本实用新型涉及到一种单螺杆压缩机领域,尤其涉及到一种“节能低碳、静音环保、长寿可靠的单螺杆压缩机”。 
背景技术
当今世界直线平面包络CP型单螺杆压缩机包括单螺杆空气压缩机(喷油单螺杆空气压缩机已有国家标准)、单螺杆制冷压缩机和单螺杆膨胀机。除单螺杆膨胀机外其产品已成功用于核电站、潜艇、空调、制冷、热泵、水泥、钢铁、矿山、纺织、机械、环保等众多行业,是二十一世纪压缩机技术领域的一项重大革新。其核心技术是螺杆、星轮和壳体构成啮合副的加工、测量和装配,尤其是啮合副齿侧型线由1条长直母线l刀刃定中心距A,按传动比i展成加工出来无理论误差的齿侧型线技术(已获专利),单螺杆压缩机技术已上一个新台阶。基于上述现状,单螺杆压缩机技术乃存在发展的空间,本发明人实用新型了小比功率单螺杆压缩机使其产品上升到能效型绿色产品。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种单螺杆压缩机螺杆、星轮和壳体啮合副中心距A<0.8d1的产品,较目前行业内普遍采用A≥0.8d1压缩机产品比功率小。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
小比功率单螺杆压缩机啮合副中心距A<0.8d1。在额定排量qVN和额定压力 Mpa确定情况下,螺杆直径d1、螺杆轴向最小齿顶宽b1、啮合角αt相同,因较中心距A≥0.8d1时其中心距A减小,星轮齿宽b变窄、全齿高h变长,星轮齿面面积和重心G略同,面积重心G距螺杆轴线距离R变小,螺杆螺旋槽上气体作用力略同,也就是转动惯量J=GR变小,耗功小,比功率P=Wsh/qVNKW/m3/min小(Wsh轴功率),节能低碳、静音环保、长寿可靠的单螺杆压缩机进一步节能成为绿色单螺杆压缩机。 
本实用新型单螺杆压缩机的有益效果是: 
进一步减小比功率,使单螺杆压缩机产品更节能成为绿色产品。

图2所示为螺杆直径d1、啮合副总排量qVN和压力Mpa相同的条件下,星轮齿宽b和全齿高h不同,其面积重心G略同,但面积重心G小A离螺杆轴线R小A近,即转动惯量J=GR小,耗功少。 
具体实施方式
单螺杆压缩机设计时,确定螺杆直径d1后,啮合副中心距一定取A<0.8d1。
