技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于商用车的盘式制动器以及一种盘式制动器的制动钳。
背景技术
这种盘式制动器早就已知。例如DE 195 15 063 C1,其中公开了同类型的轴向盘式制动器,在该轴向盘式制动器中,在制动时,压紧装置的制动杆作用于桥件上,两个彼此平行且间隔开距离地设置的制动推杆支承在所述桥件中,所述制动推杆分别具有推压件。在此,制动杆的杆臂伸入一体成形在制动钳上的罩中。

此外,存在参与的构件承受不受控制的应力的风险,所述构件最终对使用寿命产生影响,亦即,使用寿命相对于持久精确的导向而言减小。
由DE 10 2012 108 689 A1可知一种径向盘式制动器,在该径向盘式制动器中制动杆的杠杆臂大致平行于制动盘的旋转轴线延伸。为了防止制动杆移动,在构造为辊子的枢转体的两侧上固定有止动元件,这些止动元件中的一个构造为切换叉,该切换叉与调节装置作用连接,而另一止动元件由保持板形成。
两个止动元件既支撑在制动杆上,又支撑在制动钳的钳头部上,使得枢转体也如同制动杆那样被夹紧。然而,这里的缺点是,两个止动元件以较大的贴靠面积贴靠在钳头部上,使得在制动杆枢转时必须克服相应的摩擦力。
由DE 10 2012 108 670 A1已知,为了防止制动杆移动,在制动钳侧的轴承装置之外设置贴靠在制动杆的杆臂上的配合销,杠杆臂在所述配合销之间被导向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,进一步改进同类型的盘式制动器和制动钳,使得以小的结构上和制造技术上的耗费来改善盘式制动器的功能安全性和运行安全性。
该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的盘式制动器、并列权利要求15的技术方案以及具有权利要求16的特征的制动钳来实现。
通过本发明现在保证:制动杆持久处于确定的位置,即排除了横向于枢转方向的移动。
自然地,这种强制导向使得在压紧装置的运行特性中整体上不再出现不利影响,这明显改善了功能安全性。
尤其是,因为不能发生侧向倾斜,该侧向倾斜可归因于制动杆相应不受控制地运动,桥件就此而言不再被加载。因此明显提高了参与部件的使用寿命。
因为杠杆止动装置支撑在杠杆的旋转中心的附近,因此有利于好的滞后。在此,仅须安置根据本发明的止动元件作为附加构件,而其他功能部件能以已知的形式被使用,仅这样地被修改,使得必须设置相应的构型用以容纳止动元件。
为此,不仅在制动杆中、而且在钳头部的容纳部中,为了支承枢转体而分别设有缝隙,止动元件嵌入该缝隙中。也可考虑将容纳部设置在至少一个轴承座中,该轴承座作为单独的构件与制动钳的壁连接,其中,所述缝隙于是安设在轴承座中。在并排设置两个轴承座的情况下,缝隙可以通过两个轴承座之间的选定的间距形成。
该止动元件可构造成盘、滑键或者环形盘,其嵌入与其配合的缝隙中,其中,环形盘根据一个实施方案固定在构造为辊子的枢转体上、而根据另一方案插入形成枢转体的一体成型在制动杆上的突起部中,其中,所述盘分别伸入钳头部的或者制动杆的缝隙中。
也可以具有不同于圆形的形状的盘能非常简单地制造并且尤其是在其由硬化钢制成时是非常低磨损的。
取代单独的止动元件,该止动元件也能销状或盘状地一体成型在所述突起部或所述辊子上。
彼此相对的缝隙优选在其延伸走向中为圆弧形的,其中,假想的旋转中心相应于枢转体或容纳部的旋转中心。
因此能实现非常简单地加工钳头部,因为仅需通过制动钳的侧向加工孔来嵌入盘铣刀。
不仅所述容纳部的尺寸即其弯曲半径、而且所述缝隙的弯曲半径能保持得相对小,使得与其配合的所述侧向加工孔在其直径方面也能保持得相应小。
这首先有利于制动钳的稳定性,因为加工孔原则上形成强度削弱部,该强度削弱部因此减小到可接受的程度。
此外,止动元件以及在钳头部和制动杆中的空槽、即所述缝隙在其宽度或厚度方面这样地定尺寸,使得止动元件虽然基本上无间隙地插入,但是能无问题且容易地被装入。
此外,在需要时能设置多个止动元件。

