本发明涉及一种制造汽车燃油箱等中空容器的中空容器制造装置。
背景技术
在专利文献1中,公开了一种中空容器制造装置,其具备凸模、凹模、以及成形时配置于凸模与凹模之间的预成形模具。在此中空容器制造装置中,在将两片塑料片(一对型坯片材)单独成形来形成半壳后,通过接合这些半壳来制造中空容器。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在专利文献1中,相对于凸模及凹模,完全没有公开预成形模具以及两片塑料片的输送方式。考虑到在每个成形周期、预成形模具相对凸模及凹模之间进入或退出这一点、在输送时不使两片塑料片附着这一点,考虑分开输送预成形模具和两片塑料片。然而,这样的输送方式有如下问题:输送需要大量的时间,导致成形周期变长。
鉴于这种情况,本发明的目的是缩短使用一对型坯片材来制造中空容器时的成形周期。
用于解决课题的方法
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种中空容器制造装置,其使用一对型坯片材来制造中空容器,其特征在于,具备:一对成形模具;中间框,合模在一对所述成形模具上;以及输送部,将分别保持在所述中间框的两侧的一对所述型坯片材与所述中间框一起输送到一对所述成形模具之间。
根据这样的结构,输送单元通过一次输送就可以将一对型坯片材和中间框配置在一对成形模具之间。因此,可以缩短使用一对型坯片材来制造中空容器时的成形周期。此外,中间框能够以隔开的状态保持一对型坯片材,因此一对型坯片材彼此不会附着,直到输送部的输送完成。
此外,本发明的特征在于,具备:喷射部,从所述中间框侧朝向所述型坯片材喷射气体。
根据这样的结构,相对于一对型坯片材,可以进行由喷射部进行的吹塑成形。从而,能够提高成形精度。
此外,本发明的特征在于,所述中间框具备朝向所述成形模具突出的塞柱。
根据这样的结构,能够提高中空容器的形状、壁厚等的设计的自由度。发明的效果
根据本发明,可以缩短使用一对型坯片材来制造中空容器时的成形周期。

具体实施方式
《第一实施方式》
下面,适当地参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。如图1所示,本实施方式的中空容器制造装置是使用一对型坯片材P、P通过真空成形来制造中空容器的装置。本实施方式的中空容器制造装置具备一对成形模具2、3、中间框1A、以及输送部5。
如图1(c)所示,成形模具2、3是用于形成中空容器的外形的金属模具,中空容器是真空成形的成形品。在成形模具2、3中分别形成有用于形成腔体空间的凹部Q、Q。在成形模具2、3中形成有与凹部Q、Q连通的真空成形用抽吸孔(省略图示)。
在成形模具2的凹部Q的周围,形成有框状竖立的立设部2a。在立设部2a的外侧,在比立设部2a低一级的位置上形成有肩部2b。同样,在成形模具3的凹部Q的周围,形成有框状竖立的立设部3a。在立设部3a的外侧,在比立设部3a低一级的位置上形成有肩部3b。
如图1和图2所示,中间框1A是配置在成形模具2、3之间并用于合模的中心模具。中间框1A呈矩形框状,其中央部为沿板厚方向贯穿的中空部。在中间框1A上,形成有与中空部连通并用于在真空成形的抽吸时吸入外部空气的通气孔1a。在本实施方式中,虽然在中间框1A的各边上两个一组地设置有通气孔1a,但并不限制通气孔1a的个数。
如图1所示,输送部5是在后述的实施方式中将中间框1A以及型坯片材P、P输送到成形模具2、3(参照图2)之间的装置。输送部5具备臂部5a、连接部5b以及手部5c。
臂部5a呈棒状,是为了输送中间框1A以及型坯片材P、P而在预定空间内移动的部位。连接部5b是连接臂部5a和手部5c的部位,能够自由地改变连接角度。手部5c构成输送部5的前端部,是抓持中间框1A和型坯片材P、P的部位。手部5c具备滑块部6、一对卡盘部7、7。
滑块部6是使卡盘部7、7在相互接近或远离的方向上滑动的装置。此外,中间框1A的上部固定在滑块部6的宽度方向的中央。滑块部6具备驱动卡盘部7、7的致动器(省略图示)。卡盘部7、7是通过滑块部6而滑动的一对棒状部件。卡盘部7、7通过从外侧夹持中间框1A的上部以及型坯片材P、P的上部,能够将型坯片材P、P保持在中间框1A上。
