发明详述
现结合多个附图详细描述说明性实施方式。虽然本说明书提供可能实施方式的详细实例，应理解这些详细描述是示例性的，并不限制本申请的范围。
本文的实施例提供可用作吸收制品中的转移层的三维膜。示例性三维膜在提供用户舒适性和处理吸收制品中的污物的性能中提供混合方法。该混合方法可包括阁楼结构。阁楼结构可以是由单一膜形成的开放网格结构。在实施例中，不规则形状的孔例如可呈现在三维膜结构的阁楼内，而不是呈现在膜的上平面和下平面中。
根据一个或多个实施方式，与现有的孔起始并终止于弹性塑料网的上平面和下平面的膜相比，在三维膜阁楼内配置孔可由单一膜结构提供更多的非编织状结构。
如本文所述的吸收制品可包括可以吸收和/或保持液体的可穿戴装置，具体而言，例如可包括可以抵靠或接近穿戴者的身体放置以吸收和保持身体排出的各种渗出物的装置，渗出物例如有尿液、粪便、月经液和/或类似物。根据一个实施例，吸收制品可以是一次性吸收制品。一次性吸收制品包括可不打算洗涤或在使用后以其他方式恢复或再次使用的吸收制品。
图1示出了可包括三维膜的示例性吸收制品10(在一个或多个实施例中)。如图1所示，吸收制品10可以是一次性纸尿裤、成人失禁用具或制品和/或类似物。吸收制品一般可具有宽度12和长度14，有时也分别称作横轴和纵轴。制品10的长度14(纵轴)可以是从制品10的边缘20经过胯部区域到制品10的背部边缘16的尺寸或方向。制品10的宽度12(横轴)可以是垂直于长轴的尺寸或方向，例如可从制品10的第一边缘或左边缘22的最宽点到例如制品10的第二边缘或右边缘24的最宽点。此处，制品的纵轴或长度14可指定为“Y”方向，横轴或宽度12可指定为“X”方向，如图所示。在穿戴于两腿之间的吸收制品中，例如制品10中，X方向通常可小于Y方向，例如特别是在胯部区域。
在一个实施方式中，吸收制品10可包括流体收集部18和背片32(例如图2所示)。流体收集部18用于收集和/或吸收本文所述的流体。例如，吸收制品10的结构可以是顶片材料、三维膜、吸收芯和背片在Z方向上依次排列的顺序。在一个实施例中，至少顶片、三维膜、吸收芯可以是流体收集部18的一部分。

吸收制品10的结构还可具有弹性部分，以帮助将吸收制品保持在抵靠穿着者身体或接近穿着者身体的位置，例如弹性腰带、弹性侧片、钩环型封闭物，弹性腿部护围。例如，吸收制品10还可具有腿部护围和/或阻隔护围。吸收制品10还可具有弹性组件，用作腰带、侧片、侧部拉片和类似结构。弹性组件可位于吸收制品的前部边缘、背部边缘、右边缘或左边缘。例如，腰带可位于前部边缘或背部边缘。腿部护围可位于右边缘或左边缘。
三维膜
如所述，本文的实施例可以提供吸收制品，例如制品10，其包括三维膜28，该三维膜可以在以往由非编织材料提供的用户舒适度和在传统采集分配层中呈现的污物处理能力之间提供平衡。三维膜28可由单一膜形成，该单一膜可通过诸如真空成形、加氢形成或其组合的形成方法形成三维结构。如图2-6所示，三维膜28可以包括顶平面40、厚度44、底平面42、宽度、长度和/或阁楼。三维膜28的阁楼可提供开放的网格结构，其包括随机系列的互连膜纤维8，所述互连膜纤维包括多个上部峰、多个下部峰以及多个不规则形状的孔60(例如图3-6所示)。可以在多个上部峰和多个下部峰之间测量阁楼的高度(z-尺寸)。上部峰形成上平面(x-y平面)(例如，顶平面40)，其倾向平行于由下部峰形成的下平面(例如底平面42)。位于上平面和下平面之间的可以是开放的网格结构，其中网格的支柱由随机系列的互连膜纤维58形成。这些纤维58通常不结合，而是调整单一膜以形成一体形成的三维结构。
在实施例中，阁楼的不规则形状的孔60可以由随机系列的互连膜纤维58限定。不规则形状的孔60的尺寸可以是随机的，但是在约3000-约1250000平方微米的范围内。考虑到不规则形状的孔60的性质，直径可以不是真实直径，而是约60-约1300微米的有效直径。不规则形状的孔60可以包括主要在xy平面中取向的方向(使得它们从z方向可见)，然而，开放的网格结构类似于海绵结构，其中不规则形状的孔60可以与x-y平面呈角度(非正交方向)或垂直于x-y平面的方式随机遍布于三维膜28的阁楼。不规则形状的孔60可具有更靠近上平面50的开口、侧壁和更靠近下平面42的开口，如图所示。在实施例中，如图4和6所示，更靠近上平面40的开口(例如，孔60中的一个)可以在外观上更平滑，更靠近下平面42的开口在三维膜28的外观中可以是呈不规则或不整齐的。
