本发明公开了一种旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵,包括缸体、前轴承、后轴承、转子轴和叶片,所述缸体采用椭圆结构,所述转子轴在缸体中心平衡运转,其特征在于:所述转子轴外壁和缸体内壁所围成的面积满足R=A+Bsin2θ,其中,R为缸体半径,A为常数因子,B为系数因子。常数因子A的取值范围是23~25。系数因子B的取值范围是8.6~8.7。本发明通过合理设计旋叶式汽车空调压缩机中的泵结构,使压缩机泵具备最佳的能耗比,同时,本发明的旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵还具有低噪声和工作寿命长的优点。

旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的泵,特别涉及一种高性能、低功耗的旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的泵结构。
背景技术
旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的“泵”部分主要由缸体、前轴承、后轴承、转子轴和5个叶片组成,具体结构如图1所示。其中,缸体采用非圆形对称结构,吸、排气口对称排列。转子轴带动5个叶片每旋转一周,对冷媒工质实现吸、排气10次,排气压力平稳,脉动低。由于缸体采用了对称设计,转子轴在缸体中心平衡运转,压缩机转速最高可达8000rpm以上,与涡旋压缩机相当。
如何通过结构调整,使压缩机泵得到最佳的能耗比(COP)、低的噪声和长时间的工作寿命是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种高性能、低功耗的旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵。
本发明的技术方案如下:
旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵,包括缸体、前轴承、后轴承、转子轴和叶片,所述缸体采用椭圆结构,所述转子轴在缸体中心平衡运转,所述转子轴外壁和缸体内壁所围成的面积满足R=A+Bsin2θ,其中,R为缸体半径,A为常数因子,B为系数因子。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述常数因子A的取值范围是23~25。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述系数因子B的取值范围是8.6~8.7。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述叶片的数量为5个,所述转子轴带动5个叶片每旋转一周,对冷媒工质实现吸、排气10次。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过合理设计旋叶式汽车空调压缩机中的泵结构,使压缩机泵具备最佳的能耗比,同时,本发明的旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵还具有低噪声和工作寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明的旋叶式汽车空调压缩机泵的结构如图1所示,旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的“泵”部分主要由缸体、前轴承、后轴承、转子轴和5个叶片组成。其中,缸体采用非圆形对称结构,吸、排气口对称排列。转子轴带动5个叶片每旋转一周,对冷媒工质实现吸、排气10次,排气压力平稳,脉动低。由于缸体采用了对称设计,转子轴在缸体中心平衡运转,压缩机转速最高可达8000rpm以上,与涡旋压缩机相当。
缸体型线方程式是旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的核心,方程式的优越直接影响着压缩机的性能、功耗、运行噪声以及叶片等零件的工作寿命。如图1所示,压缩机的排量直接由缸体型线方程式加工出的阴影面积确定:在缸体高度一定的情况下,阴影面积越大,压缩机排量(容积)越大,制冷量越高。但方程式面积越大,却会导致功耗和噪声等问题产生,并非是越大越好。合理的方程式,将会使压缩机得到最佳的能耗比(COP),低的噪声和长时间的工作寿命。
康普瑞旋叶式汽车空调压缩机缸体型线方程式采用正弦函数,形状类似椭圆形,非常适用于小排量高压缩比的压缩机,方程式基本公式为:R=A+Bsin2θ(注:R为缸体半径,A为常数因子,B为系数因子)。正弦函数的特点是0°和180°处曲率半径变化小,缸体半径相对较“一致”,可与转子轴的圆弧面形成密封面,实现吸气区与排气区的隔离。
根据理论和实践经验,旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的排量主要由缸体型线方程式R=A+Bsin2θ的因子A确定,而因子B则对压缩机的能耗比(COP)和运行噪声有重要影响。
旋叶式压缩机的特点是结构简单,体积小,适用于中、小排量汽车,其排量以40cc~150cc为宜。排量过小时,叶片不足以在离心力作用下甩出;而排量过大时,压缩机的重量和体积将会增加很多,不利于汽车的安装和轻量化要求。
旋叶式汽车空调压缩机的理想工作转速为1000rpm~4000rpm,转速低,压缩机容积效率不理想;反之,高转速会导致压缩机噪声方面的抱怨。在上述转速范围内,缸体型线方程式R=A+Bsin2θ的因子A理想范围为23~25。
缸体型线方程式R=A+Bsin2θ的因子B则决定了型线的形状,影响着叶片与缸体内壁贴合运行的可靠性、噪声和整机功率消耗。
由图2可以看出,当缸体型线方程式R=A+Bsin2θ中因子A为一常数条件下,压缩机的能耗比(COP)随着因子B的值变化呈现出抛物线变化趋势,并在8.6附件达到峰值。试验数据显示:当因子B取8.6时,96cc排量旋叶式压缩机性能如表1:

表1显示的数据,无论COP或者噪声,均优于国内外同类产品水平。综合旋叶式汽车压缩机排量和制造精度考虑,确定缸体型线R=A+Bsin2θ中因子B的范围为8.6~8.7。
