本发明是一种竹木层积材的制作方法。其工艺步骤依次分为:备料、深色防霉处理、微波处理、烘干、胶涂、胶拼、养生、裁分、检验分等、修补与包装。优点:本发明制作的竹木层积材材,解决市场这种板材的缺失既发挥竹材的良好的刚性,又克服大尺寸桉木易开裂、扭曲变形及物理力学性能低等问题,解决市场这种板材的缺失,丰富装饰板材及家具用材,符合再生或循环经济和绿色环保性的要求;提高了竹材和桉木的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料制作领域,具体是一种竹木层积材的制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术一般是用木材作为家具与室内装饰材料基材,由于所用的原材料是木材,而木材资源在我国是十分紧缺的,因此大大影响了我国家具与室内装饰艺术材料业的发展。而我国竹材资源丰富,竹子生长周期短,造林一次成功且成材时间短,仅需5-8年。开发新型竹纤维层积材材,解决家具与室内原材料的危机,实现“以竹代木”,不仅有利于我国家具与室内装饰材料业的进一步的发展,提高竹材的利用价值,促进边远山区经济的发展;同时还能够保护森林及生态环境,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹木层积材的制作方法以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种竹木层积材的制作方法,包含以下步骤:
A、备料:将毛竹展平板和速生桉木旋切原木单板,分别切割成长300-2400mm、宽100-400mm,厚1.5-7mm;
B、深色防霉处理:毛竹展平板放置深色防霉处理容器,蒸汽压力为0.2-0.8MPa,温度为80-130℃,时间为3-6h;速生桉木旋切原木单板放置另深色防霉处理容器,蒸汽压力为0.1-0.6MPa,温度为60-110℃,时间为1.5-4h;
C、微波处理:对毛竹展平板进行表面微波爆破,功率为8~16KW;
D、烘干;采用网带式烘干,毛竹展平板干燥时的温度为65-85℃,干燥60~75h;速生桉木旋切原木单板干燥时的温度为60-75℃;两者干燥后含水率要为6%-10%;
E、胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,毛竹展平板施胶量在190-220g/m2,陈化15-20min;速生桉木旋切原木单板施胶量在200-240g/m2,陈化20-25min;
F、胶拼;根据层积方材的设计规格和密度,定量称取板,将板纵向顺纹方向,毛竹展平板与速生桉木旋切原木单板交错层层平行叠放入送料设备中,送料设备将铺装好的原料推送入热压机中,胶拼温度为80-130℃、正向压力为1.0-3.5MPa,侧向压力为0.5-2.0MPa;时间为5-25min;
G、养生:将方料平整堆垛在自然通风处,养生7-12天;
H、裁分:根据需要的规格进行裁切;
I、检验分等、修补与包装:裁切后层积材进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述步骤C中的微波爆破时间为3~6min。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案:所述步骤D中的干燥时间为70~85h。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制作的竹木层积材,解决市场这种板材的缺失,既发挥竹材的良好的刚性,又克服大尺寸桉木易开裂、扭曲变形及物理力学性能低等问题,解决市场这种板材的缺失,丰富装饰板材及家具用材,符合再生或循环经济和绿色环保性的要求;提高了竹材和桉木的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例中,一种竹木层积材的制作方法,包含以下步骤:
A、备料:将毛竹展平板和速生桉木旋切原木单板,分别切割成长300-2400mm、宽100-400mm,厚1.5-7mm;
B、深色防霉处理:毛竹展平板放置深色防霉处理容器,蒸汽压力为0.2-0.8MPa,温度为80-130℃,时间为3-6h;速生桉木旋切原木单板放置另深色防霉处理容器,蒸汽压力为0.1-0.6MPa,温度为60-110℃,时间为1.5-4h;
C、微波处理:对毛竹展平板进行表面微波爆破,功率为8~16KW;
D、烘干;采用网带式烘干,毛竹展平板干燥时的温度为65-85℃,干燥60~75h;速生桉木旋切原木单板干燥时的温度为60-75℃;两者干燥后含水率要为6%-10%;
E、胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,毛竹展平板施胶量在190-220g/m2,陈化15-20min;速生桉木旋切原木单板施胶量在200-240g/m2,陈化20-25min;
F、胶拼;根据层积方材的设计规格和密度,定量称取板,将板纵向顺纹方向,毛竹展平板与速生桉木旋切原木单板交错层层平行叠放入送料设备中,送料设备将铺装好的原料推送入热压机中,胶拼温度为80-130℃、正向压力为1.0-3.5MPa,侧向压力为0.5-2.0MPa;时间为5-25min;
G、养生:将方料平整堆垛在自然通风处,养生7-12天;
H、裁分:根据需要的规格进行裁切;
I、检验分等、修补与包装:裁切后层积材进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库。
步骤C中的微波爆破时间为3~6min。步骤D中的干燥时间为70~85h。

1.一种竹木层积材的制作方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
A、备料:将毛竹展平板和速生桉木旋切原木单板,分别切割成长300-2400mm、宽100-400mm,厚1.5-7mm;
B、深色防霉处理:毛竹展平板放置深色防霉处理容器,蒸汽压力为0.2-0.8MPa,温度为80-130℃,时间为3-6h;速生桉木旋切原木单板放置另深色防霉处理容器,蒸汽压力为0.1-0.6MPa,温度为60-110℃,时间为1.5-4h;