三维膜28可由通常用于制备孔隙性膜的热塑性聚合物材料制成。例如，三维膜28可以包含一种或多种以下物质：选自聚烯烃(例如，C2-C10烯烃，如聚乙烯，聚丙烯和共聚物)的至少一种聚合物；聚酯；塑性体；聚酰胺(例如尼龙)；聚苯乙烯；聚氨酯；乙烯聚合物；丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸聚合物；弹性体(例如苯乙烯嵌段共聚物弹性体)；天然可再生来源的聚合物；可生物降解的聚合物；以及它们的混合物或共混物。根据一个实施例，用于制造三维膜28的热塑性材料可以包括密度在0.910g/cc至0.960g/cc范围内的聚乙烯，更优选的范围为0.920g/cc至0.950g/cc。典型的一般熔融指数范围可为约0.10至约15g/10分钟、约1.5至约4.5g/10分钟和/或类似范围。三维膜28的阁楼可以在约400微米至约1200微米之间变化，例如约450微米至约1000微米，例如约500微米至850微米。此外，在一个实施例中，三维膜28可具有基重。三维膜28的基重可定义为单位面积的膜的重量。膜28的基重范围可以是20-40gsm。优选范围为22-32gsm，最优选22-26gsm。
可以向三维膜28的热塑性聚合物材料中添加各种添加剂中的任何一种，并且可以提供某些所需的特性，包括但不限于粗糙度、抗静电电荷累积的减少、耐磨性、可印刷性、可写性、不透明度、亲水性、疏水性、加工性、UV稳定性、颜色等。这些添加剂是本领域众所熟知的，包括例如碳酸钙(耐磨性)、二氧化钛(颜色和不透明度)、二氧化硅(粗糙度)、表面活性剂(亲水性/疏水性)、加工助剂/塑性体(加工性)和/或类似物。在一个实施例中，三维膜28可以包括约50-60％的高密度聚乙烯(密度为0.960g/cc)、20-30％的线性级低密度聚乙烯(密度为0.921g/cc)、4-5％的无机二氧化钛白色颜料浓缩物和5-6％的表面活性剂浓缩物。其他三维膜，例如三维膜28可包括不同比例的高密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯。
顶片
用于吸收制品的顶片26包括第一表面34、第二表面36和它们之间的厚度38，并且可适当地对穿着者的皮肤呈柔顺和柔软触感并且对穿着者的皮肤无刺激。顶片26可以是可透过液体的，允许液体容易地穿透其厚度，并且可包含非编织膜或者是成形膜。顶片26可以与如本文所述的三维膜28邻接(例如，第二顶片表面36可与三维膜的顶平面40邻接)，并且可以在长度和宽度方向上延伸超过吸收制品中的三维膜28，例如从长度方向的前部边缘和背部边缘到宽度方向的左边缘和右边缘。
在本文的实施方式中，顶片26可包括非编织材料和/或由非编织材料制成。本文所用的非编织材料可以包括定向或随机取向的纤维的制造网，不包括纸和织物、针织、簇绒、缝合的结合有结合纱线或细丝的产品，或通过湿式研磨毡制的产品，无论是否经过了额外的针刺。非编织材料和用于制备非编织材料的方法是本领域已知的。通常，用于制备非编织材料的方法可包括将纤维铺在成形表面上，可以包括捻丝放置(spunlaying)、熔喷、梳理、气流成型、湿法、共成型及其组合。纤维可以是天然来源纤维或人造来源纤维，并且可以是短纤维或连续细丝或者在原位形成。可以向本文的实施例中提供和/或使用的合适的顶片材料提供任何其它的附加性质。
吸收芯
吸收芯30可包含第一表面46、第二表面48、第一表面46和第二表面48之间的厚度50、宽度和长度。在一个实施例中，吸收芯30的宽度和长度可以小于顶片宽度和长度。进一步，吸收芯30的宽度和长度可以大于三维膜28的宽度和长度。吸收芯30可以在吸收制品的长度(例如10)和吸收制品的胯部区域中取向。吸收芯30可以吸收污物并且可以在使用吸收制品时保持液体。吸收芯30可充分地吸收污物或多种污物，并且基本上保持污物，直到吸收制品可以被移除和丢弃。吸收芯30的储存能力和穿过吸收芯30的污物的分配效率可以决定可保持在吸收制品中的液体的量。
可以在本文实施例中使用的吸收芯30可以包括任何吸收材料，其通常可以是可压缩的、顺应性的、对穿着者的皮肤无刺激性的、并且能够吸收和保持诸如尿和其它某些身体渗出物的液体。例如，吸收芯30可以包括诸如纤维素材料的材料，包括纤维、网状海绵或泡沫材料、超吸收材料(例如超吸收聚合物)、水胶体材料、凝胶材料及其组合，或任何其它已知的吸收材料或材料组合。在一个实施例中，可用于吸收芯30的吸收材料可以包括高吸收性凝胶型材料，其通常能够在流体中吸收约10至约50倍于其重量的流体。如通常所述，芯吸收液体的速率可与芯保持所吸收的液体的能力成反比。因此，在芯(例如，30)中使用的超吸收材料可以很好地保持液体，但在液体吸收时可能相对较慢。在实施例中，液体吸收的延迟导致制品中更多的未吸收或游离的流体，从而降低制品的再润湿性能。
