一种硅酸钠溶解装置,包括罐体、操作平台、支架、固定在操作平台上的电机、所述罐体内设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴贯穿罐体,一端与旋转轴承连接,一端与电机连接,所述旋转轴上设有搅拌叶片,所述罐体左侧壁上部设有进水管,所述罐体左侧壁下部设有进气管,本装置结构设计科学合理,溶解效果好,溶解时间短且能耗低。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅酸钠的溶解设备,尤其涉及一种硅酸钠溶解装置。
背景技术
硅酸钠俗称泡花碱,是一种水溶性硅酸盐,其水溶液俗称水玻璃,是一种矿黏合剂。工业上:硅酸钠通常采用石英粉加上纯碱,在1300~1400℃的高温下煅烧生成液体硅酸钠,从炉出料口流出、制块或水淬成颗粒.再在高温或高温高压水中溶解,制得溶液状水玻璃产品。
固体硅酸钠是制备偏硅酸的原料,在生产过程中先要把块状的硅酸钠在高温高压下溶解成40%左右的硅酸钠溶液,一般最常用的方法是立式带搅拌的反应釜,但是立式反应釜容量较少,并且溶解效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种容量大,且溶解效果好,溶解时间短,便于清洗的一种硅酸钠溶解装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种硅酸钠溶解装置,包括罐体、操作平台、支架、固定在操作平台上的电机,所述罐体内设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴贯穿罐体,一端与旋转轴承连接,一端与电机连接,所述旋转轴上设有搅拌叶片,所述罐体侧壁上部设有进水管,进水管在罐体内与旋转轴平行且位于旋转轴上方,所述进水管上设有若干喷头,所述罐体侧壁下部设有进气管,进气管在罐体内与旋转轴平行且位于旋转轴下方,所述进气管上设有若干曝气头。
作为优选,所述罐体下方设有滚轮,罐体桶壁上设有轨道,所述滚轮通过支架固定在地面上,滚轮嵌入罐体桶壁的轨道内。
作为优选,所述进水管和进气管与罐体侧壁连接处设有活接头。
作为优选,所述罐体内壁涂有防腐耐高温涂层。
作为优选,所述操作平台上还设有爬梯。
本发明的有益之处:进水管和进气管与罐体侧壁连接处设有活接头,保证罐体在旋转的过程中,进水管和进气管保证不动,进水管上设有喷头,便于进水和清洗罐体;进气管上设有曝气头,冲入气体,可以加速固体的溶解,同时旋转轴上设有搅拌叶片也有助于加速溶解,溶解效果好,缩短了溶解时间短,在罐体下方设置滚轮,罐体桶壁上设置轨道,滚轮一端固定在地面,一端嵌入轨道内,即有助于支撑罐体,提供稳定性,又有助于罐体的旋转。

一种硅酸钠溶解装置,包括罐体1、操作平台2、支架3、固定在操作平台2上的电机4,所述罐体1内设有旋转轴5,所述旋转轴5贯穿罐体1,一端与旋转轴承5.2连接,一端与电机4连接,所述旋转轴5上设有搅拌叶片5.1,所述罐体1侧壁上部设有进水管6,进水管6在罐体1内与旋转轴5平行且位于旋转轴5上方,所述进水管6上设有若干喷头6.1,所述罐体1侧壁下部设有进气管7,进气管7在罐体1内与旋转轴5平行且位于旋转轴5下方,所述进气管7上设有若干曝气头7.1,所述罐体1下方设有滚轮8,罐体1桶壁上设有轨道1.1,所述滚轮8通过支架3固定在地面上,滚轮8嵌入罐体1桶壁的轨道1.1内,所述进水管6和进气管7与罐体1侧壁连接处设有活接头10,所述罐体1内壁涂有防腐耐高温涂层,所述操作平台2上还设有爬梯9。

1.一种硅酸钠溶解装置,包括罐体、操作平台、支架、固定在操作平台上的电机、其特征在于:所述罐体内设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴贯穿罐体,一端与旋转轴承连接,一端与电机连接,所述旋转轴上设有搅拌叶片,所述罐体侧壁上部设有进水管,进水管在罐体内与旋转轴平行且位于旋转轴上方,所述进水管上设有若干喷头,所述罐体侧壁下部设有进气管,进气管在罐体内与旋转轴平行且位于旋转轴下方,所述进气管上设有若干曝气头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钠溶解装置,其特征在于:所述罐体下方设有滚轮,罐体桶壁上设有轨道,所述滚轮通过支架固定在地面上,滚轮嵌入罐体桶壁的轨道内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钠溶解装置,其特征在于:所述进水管和进气管与罐体侧壁连接处设有活接头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钠溶解装置,其特征在于:所述罐体内壁涂有防腐耐高温涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酸钠溶解装置,其特征在于:所述操作平台上还设有爬梯。
