Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种改良结构的压力锅锅体。目前市场上普遍使用的旋合式不锈钢压力锅和夹钳式不锈钢压力锅，为了使锅牙达到压力锅的安全使用要求，通常采用增加锅体的材料厚度，使锅体口部材料的厚度增加，与之同时也增加了锅体的重量，又浪费原材料。本实用新型包括锅体和在锅体口部形成的多个锅牙，其特征在于所述锅牙的底部设有一位于锅牙内侧壁与锅体的外侧壁之间的加强件，所述的加强件为一闭合加强槽体，其一侧外壁焊接在锅体的外侧壁上，其余侧外壁焊接在锅牙的内侧壁上。本实用新型使不锈钢压力锅的锅体可以采用比现有锅体更薄的原材料制造，大大减少原材料的用量，达到了节约能源的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及压力锅，尤其是一种改良结构的压力锅锅体。 
背景技术
目前市场上普遍使用的旋合式不锈钢压力锅和夹钳式不锈钢压力锅，为了使锅牙达到压力锅的安全使用要求，增加锅体口部的强度，通常采用增加锅体的材料厚度(材料的总厚度一般在1.0mm～1.2mm)，使锅体口部材料的厚度增加，与之同时也增加了锅体的重量，又浪费原材料。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种在减薄锅体原材料厚度的前提下却能加强锅体口部强度的压力锅锅体。 
为此，本实用新型采用以下的技术方案：一种改良结构的压力锅锅体，包括锅体和在锅体口部形成的多个锅牙，其特征在于所述锅牙的底部设有一位于锅牙内侧壁与锅体的外侧壁之间的加强件，所述的加强件为一闭合加强槽体，其一侧外壁焊接在锅体的外侧壁上，其余侧外壁焊接在锅牙的内侧壁上。 
本实用新型采用加强件确保锅体口部强度，特别是锅牙的强度，以避免爆锅现象的发生；由于锅体口部的强度通过加强件得到了保证，故可以使不锈钢压力锅的锅体采用比现有锅体更薄的原材料，如0.6mm～1.0mm厚的原材料，大大减少原材料的用量，达到节约能源的目的。 
所述加强件的一侧外壁形状与锅体的弧形外侧壁匹配，其余侧外壁的形状与锅牙内侧壁的形状匹配，加强件的长度与锅牙的长度相配。加强件 与锅牙及锅体接触的面积越大，所起的增强效果更好。 
本实用新型使不锈钢压力锅的锅体可以采用比现有锅体更薄的原材料制造，大大减少原材料的用量，达到了节约能源的目的；同时锅体口部的强度得到了明显增强，使压力锅能承受更大的压力，使压力锅的使用更安全。

具体实施方式
如图2、3所示的压力锅锅体，每个锅牙2的底部设有一位于锅牙内侧壁与锅体1的外侧壁之间的闭合加强槽体3，其一侧外壁焊接在锅体的外侧壁上，其余侧外壁焊接在锅牙的内侧壁上。闭合加强槽体3的一侧外壁形状与锅体的弧形外侧壁匹配，其余侧外壁的形状与锅牙内侧壁的形状匹配，闭合加强槽体3的长度略短于锅牙的长度。 

Claims (2)

1.一种改良结构的压力锅锅体，包括锅体(1)和在锅体口部形成的多个锅牙(2)，其特征在于所述锅牙(2)的底部设有一位于锅牙内侧壁与锅体的外侧壁之间的加强件，所述的加强件为一闭合加强槽体(3)，其一侧外壁焊接在锅体的外侧壁上，其余侧外壁焊接在锅牙的内侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良结构的压力锅锅体，其特征在于所述加强件的一侧外壁形状与锅体的弧形外侧壁匹配，其余侧外壁的形状与锅牙内侧壁的形状匹配，加强件的长度与锅牙的长度相配。
