Further, if the editing section 144 determines that the paste operation is not performed, the process proceeds to S100.
In S100, the control unit 14 determines whether or not the document editing job to be edited is terminated. For example, the control unit 14 determines that the editing job is terminated by receiving an operation to make the document to be edited not displayed, and terminates the processing related to the flowchart. Then, if the control unit 14 determines that the editing operation has not been terminated, the process proceeds to S20.
[ Effect of embodiment 1 ]
As described above, the supporting apparatus 1 according to embodiment 1, upon receiving a keyword from a user, extracts a sentence including the received keyword from one or more reference documents with reference to the storage unit 13, displays the extracted sentence on the display unit 12, and displays a view corresponding to the word on the display unit 12 if a first operation is performed with respect to a sentence including the word corresponding to the view. In this way, the support apparatus 1 can make the user confirm the diagram displayed in association with the sentence, and more effectively grasp the content of the selected sentence.
If the first operation is executed with respect to a sentence that does not include a word corresponding to the view, the support apparatus 1 displays on the display unit 12: in the document containing the sentence, the view corresponding to the word contained in the sentence located within a predetermined range from the sentence. In this way, the support apparatus 1 can make the user confirm the map having a high possibility of correspondence with the sentence, and can more effectively grasp the content of the selected sentence.
If the fourth operation is performed with respect to the extracted sentence, the support apparatus 1 displays the reference document including the sentence in a state where the part including the sentence is displayed on the display unit 12. In this way, the support apparatus 1 can make the user confirm the words before and after the word selected by the user, and can more effectively grasp the contents of the selected word.

[ extraction of sentences in which the distance between a plurality of keywords is within a predetermined range ]
Next, embodiment 2 will be explained. When the extraction unit 143 extracts a sentence including a plurality of keywords, if the relevance of the plurality of keywords in the sentence is low, a sentence which is not desired by the user may be extracted. Here, unlike embodiment 1, in embodiment 2, when a plurality of keywords are received, the extraction unit 143 extracts words whose distances are within a predetermined range. The following describes the support apparatus 1 according to embodiment 2. The same reference numerals are used for the same components as those in embodiment 1, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
When receiving a plurality of keywords, the extracting unit 143 refers to the storage unit 13, and extracts words in which the distance between the plurality of keywords is within a predetermined range from one or more documents. Specifically, if a keyword is received from the user, the extraction unit 143 refers to the storage unit 13, and extracts a term including the received keyword from one or more reference documents. Next, the extracting unit 143 determines whether or not to accept a plurality of keywords. If it is judged that the plurality of keywords are accepted, the extraction section 143 specifies the positions of the plurality of keywords in the extracted sentence, and further extracts the sentences in which the distances of the plurality of keywords are within a predetermined range.
Here, when the number of received keywords is 3 or more, the extraction unit 143 may extract words whose distance average value of each keyword is within a predetermined range. For example, when the received keywords are "touch panel", "display", and "fig. 1", the extraction unit 143 may extract, from the words including the keywords, words in which an average value of a distance between "touch panel" and "display", a distance between "display" and "fig. 1", and a distance between "fig. 1" and "touch panel" is within a predetermined range.
The predetermined range used when extracting the term may be a predetermined range or an arbitrary range specified by the user of the support apparatus 1. The extraction unit 143 extracts a term in which the distance between the plurality of keywords is within a predetermined range, but may further extract a term when one of the plurality of terms including the term includes a plurality of keywords.
Next, the display control unit 142 associates the term including the keyword extracted by the extraction unit 143 with the reference document corresponding to the term, and displays the term on the search screen displayed on the display unit 12.
[ Effect of embodiment 2 ]
As described above, if a plurality of keywords are accepted, the support apparatus 1 according to embodiment 2 extracts words whose distances between the plurality of keywords are within a predetermined range from one or more documents. In this way, the support apparatus 1 can extract a word having a high relevance among a plurality of keywords.

Next, embodiment 3 will be explained. When the extraction unit 143 extracts a word or phrase containing a keyword accepted by the user, the user may wish to extract a word or phrase containing a similar word or phrase having the same meaning as the keyword. Therefore, unlike embodiment 1, embodiment 3 extracts a word including a keyword accepted by the user or a similar word to the keyword. The following describes the support apparatus 1 according to embodiment 3.
In embodiment 3, the storage unit 13 stores similar-language dictionary information in which a word and a similar language of the word are associated with each other.
When the keyword is accepted, the extracting unit 143 refers to the similar language dictionary stored in the storage unit 13, and specifies the similar language associated with the accepted keyword. The extracting unit 143 extracts a sentence including the received keyword or the specific similar language from one or more documents.
Next, the display control unit 142 associates the term including the keyword extracted by the extraction unit 143 with the reference document corresponding to the term, and displays the term on the search screen displayed on the display unit 12.
Here, the control unit 14 of the support apparatus 1 may accept a setting from the user regarding the extraction of the sentence based on only the received keyword or the extraction of the sentence based on the received keyword and the similar language of the keyword. Further, the display control unit 142 may extract a word or phrase based on the setting. In this way, the support apparatus 1 can extract the sentence containing the similar language when it is determined that the user wants to confirm the sentence containing the similar language.
[ Effect of embodiment 3 ]
As described above, if a keyword is accepted, the support apparatus 1 according to embodiment 3 extracts a term including the keyword or a similar word to the keyword from one or more documents. In this way, the user can also confirm a sentence in a similar language including the keyword input by the user.

