本实用新型涉及到一种单螺杆压缩机领域,尤其涉及到一种增加排量提高容积效率的单螺杆压缩机。由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,该啮合副装在壳体内,螺杆螺旋槽、壳体内壁和星轮片齿密封面构成封闭的基元容积,随着星轮片齿的转动,封闭的基元容积发生变化,空气由螺杆倒角端面进入螺杆螺旋槽空间,经封闭压缩后达到设计压力,由开在壳体内壁排气端的三角排气口经排气通道由排气孔集中排出,所述的啮合副采用大直径星轮d2=(1.06~1.111)d1,大齿深h=(0.23~0.266)d1,螺杆齿顶宽b1<4mm。其有益效果是:可增大单螺杆压缩机排量,提高容积效率,减轻螺杆重量,减小功耗降低比功率,是节能减排的有效设计。

背景技术
CP型单螺杆压缩机由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,装在壳体内构成。螺杆螺旋槽、壳体内壁和星轮片齿面构成基元容积。压缩机运转时,由螺杆带动星轮片齿依次循环与螺旋槽啮合,空气由吸气腔进入螺旋槽空间,当星轮片齿进入螺杆槽后,随着星轮片齿在螺杆槽内相对滑动,空气被压缩,封闭的基元容积发生变化,当星轮片齿运行到设计压力的位置时,压缩气体从开在壳体内壁的排气三角口经排气通道排出。 
如图1所示,现有的直线平面包络单螺杆压缩机螺杆、星轮啮合副:螺杆直径d1确定后,星轮直径d2=(1~1.05)d1,中心距A≈0.8d1,a≈0.3d1,h=(0.2~0.225)d1,b=(0.145~0.1546)d1,排量不够大,要再提高单螺杆压缩机的排量,提高容积效率,减轻螺杆重量等已经非常困难。基于改善解决上述问题,本发明人研制了本实用新型“一种增加排量提高容积效率的单螺杆压缩机”。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种增加排量提高容积效率的单螺杆压缩机。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
CP型单螺杆压缩机由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,装在壳体内构成。螺杆螺旋槽、壳体内壁和星轮片齿面构成基元容积。压缩机运转时,由螺杆带动星轮片齿依次循环与螺旋槽啮合,空气由吸气腔进入螺旋槽空间,当星轮片齿进入螺杆槽后,随着星轮片齿在螺杆槽内相对滑动,空气被压缩,封闭的基元容积发生变化,当星轮片齿运行到设计压力的位置时,压缩气体从开在壳体内壁的排气三角口经排气通道排出。啮合副采用大直径星轮d2=(1.06~1.111)d1,大齿深h=(0.23~0.266)d1,大齿宽b,在充分兼顾容积效率的最大化、槽壁刚度、密封性能及加工水平的前提下,控制螺杆齿顶宽取b1<4mm,b1愈小容积愈大,齿宽b=2asin16.36°-b1cos16.36°,为减小功率消耗,降低比功率,应尽可能挖空螺杆达到重量最轻。

本实用新型可增大单螺杆压缩机排量,提高容积效率,减轻螺杆重量减小功耗降低比功率,是压缩机节能低碳的有效设计。

本实用新型是这样实施的: 
一种增加排量降低比功率的单螺杆压缩机,由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,该啮合副装在壳体内,螺杆螺旋槽、壳体内壁和星轮片齿密封面构成封闭的基元容积,随着星轮齿的转动,封闭的基元容积发生变化,空气由吸气腔进入螺杆螺旋槽空间,经星轮片齿封闭压缩后达到设计压力,由开在壳体内壁的排气三角口由排气通道经排气孔排出。采用大直径星轮d2=(1.06~1.111)d1,大齿深h=(0.23~0.266)d1,大齿宽b,实际控制螺杆齿顶宽b1<4mm(螺杆d1≤384mm),尽可能挖空螺杆减轻重量。可增大单螺杆压缩机排量,提高容积效率,减轻螺杆重量,省功,节能低碳。

1.一种增加排量提高容积效率的单螺杆压缩机,由一个圆柱螺杆和两个中心对称布置的平面星轮组成啮合副,其特征在于:该啮合副装在壳体内,螺杆螺旋槽、壳体内壁和星轮片齿密封面构成封闭的基元容积,随着星轮片齿的转动,封闭的基元容积发生变化,空气由螺杆倒角端面进入螺杆螺旋槽空间,经封闭压缩后达到设计压力,由开在壳体内壁排气端的三角排气口经排气通道由排气孔集中排出,所述的啮合副采用大直径星轮d2=(1.06~1.111)d1,大齿深h=(0.23~0.266)d1,螺杆齿顶宽b1<4mm。
