本发明系提供一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其由20‑30wt的%玻璃粉和70‑80wt%溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:20‑30份、ZnO:20‑25份、B2O3:20‑25份、Na2O:3‑5份、Li2CO3:5‑10份、氧化Al2O3:5‑15份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:20‑25份、松节油3‑10份、醇酸树脂15‑30份。其具有耐高温性能,并且具有良好的印刷性能和着色性能,还具有更好的遮盖功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,具体公开了一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨。
背景技术
玻璃导光板的生产中,一般采用丝印方法形成导光网点,但由于玻璃导光板在生产过程中需要钢化,所以如果选用不耐高温的导光油墨,则钢化工序必须放置在丝印之前,但有时需要在钢化前就进行丝印,这时就需要一种耐高温的油墨进行印刷,现有技术中还没有用于玻璃导光板的导光油墨。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术问题,提供一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其具有耐高温性能,并且具有良好的印刷性能和着色性能,还具有更好的遮盖功能。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其由20-30wt的%玻璃粉和70-80wt%溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:20-30份、ZnO:20-25份、B2O3:20-25份、Na2O:3-5份、Li2CO3:5-10份、氧化Al2O3:5-15份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:20-25份、松节油3-10份、醇酸树脂15-30份。
优选地,一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其由20wt%的玻璃粉和80wt%的溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:25份、ZnO:20份、B2O3:25份、Na2O:3份、Li2CO3:10份、氧化Al2O3:10份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:25份、松节油10份、醇酸树脂30份。
优选地,所述玻璃粉为粒径2.0μm以下的玻璃粉。
优选地,所述导光板用导光油墨中含有色素组分。
优选地,所述导光板用导光油墨中含有增粘剂。
本发明与现有的技术相比,其有益效果为:其具有耐高温性能,并且具有良好的印刷性能和着色性能,还具有更好的遮盖功能。

实施例一
一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其由20-30wt的%玻璃粉和70-80wt%溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:20-30份、ZnO:20-25份、B2O3:20-25份、Na2O:3-5份、Li2CO3:5-10份、氧化Al2O3:5-15份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:20-25份、松节油3-10份、醇酸树脂15-30份。
基于以上实施例,玻璃粉选用粒径2.0μm以下的玻璃粉。
基于以上实施例,在导光板用导光油墨中添加色素组分。
基于以上实施例,在导光板用导光油墨中添加增粘剂。
准备好以上所有组分,进行混料。
实施例二
一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其由20wt%的玻璃粉和80wt%的溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:25份、ZnO:20份、B2O3:25份、Na2O:3份、Li2CO3:10份、氧化Al2O3:10份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:25份、松节油10份、醇酸树脂30份。
基于以上实施例,玻璃粉选用粒径2.0μm以下的玻璃粉。
基于以上实施例,在导光板用导光油墨中添加色素组分。
基于以上实施例,在导光板用导光油墨中添加增粘剂。
准备好以上所有组分,进行混料。
制备好的玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其具有耐高温性能,并且具有良好的印刷性能和着色性能,还具有更好的遮盖功能。

1.一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其特征是,由20-30wt的%玻璃粉和70-80wt%溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:20-30份、ZnO:20-25份、B2O3:20-25份、Na2O:3-5份、Li2CO3:5-10份、氧化Al2O3:5-15份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:20-25份、松节油3-10份、醇酸树脂15-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板用导光油墨,其特征是,由20wt%的玻璃粉和80wt%的溶剂组成,所述的玻璃粉由以下重量份的组分制成:SiO2:25份、ZnO:20份、B2O3:25份、Na2O:3份、Li2CO3:10份、氧化Al2O3:10份;所述的溶剂包括以下重量份组分:乙基纤维素:25份、松节油10份、醇酸树脂30份。
