Abstract

本实用新型涉及到一种单螺杆压缩机领域,尤其涉及到一种新型节能降噪排气三角口单螺杆压缩机。由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,将啮合副装在机壳内,螺杆螺旋槽、机壳内壁和星轮片齿顶面构成封闭的基元容积,随着螺杆星轮齿的转动,使空气由螺杆端面倒角进入吸气腔,经旋转星轮齿片封闭压缩后达到设计压力值,在机壳内壁斜边开设有与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合的排气三角口,由开在机壳内壁的排气三角口通过排气通道后排出。其有益效果是:采用排气三角口斜边(曲线)与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合的设计思路,有效减小气体压力损失、降低排气噪声,提高空压机的性能,降低比功率,达到真正降噪节能的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种单螺杆压缩机领域,尤其涉及到一种新型节能降噪排气三角口单螺杆压缩机。 
背景技术
单螺杆压缩机的主要零件有螺杆、星轮和机壳,CP型单螺杆压缩机由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,装在机壳内构成。螺杆螺旋槽、机壳内壁和星轮片齿顶面构成封闭的基元容积。高速旋转时的动力传到螺杆的螺旋槽上带动星轮齿转动,随着星轮齿转动,使空气由螺杆倒角端面进入吸气腔,再被星轮齿片封闭,压缩至设计压力时,由开在机壳内壁的排气三角口通过排气通道后排出。 
而现行单螺杆压缩机排气三角口如图1所示,三角口斜边20(直线)与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线有一定的偏差,压缩空气必然先从两尖端处排出,然后才逐渐通过整条斜边进入排气口,当压缩空气仅在两尖端排气时,容易产生诸如蜗旋、紊流等现象,致使气体局部压力损失、振动噪声加大,必然在最后直接影响该款压缩机的比功率、噪声等性能指标。 
基于上述现有单螺杆压缩机的排气三角口的现状,本发明人研制了“一种新型节能降噪排气三角口单螺杆压缩机”。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种增加排量提高容积效率的单螺杆压缩机。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种新型节能降噪排气三角口单螺杆压缩机,由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,将啮合副装在机壳内,螺杆螺旋槽、机壳内壁和星轮片齿顶面构成封闭的基元容积,随着螺杆星轮齿的转动,使空气由螺杆端面倒角进入吸气腔,经旋转星轮齿片封闭压缩后达到设计压力值,在机壳内壁斜边开设有与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合的排气三角口,由开在机壳内壁的排气三角口通过排气通道后排出。所述排气三角口斜边(曲线)与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合,当压缩空气从排气三角口排气时,一、同时通过排气三角口斜边,从而有效的控制诸如蜗旋、紊流等现象的产生,达到减小气体局部压力损失、降低排气噪声的目的;二、本新型排气三角口与现有排气三角口相比,增加了有效排气面积,当气体流量不变时,截面积增大,流速降低,而管路阻力损失与气体流速的平方成正比,故而管路阻力损失也得到了有效控制。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是: 
采用排气三角口斜边(曲线)与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合的设计思路,有效减小气体压力损失、降低排气噪声,提高空压机的性能,降低比功率,达到真正降噪节能的效果。

本实用新型是这样实施的: 
在图2中,一种新型节能降噪排气三角口单螺杆压缩机由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,将啮合副装在机壳内,螺杆螺旋槽、机壳内壁和星轮片齿顶面构成封闭的基元容积,随着螺杆星轮齿的转动,使空气由螺杆端面倒角进入吸气腔,经旋转星轮齿片封闭压缩后达到设计压力值,在机壳内壁斜边开设有与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合的排气三角口10。由开在机壳内壁的排气三角口通过排气通道后排出。所述排气三角口斜边(曲线)与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合(如图2所示),当压缩空气从排气三角口排气时,一、同时通过排气三角口斜边,从而有效的控制诸如蜗旋、紊流等现象的产生,达到减小气体局部压力损失、降低排气噪声的目的;二、本新型排气三角口与现有排气三角口相比,增加了有效排气面积,如图.1阴影部分,当气体流量不变时,截面积增大,流速降低,而管路阻力损失与气体流速的平方成正比,故而管路阻力损失也得到了有效控制。采用排气三角口斜边(曲线)与螺杆螺旋槽齿顶曲线完全吻合的设计思路,有效减小气体压力损失、降低排气噪声,提高空压机的性能,降低比功率,达到真正降噪节能的效果。
