技术领域
本发明整体涉及水下造粒系统,并特别涉及水下造粒刀具。
背景技术
在挤压聚合物的水下造粒领域,大家都知道聚合物或更普遍的热塑材料可以通过穿过压模板中的多孔眼挤压造粒,使熔化的聚合物以连续绳索的形状(面条形)浸入充填室的水中,在没入水中时立即被包括多个刀具的旋转切割组件切割成颗粒。这些刀具具有切割边缘,这些切割边缘形成直接与模压板的平面表面相邻并且平行的切割面。然后得到的小片或颗粒被带入到水流中。

具体实施方式
参照图1,多个刀具1适于被安装在旋转刀具夹持器2上。在一实施例中,通过多个螺钉3将这些刀具1旋拧在刀具夹持器2上。在一替代实施例中,刀具1与旋转刀具夹持器2联结成一体(例如是切割轮的一部分,或者焊接在切割轮上),而不是通过螺钉3、螺栓或任何等效方法被固定在夹持器2上。