Next, embodiment 4 will be described. Unlike embodiment 1, embodiment 4 displays a plurality of views corresponding to a plurality of sentences on the display unit 12. The following describes the supporting apparatus 1 according to embodiment 4.
In embodiment 4, the extracting unit 143 is executed by the keyword extracting operation, and if it is determined that the keyword is received, it refers to the storage unit 13 in which one or more documents including a word corresponding to the view are stored, and extracts a term including the received keyword from the one or more documents. If the sentence is extracted, the display control part 142 displays a view corresponding to the word included in the extracted sentence on the display part.
Specifically, the display control unit 142 specifies a sentence including a word corresponding to the view from the extracted sentences. The display control unit 142 stores, in the storage unit 13, association information in which a term including a word corresponding to a view and identification information (for example, a file name) for identifying the view are associated with each other.
The display control unit 142 displays the extracted sentence on the display unit 12, and if an operation (all-view display operation) of displaying a view corresponding to each of the extracted all sentences on the display unit 12 is accepted, displays a plurality of views corresponding to the words included in each of the all sentences on the display unit 12.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, when a sentence including a keyword is displayed on the search screen, if the first operation is performed in any sentence, a selection acceptance image including an all-view display acceptance image for accepting the all-view display operation is displayed on the display unit 12.
Fig. 12 is a view showing a selection acceptance image including all view display acceptance images. Fig. 12 shows an all-view display acceptance image displayed as a "view displaying all the sentences", and the display control unit 142 displays at least a part of a plurality of views corresponding to words included in each of all the sentences on the display unit 12 in accordance with the selection of the all-view display acceptance image.
Fig. 13 is a diagram showing an example of display of a plurality of views corresponding to words included in each of all extracted sentences. As shown in fig. 13, it may be confirmed that at least a portion of the plurality of views is displayed.
In the present embodiment, the display unit 12 does not display all views corresponding to the words included in each of the extracted all sentences, and displays a part of all the views in response to reception of the scroll operation. The display control unit 142 may change the zoom size of all the views or may display all the views on the display unit 12 at once.
The display control unit 142 may display a plurality of views corresponding to words included in each of the extracted sentences on the display unit 12, instead of displaying the sentences extracted by the extraction unit 143 on the display unit 12. In this way, the user of the support apparatus 1 can easily confirm the view with a high possibility of correspondence with the keyword input by the user.
Then, the display control unit 142 displays the sentence on the display unit 12 in response to reception of a display operation of the sentence corresponding to one of the plurality of views in a state where the plurality of views corresponding to the words included in each of all the sentences are displayed on the display unit 12.
For example, as shown in fig. 13, in a case where a plurality of views are displayed, if a right click operation is performed in a display area of any of the plurality of views, a view operation image as shown in fig. 14 is displayed. The image for view manipulation includes: an image shown as "display text" of the sentence corresponding to the selected view is displayed.
According to the selection of the image shown as "display text" included in the view manipulation image, the display control section 142 refers to the association information stored in the storage section 13 to specify the sentence associated to the selected view. As shown in fig. 11, the display control unit 142 displays a reference document including a specific term in a state where a portion including the term is displayed on the display unit 12.
[ Effect of embodiment 4 ]
As described above, in the supporting apparatus 1 according to embodiment 4, if a keyword is received, a sentence including the received keyword is extracted from one or more documents stored in the storage unit 13, and a view corresponding to a word included in the sentence is displayed on the display unit 12. In this way, the user of the support apparatus 1 can efficiently grasp which view has been used in the past corresponding to the selected keyword.
Then, the support apparatus 1 displays a plurality of views on the display unit 12, and then displays the sentence on the display unit 12 in response to reception of a display operation of the sentence corresponding to one of the plurality of views. In this way, the user of the support apparatus 1 can effectively grasp the contents of the sentence corresponding to the view that the user pays attention to, for example.
The present invention has been described above using the embodiments, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments. Such modifications and improvements are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention, as defined by the following claims.

