和说明本发明,并不应被视为限制了本发明的范围。除另有说明外,下列实施例中所使用的仪器、试剂、材料等均可通过常规商业手段获得。
实施例1:小分子团水的制备。
将自来水通入去离子设备中进行去离子化处理,直至电导率为15μs/cm,得到去离子水并量取1L备用。选用频率为30kHz的超声波功率仪,首先设定磁感应强度为0.5T的恒定磁场,超声加磁场作用5min,其次设定磁感应强度为1T的恒定磁场,超声加磁场作用10min,最后设定磁感应强度为0.75T的恒定磁场,超声加磁场作用15min,静置至室温后进行17O-NMR测定。经过上述处理,水的半峰宽从原来的122.74Hz降至50.47Hz,由此可知,所得产品中水分子的团簇数由11变为5;静置14天后,半峰宽变为52.74Hz,产品中水分子的团簇数仍为5,稳定性良好。
实施例2-实施例6:具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物的制备。
按照表1中的配方制备具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其制备工艺如下:利用粉碎机将干燥的豆薯、绿豆、荷叶、何首乌、火麻仁和黑三棱按照各自的粒径要求进行粉碎,分别得到豆薯粉(100~500μm)、绿豆粉(100~300μm)、荷叶粉(200~500μm)、何首乌粉(50~200μm)、火麻仁粉(100~300μm)和黑三棱粉(50~100μm);利用机械搅拌装置将上述粉料按照配方量进行混合,混合均匀后加入配方量的蜂蜜和小分子团水,然后再次混合至均匀,得到混合物料;利用低温灭菌灌装机对上述混合物料次进行低温灭菌和无菌灌装,得到具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物。

实施例7:豆薯组合物的相关检测。
1、质量检测:
按照《GB 16740-2014食品安全国家标准保健食品》中的检测项目及检测方法对实施例2~6中的豆薯组合物进行检测,其结果如表2所示。由表2可知,各项指标均符合标准要求。

2、指标成分稳定性要求:
将实施例6中的豆薯组合物在室温条件下放置于阴凉干燥处,分别于放置后第1、4、7、10、15和30天取样,以第1天取样样品中各种活性成分的含量计为100%,测定其后各次取样中对应成分的相对含量,借此考察豆薯组合物在室温阴凉干燥条件下的储藏稳定性,其结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,在30天的检测周期内,置于室温阴凉干燥条件下的豆薯组合物中主要活性成分的相对含量均可维持在90%以上,表明该组合物在大约4周的储存时间内可以有效保留主要指标成分的活性,并在2~4周的疗程之内发挥预期的润肠通便功效。
实施例8:豆薯组合物对便秘患者的润肠通便作用。
陈某,男,23岁,大便干,四肢冷,食盛,食后腹胀,心烦,面白肢胀。患者先后使用多种药物及保健品,症状仍无缓解迹象,于是开始使用实施例6中的豆薯组合物,每日于起床后及睡觉前各取豆薯组合物2mL,配以温开水送服,连续使用4周后,除手凉外,余症均好。
牛某,女,32岁,便秘10余年,数日方能大便一次,并且须用泻药才能通便,伴有腹胀、畏寒等症状,起始因产后而致,数日前流产而出现小腹部抽掣感,于是开始使用实施例4中的豆薯组合物,每日于起床后及睡觉前各取豆薯组合物2mL,配以温开水送服,连续使用4周后,大便一日一次,不干,腹胀及畏寒症状亦有所缓解。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其特征在于:包括豆薯粉、绿豆粉、荷叶粉、何首乌粉、火麻仁粉、黑三棱粉、蜂蜜和小分子团水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其特征在于:
所述豆薯组合物包括以重量份计的10~30份豆薯粉、5~15份绿豆粉、5~15份荷叶粉、3~8份何首乌粉、1~3份火麻仁粉、2~5份黑三棱粉、10~30份蜂蜜和20~50份小分子团水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其特征在于:
所述豆薯粉的颗粒粒径为100~500μm;
所述绿豆粉的颗粒粒径为100~300μm;
所述荷叶粉的颗粒粒径为200~500μm;
所述何首乌粉的颗粒粒径为50~200μm;
所述火麻仁粉的颗粒粒径为100~300μm;
所述黑三棱粉的颗粒粒径为50~100μm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其特征在于:
所述豆薯粉中豆薯黄酮的重量百分比为2%~8%;
所述绿豆粉中蛋白质的重量百分比为22%~35%,磷脂的重量百分比为1%~3%;
所述荷叶粉中荷叶碱的重量百分比为15%~20%,莲碱的重量百分比为5%~8%;
所述何首乌粉中蒽醌类化合物的重量百分比为2%~5%,茋类化合物的重量百分比为1%~3%;
所述火麻仁粉中亚油酸的重量百分比为8%~15%,亚麻酸的重量百分比为5%~8%;
所述黑三棱粉中三棱双苯内酯的重量百分比为2%~5%,三棱二苯乙炔的重量百分比为1%~3%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物,其特征在于:
所述小分子团水中的水团簇包含5至6个水分子。
6.一种根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)组分的粉粹:将干燥的豆薯、绿豆、荷叶、何首乌、火麻仁和黑三棱按照各自的粒径要求进行粉碎,分别得到豆薯粉、绿豆粉、荷叶粉、何首乌粉、火麻仁粉和黑三棱粉;
2)物料的混合:将步骤1)中得到的豆薯粉、绿豆粉、荷叶粉、何首乌粉、火麻仁粉和黑三棱粉按照配方量进行混合,混合均匀后加入配方量的蜂蜜和小分子团水,然后再次混合至均匀,得到混合物料;
3)包装:对步骤2)中得到的混合物料进行低温灭菌和无菌灌装,得到具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的具有润肠通便功效的豆薯组合物在制备具有润肠通便功效的保健品中的应用。
