本申请案大体上涉及用于制备饮料(尤其是咖啡和茶)的容器的领域。这些容器通常被称作匣体、杯子、胶囊或舱,且尤其适合用于制备单份饮料。
近年来,单份饮料机已经作为快速且方便的冲泡饮料的方式而在家庭和企业中变得流行。这些机器通常经由聚合物容器冲泡咖啡、茶或其它热饮料,聚合物容器可具有一体式过滤器且用咖啡磨碎物、茶叶或其它可溶产品填充。在冲泡这些产品后,容器可轻易丢弃使得机器可用于制备后续饮料。这些容器借此使用户能够定制其饮料并且还快速且容易地享受刚冲泡的饮料。

发明内容
当前描述的实施例通过提供一种容器来解决上文所描述的需求,所述容器包含:大体上圆形底座;自其延伸且在其中界定空腔的平截头圆锥形壁;以及与壁相交且从壁横向延伸的堆叠肩部。底座包含外支撑结构,其中具有朝内倾斜的连续穿刺区,所述连续穿刺区显示使用锋利的针测得的小于3kg或使用钝针测得的小于5kg的穿刺负载。外支撑结构合意地定位成距底座的边缘有效距离以增加连续穿刺区中底座的可穿刺性。

具体实施方式
本申请案的实施例通过提供一种用于制备饮料的容器而解决上文所描述的需求。如本文所使用,术语“容器”与可用于制备饮料的匣体、杯子、胶囊、舱等等同义。
所述容器通常包括杯形容器,其具有底座和界定开口的平截头圆锥形侧壁。在一实施例中,底座包含外支撑结构。安置在外支撑结构内的连续穿刺区经配置以准许在饮料的制备期间在连续穿刺区中穿刺容器底座。外支撑结构合意地定位成距底座的边缘一有效距离以增加连续穿刺区中底座的可穿刺性。

在实施例中,热塑性材料包括热塑性聚合物、成核剂和选自由以下组成的群组的第二添加剂的掺合物:碳酸钙、滑石、泥土及其组合。举例来说,成核剂可以约0.5到约5重量%或约0.5到约2.5重量%的量存在于热塑性材料中,且第二添加剂可以约5到约25重量%、约5到约20重量%、约7到约18重量%、约7到约12重量%或约9重量%的量存在。举例来说,在实施例中,热塑性材料可包括聚丙烯、呈约0.5到约2.5重量%的量的成核剂,和呈约7到约12重量%的量的第二添加剂(例如,滑石)。因此,热塑性材料可包含呈至少70重量%、约70到约95重量%或约70到约90重量%的量的热塑性聚合物。

因此,本文中所描述的容器归因于底座结构(包含外支撑结构)而有利地提供改进的可穿刺性。外支撑结构可经设计以实现各种材料的容器中的所要穿刺负载。在某些实施例中,容器为聚丙烯基容器,意味着容器包括包含呈至少70重量百分比的量的聚丙烯的单层材料,或其中至少一层包含呈至少70重量百分比的量的聚丙烯的多层材料。聚丙烯基容器有利地可容易在市售再循环设施处再循环。因此,本发明的容器可容易再循环且提供类似非可再循环容器的可穿刺性。

Claims (20)
1.一种容器,其包括:
大体上圆形底座;

11.根据权利要求9所述的容器,其中所述一或多个添加剂包括选自由以下组成的群组的金属硬脂酸盐:硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌及其组合。
12.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器包括包含热塑性聚合物的热塑性材料、呈所述热塑性材料的约0.5到约5.0重量%的量的成核剂,和呈所述热塑性材料的约7.0到约18.0重量%的量的滑石。
13.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器包括包含聚烯烃的热塑性材料、呈所述热塑性材料的约0.5到约2.5重量%的量的成核剂,和呈所述热塑性材料的约7.0到约12.0重量%的量的滑石。
14.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其进一步包括压印在所述底座的内表面上的特征,其中所述特征用于增加所述底座的所述可穿刺性。
15.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器为可再循环的。
16.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器包括包含呈至少70重量百分比的量的聚丙烯的单层材料,或其中至少一层包括呈至少70重量百分比的量的聚丙烯的多层材料;
17.根据权利要求17所述的容器,其中所述容器包括多层材料,且所述多层材料的所述至少一层包括与所述空腔相对的最外层。
18.根据权利要求18所述的容器,其中邻近于所述空腔的最内层包括呈至少70重量百分比的量的聚丙烯,且所述多层材料包括所述最内层与最外层之间的阻隔层。
19.根据权利要求19所述的容器,其中所述阻隔层包括乙烯乙烯醇。
20.一种用于形成饮料的容器,其包括根据权利要求1所述的容器且进一步包括:
过滤器,其安置在所述容器的所述空腔中且在所述空腔中界定第一和第二腔室;
饮料介质,其安置在所述空腔中且经布置以与引入到所述容器中的液体相互作用从而形成饮料;以及
盖子,其附接到所述容器的轮缘以含有安置在其中的所述饮料介质和过滤器。