型坯片材P、P例如由含有阻挡层的热塑性树脂形成。型坯片材P、P是将EVOH层(乙烯乙烯醇共聚物层)作为阻挡燃料透过的阻挡层配置在层中央、并包括PE层(聚乙烯层)、粘接层等的多层结构。
如图1所示,型坯片材P、P呈矩形片状。这种型坯片材P、P,例如是通过从特殊模头(省略图示)挤出型坯并将其展开成片状而获得的,该特殊模头为,在挤压圆筒状型坯的正常模头的出口部上相对配置两个使圆筒状型坯通道进行分支的分支部件而成。在卡盘部7之间,形成为矩形形状的型坯片材P、P从上方被引导至中间框1A的两侧。
如图1(c)所示,输送部5将由卡盘部7、7夹持的中间框1A以及型坯片材P、P输送至成形模具2、3之间。相对于所输送的中间框1A以及型坯片材P、P,成形模具2、3闭合、合模。
当成形模具2、3合模时,成形模具2、3的肩部2b、3b与中间框1A的两侧抵接。此时,成形模具2的立设部2a以及成形模具3的立设部3a彼此不抵接,被容纳在中间框1A的中空部中。即,立设部2a、3a以比中间框1A小一圈的尺寸形成。
<中空容器制造方法>
其次,对本实施方式的中空容器制造装置进行的中空容器制造方法的步骤进行说明。
首先,如图3(a)所示,牵伸后切成两片的矩形形状的型坯片材P、P朝向配置在预定位置上的中空容器制造装置的输送部5下降。另外,型坯片材P、P下降的方向是从图3的纸面表面朝向背面的方向。型坯片材P、P分别被引导至向外侧开放的卡盘部7、7与中间框1A之间。之后,通过输送部5的卡盘部7、7向内侧滑动,来从外侧夹持中间框1A的上部以及型坯片材P、P的上部。从而,型坯片材P、P被保持在中间框1A的两侧。
接着,如图3(b)所示,通过移动臂部5a,卡盘部7、7将型坯片材P、P保持在中间框1A的两侧,以这样的方式,将型坯片材P、P以及中间框1A输送至成形模具2、3之间。
接着,如图3(c)所示,相对于所输送的中间框1A以及型坯片材P、P,成形模具2、3闭合,合模。型坯片材P、P的周缘被成形模具2、3的肩部2b、3b和中间框1A的侧面夹断。
接着,如图3(d)所示,通过从成形模具2、3的抽吸孔(省略图示)进行抽真空,型坯片材P、P被转印到成形模具2、3的凹部(成形面)Q、Q。将型坯片材P、P中,被转印到成形模具2、3的成形面上的部分称作半壳P1、P1。
接着,如图4(e)所示,打开成形模具2、3,并且使输送部5的卡盘部7、7向外侧滑动。确切地说,在使输送部5的卡盘部7、7向外侧滑动后打开成形模具2、3。在型坯片材P、P中,半壳P1、P1以外的毛刺被切下,并从中间框1A除去。或者,也可以构成为,在此阶段,将毛刺原样留下,并如下所述,在将半壳P1、P1彼此接合后的阶段,将毛刺切下。输送部5与打开成形模具2、3所释放的中间框1A一起退出到预定位置。
接着,如图4(f)所示,输送部5A将配置在手部5d上的内置部件8输送到半壳P1、P1之间。在本实施方式中,输送部5和输送部5A使用不同的装置。或者,也可以构成为将安装在输送部5的臂部5a上的手部5c更换为手部5d,输送部5和输送部5A的大部分是通用的。例如,内置部件8是阀门、消波板等安装在中空容器的内壁上的部件。通过操纵设置在手部5d上的致动器(省略图示),将内置部件8推压、装配到半壳P1、P1中。或者,也可以通过移动手部5d本身,将内置部件8推压、装配到半壳P1、P1中。
接着,如图4(g)所示,在完成内置部件8的装配之后,输送部5A退出到预定位置。
接着,如图4(h)所示,成形模具2、3闭合,再次合模。此时,半壳P1、P1的端面彼此被接合。从而,完成中空容器的制造。此外,在将半壳P1、P1的端面彼此接合的该工序中,通过由吹杆(省略图示)对中空容器的内部空间吹气,能够相对于成形模具2、3将半壳P1、P1再次可靠地转印,并且,通过将半壳P1、P1冷却,可以缩短成形周期。
根据第一实施方式,输送部5可以通过一次输送将一对型坯片材P、P与中间框1A配置在一对成形模具2、3之间。因此,可以缩短使用一对型坯片材P、P来制造中空容器时的成形周期。另外,中间框1A能够以隔开的状态保持一对型坯片材P、P,因此一对型坯片材P、P彼此不会附着,直到输送部5的输送完成。
《第二实施方式》
接着,在第二实施方式中,主要对与第一实施方式的不同之处进行说明。本实施方式的中空容器制造装置具备从中间框1A侧朝向型坯片材P、P喷射气体的喷射部。