Claims (17)

1. A display control apparatus, characterized by comprising:
an extraction unit that, if a keyword is received from a user, refers to a storage unit that stores one or more documents containing words corresponding to a view, and extracts all of the sentences containing the received keyword or the sentences containing similar words having the same meaning as the keyword from the one or more documents; and
and a display control unit that causes the display unit to display at least a view in which a part of the at least one document corresponds to the word included in the extracted sentence, so that the extracted sentence and document identification information for identifying a document including the sentence are displayed in association with each other.
2. The display control apparatus according to claim 1,
the display control unit causes the display unit to display the extracted sentence, and causes the display unit to display a view corresponding to the word if a first operation is performed with respect to the sentence including the word.
3. The display control apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that:
the display control unit causes the display unit to display a selection acceptance image that accepts selection of a view corresponding to the word if a first operation is performed with respect to a sentence including the word, and causes the display unit to display the view in accordance with execution of a second operation that selects the view in the selection acceptance image.
4. A display control apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that:
the display control unit causes the display unit to display a selection acceptance image accepting selection of a plurality of views corresponding to a plurality of words if the first operation is executed with respect to a sentence including the plurality of words, and causes the display unit to display the plurality of views in accordance with execution of a second operation of selecting the plurality of views.
5. A display control apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that:
the display control unit, if the first operation is executed with respect to a sentence not including the word, causes the display unit to display: a view corresponding to the word included in the sentence located in a predetermined range from the sentence in the document including the sentence.
6. The display control apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that:
the display control unit, if the first operation is executed with respect to a sentence not including the word, causes the display unit to display: in the document including the sentence, the view corresponding to the word included in the sentence closest to the sentence in which the first operation is performed is included in the sentence including the word before the sentence.
7. A display control apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that:
the display control unit does not display the view on the display unit if the first operation is executed for a sentence not including the word and a sentence positioned in a predetermined range from the sentence in the document including the sentence does not include the word.
8. A display control apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that:
and a display control unit that, after the view is displayed on the display unit, causes the display unit to display an edited image in which the editing of the view is accepted, in response to the acceptance of a third operation.
9. The display control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:
the display control unit displays the extracted sentence on the display unit, and displays a plurality of views corresponding to the word included in each of all the extracted sentences on the display unit if an operation of displaying a view corresponding to each of the extracted sentences on the display unit is accepted.
10. The display control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:
the display control unit does not display the extracted sentence on the display unit, and displays a plurality of views corresponding to the word included in each of all the extracted sentences on the display unit.
11. The display control apparatus according to claim 9, characterized in that:
the display control unit displays a sentence corresponding to one of the plurality of views on the display unit in response to reception of a display operation of the sentence after the plurality of views are displayed on the display unit.
12. The display control apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that:
the display control unit displays a sentence corresponding to one of the plurality of views on the display unit in response to reception of a display operation of the sentence after the plurality of views are displayed on the display unit.
13. The display control apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:
if a plurality of keywords are accepted, the extraction unit extracts a sentence having a distance between the plurality of keywords within a predetermined range from the one or more documents.
14. A display control apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a storage unit for storing one or more documents;
an accepting section that accepts a keyword from a user;
an extraction unit that extracts, from the one or more documents, all of the words containing the received keyword or words containing a similar word having the same meaning as the keyword, with reference to the storage unit; and
and a display control unit that causes the display unit to display the extracted sentence, displays at least a view in which a part of the one or more documents corresponds to a word included in the extracted sentence, so as to display the extracted sentence in association with document identification information identifying a document including the sentence, and displays the document including the sentence in a state in which the part including the sentence is already displayed on the display unit if a predetermined operation is performed with respect to the sentence.
15. The display control apparatus according to claim 14,
the display control unit may highlight the sentence when the document including the sentence in which the fourth operation is performed is displayed on the display unit.
16. A display control method characterized by comprising, in a display control unit,
is executed by a computer and is provided with a computer,
the method comprises the following steps:
an extraction step of, if a keyword is received from a user, referring to a storage unit that stores one or more documents containing words corresponding to a view, extracting all of the sentences containing the received keyword or the sentences containing a similar word having the same meaning as the keyword from the one or more documents; and
a display step of causing a display unit to display at least a view in which a part of the one or more documents corresponds to the word included in the extracted sentence, so that the extracted sentence and document identification information for identifying the document including the sentence are displayed in association with each other.
17. A storage medium storing a display control program, characterized in that,
the display control program causes a computer to function as:
an extraction unit that, if a keyword is received from a user, refers to a storage unit that stores one or more documents containing words corresponding to a view, and extracts all of the sentences containing the received keyword or the sentences containing similar words having the same meaning as the keyword from the one or more documents; and
and a display control unit that causes the display unit to display at least a view in which a part of the at least one document corresponds to the word included in the extracted sentence, so that the extracted sentence and document identification information for identifying a document including the sentence are displayed in association with each other.