具体实施方式
附图中可看到制动杆1作为轴向盘式制动器的压紧装置的一部分,该制动杆具有杠杆臂2和连接在该杠杆臂上的偏心轮4。在此,横向于压紧方向延伸的杠杆臂2伸入铸造的制动钳12的一体成型的罩15中。
在背离偏心轮4的端部上,杠杆臂2设有截球形凹槽3,制动缸的未示出的挺杆嵌入所述凹槽中,该制动缸优选可气动地被操作。

在所述实例中,止动元件构造为环形盘8,该环形盘支承在辊子7上并且该环形盘嵌入缝隙9中,所述缝隙如容纳部5那样同样构成为圆弧形的,其中,容纳部5、辊子7、缝隙9和环形盘8分别具有相同的中心点。
缝隙9的半径优选相当于环形盘8的外半径,但也可以稍稍大于环形盘的外半径。环形盘8的厚度与缝隙9的宽度大致相等。
尤其是在图1和3中可明显看到,制动钳侧的缝隙9进入制动钳的与安装孔14相对的壁的内侧中,其中,缝隙9在枢转方向上、即朝向罩15延伸。此外,安装孔14在成功装配了功能部件之后通过封闭盖封闭,如由现有技术已知的那样。

2.根据权利要求1所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述止动元件形状锁合地嵌入所述制动杆(1)和所述钳头部(11)和/或所述桥件中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述止动元件由任意轮廓的盘、尤其环形盘(8)、或者滑键形成,所述盘或者滑键嵌入所述制动杆(1)的和所述钳头部(8)的缝隙(9)中。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在所述枢转体构造为辊子(7)时,所述环形盘(8)在所述辊子(7)上被引导,所述辊子位于所述制动杆(1)的容纳部(5)以及所述钳头部(11)的容纳部(5)中。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述环形盘(8)松动地或者固定地保持在所述辊子(7)上。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,在所述枢转体构造为横向于所述制动杆(1)的枢转方向延伸的一体成型的突起部(10)时,所述止动元件、尤其是构造为盘例如环形盘(8)的所述止动元件借助圆弧形横截面通过所述突起部(10)被导向。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述止动元件一体成型在一体成型的所述突起部(10)上。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述制动杆(1)和所述钳头部(11)在他们彼此相向的侧上分别具有缝隙(9),所述止动元件位于所述缝隙中。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述钳头部(11)具有至少一个设有所述容纳部(5)的轴承座,所述缝隙(8)设在所述轴承座中,和/或所述钳头部(11)具有两个并排设置的轴承座,其中,所述缝隙(9)通过所述两个轴承座彼此间的间距形成。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述缝隙(9)圆弧形地延伸,其中,所述枢转体的、所述容纳部(5)的和所述缝隙(9)的旋转轴线是一致的。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述环形盘(8)在其厚度方面在公差范围中相当于所述缝隙(9)的宽度。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述缝隙(9)的弯曲半径至少相当于所述环形盘(8)的外半径。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,所述环形盘(8)由硬化钢制成。
14.用于商用车的盘式制动器,具有包含制动盘的制动钳,在所述制动钳中设有具有能枢转的制动杆(1)的压紧装置,所述制动杆一方面支撑在承载至少一个制动推杆的桥件上,并且另一方面支撑在所述制动钳的钳头部(11)上,其中,为了将所述制动杆(1)支撑在所述钳头部(11)或所述桥件上,设有枢转轴承,具有横截面为圆弧形的容纳部(5)和位于所述容纳部中并且相对于所述容纳部可枢转的枢转体,其中,所述制动杆(1)被至少一个止动元件横向于所述制动杆(1)的枢转方向地防止移动地保持,其特征在于,所述止动元件由任意轮廓的盘、尤其环形盘(8)、或者滑键形成,所述盘或者滑键嵌入所述制动杆(1)的和所述钳头部(11)的缝隙(9)中,其中在所述枢转体构造为辊子(7)时,所述环形盘(8)在所述辊子(7)上被引导,所述辊子位于所述制动杆(1)的容纳部(5)以及所述钳头部(11)的容纳部(5)中。
15.盘式制动器的制动钳,包括具有安装孔(14)的容纳室(13),一体成型的罩(15)连接在所述容纳室上,其中,所述容纳室(13)在其与所述安装孔(14)相对的侧上由形成钳头部(11)的壁限定,其特征在于,所述钳头部(11)的朝向所述容纳室(13)的内侧具有至少一个朝向所述罩(15)延伸的缝隙(9)。
16.根据权利要求16所述的制动钳,其特征在于,所述缝隙(9)圆弧形地延伸。