参照图2,喷射部由通气孔1a和空气压缩机等空气供给装置(省略图示)构成。通过通气孔1a从空气供给装置供给的空气,经由中间框1A的中空部向型坯片材P、P喷射。通过在成形模具2、3中对型坯片材P、P进行抽真空、并且从中间框1A侧向型坯片材P、P喷射空气,可以更可靠地将型坯片材P、P转印到成形模具2、3上。特别优选的是,喷射部适用于中空容器的形状较复杂的情况。另外,空气供给装置也可以配置在中间框1A的中空部中。
《第三实施方式》
接着,在第三实施方式中,主要对与第一实施方式的不同之处进行说明。如图5所示,本实施方式的中空容器制造装置具备中间框1B来代替中间框1A。中间框1B在其中空部具备多个塞柱9和基板1b。
塞柱9是用于使型坯片材P、P的部分形状、厚度等不同于其他部分的部件。在本实施方式中,虽然塞柱9设置有3个,但并非限制塞柱9的数量。基板1b是用于保持塞柱9的板状部件。如图5(a)所示,基板1b从中间框1B的上端延伸到下端。
如图5(b)及图5(c)所示,塞柱9具备头部9a和轴部9b。头部9a安装于轴部9b的一端。轴部9b沿基板1b的板厚方向、即中间框1B的板厚方向延伸,并贯通基板1b。本实施方式的中空容器制造装置具备用于使塞柱9整体相对于基板1b在轴部9b的轴线方向上前进或后退的致动器(省略图示)。
如图5(b)及图5(c)所示,在直到中间框1B以及型坯片材P、P被输送到成形模具2、3之间为止的期间,塞柱9容纳在中间框1B的中空部内,未接触由卡盘部7保持的型坯片材P、P。在即将合模之前的时刻,通过塞柱9相对于型坯片材P、P前进并与之接触,接触部分的型坯片材P、P被部分地冷却。从而,能够使型坯片材P、P的期望部分成为所期望的形状、厚度。
另外,在图5(c)中,虽然成形模具2、3的凹部Q、Q的底部被描画成平面形状,但也可以根据所期望的中空容器的形状适当地设置突起、凹陷。根据第三实施方式,通过使用塞柱9,能够提高中空容器的形状、壁厚等的设计的自由度。
《其他》
上面虽然说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明不限于所述实施方式,在不改变本发明主旨的范围内可以适当地改变。例如,在第一实施方式中,描述了通过卡盘部7、7将型坯片材P、P的上部夹持在中间框1A的上部并进行输送。然而,也可以将型坯片材P、P的下部也夹持在中间框1A的下部并进行输送。此外,还可以将型坯片材P、P的任何部分夹持在中间框1A的两侧并进行输送。
此外,在第一实施方式中,描述了输送内置部件8的输送部5A与输送中间框1A的输送部5为不同的装置(图4(f)),但是,也可以是相同的装置。从而,可以将1个输送部兼用于中间框1A的输送与内置部件8的输送,因此,可以缩小用于制造中空容器的工作空间。
此外,第二实施方式中的由喷射部进行的吹塑成形,既可以作为已经描述的真空成形的替代方式来进行,也可以与真空成形组合进行。
此外,在第三实施例中,可以适当地设定配置在中间框1B的中空部内的基板1b的位置、大小、形状。此外,还可以适当地设定固定在基板1b上的塞柱9的位置、大小。进一步地,在第三实施例中,塞柱9的形状是圆柱形,但也可以是半球形、圆锥形、圆筒形等其它形状。
此外,通过适当地更换输送部5的手部5c的构成部件、输送部5A的手部5d的构成部件,可以在上述真空成形、通过圆筒形的型坯来成形中空容器的通常的吹塑成形、同时填充成形等不同的成形方法之间很容易地进行切换,其中,该同时填充成形为,在圆筒形的型坯中内置消波板等的同时成形中空容器。
此外,对于本发明的构成要素的形状、材质、功能等,在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内,可以适当地改变。

Claims (3)
1.一种中空容器制造装置,其使用一对型坯片材来制造中空容器,其特征在于,具备:
一对成形模具;
中间框,合模在一对所述成形模具上;以及
输送部,将分别保持在所述中间框的两侧的一对所述型坯片材与所述中间框一起输送到一对所述成形模具之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的中空容器制造装置,其特征在于,具备:
喷射部,从所述中间框侧朝向所述型坯片材喷射气体。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的中空容器制造装置,其特征在于,所述中间框具备朝向所述成形模具突出的塞柱。