背片
背片32可包含第一表面52、第二表面54、第一表面52和第二表面54之间的厚度56。在一个示例中，厚度56可以小于100微米，例如小于50微米。背片32可以与吸收芯30邻接，并且可以在长度和宽度方向上延伸超过吸收制品中的吸收芯30，例如从长度方向的前部边缘和背部边缘到宽度方向上的左边缘和右边缘。顶片26和背片32在前部边缘、背部边缘、左边缘和右边缘处可以是连续的(例如彼此连续)，使得顶片和背片例如通过热或超声波胶合或焊接而结合在一起。底片32可以是薄(例如，厚度小于50微米厚)的塑料膜，例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯膜、涂覆有不透液体的材料的非编织材料、防止液体渗透的疏水性非编织材料、或包括塑料膜和非编织材料的层叠物。背片材料可以是透气的，从而允许蒸汽从吸收芯中逸出，同时仍然防止液体通过。
透气背片(例如，可用于背片32的透气背片)可采用孔隙性膜或微孔透气膜，两者均是本领域已知的，并且还可以包括用于改善美观性和消费者接受度的非编织纤维网。透气背片材料的示例可包括多孔聚合物膜、获自纺粘和熔喷层的非编织层叠物、获自多孔聚合物膜和非编织物的层叠物。
穿透性
如本文所用，穿透性是测量给定体积的表面施用液体进入或“穿透”配置在吸收芯上的三维膜所需的时间。在目前的一系列测试中，这是一个以秒为单位的时间测量，其中，从在其最低表面具有多个孔的一英寸直径和5/8英寸深的腔体中完全排出5毫升的表面张力为45达因/厘米的模拟尿液。
腔体一体形成在4英寸×4英寸的穿透板上，该板被放置在4英寸×4英寸的三维膜的样品上，滤纸放置在其下方以控制液体。
三维膜的与穿戴者接触的表面是朝上的取向顶平面。通过模拟尿溶液在前述腔体中接触一对间隔开的电极来启动电定时器。当所有的模拟尿溶液从腔体排出并进入滤纸时，计时器自动关闭。时间以秒计。将目标设定为穿透性质少于1秒。这可与US 4,601,868中描述的穿透性测试类似。
再润湿
再润湿试验包括用模拟尿溶将叠加并顶部平面朝上放置在滤纸的顶部4英寸×4英寸的样品三维膜润湿，直到滤纸已经饱和，其中模拟尿溶液具有约45达因/厘米的表面张力。将0.5p.s.i.的均匀压力负荷施加到样品3分钟，使得流体均匀分布在整个样品中。立即消除压力，将直径约15厘米的预先称重的第二滤纸样品嵌入三维薄膜的顶平面，并将预定的压力负荷重新施加至样品2分钟。然后将第二滤纸移除并重新称重，由第二滤纸吸收的流体的量称为样品的“再润湿量”。结果用第二滤纸吸收的流体的克数表示。从而显而易见的是，较低的“再润湿量”数值表示更为干燥的表面触感。将目标设定为再润湿克数少于1克。这可与US 4,601,868中描述的穿透性测试类似。
透气性
通过将每个三维膜的一英寸直径的样品放置在Frazier高压差示透气性测试仪(例如可从马里兰州盖瑟斯堡的费雷泽精密仪器公司(Frazier Precision InstrumentCompany of Gaithersburg,Maryland)获得)中来测定样品的透气性。使用了Frazier No.8孔板。结果直接从压力计获得，并经过标准化图表转换，以便在30英寸汞柱、70°F、65％相对湿度的实施测试的优选条件下提供立方英尺空气/平方英尺网材料/分钟的气流读数。

感官小组数据
要求由20名成员组成的小组对顶片朝上的吸收制品进行评价，该制品包括位于顶片和吸收芯之间的一系列材料，用于视觉柔软度。要求每位小组成员仅基于目视检查对吸收制品的中心部分的感知柔软度按1至10的等级排序，其中10表示最软，1表示最不软。用两个不同的顶片重复试验，一个顶片是17gsm纺粘非编织物，另一个顶片是22gsm通气粘合非编织物。不允许小组成员接触吸收制品。

吸收芯，该吸收芯包含第一表面、第二表面、第一表面和第二表面之间的厚度、宽度和长度；以及
背片，该背片包含第一表面、第二表面、第一表面和第二表面之间的厚度，
其中，顶片材料第二表面和三维膜顶平面相邻接触，三维膜底平面和吸收芯第一表面相邻接触，吸收芯第二表面和背片第一表面相邻接触，顶片材料第二表面和背片第一表面包围三维膜宽度和长度以及吸收芯宽度和长度，且
其中，顶平面由随机系列的互连膜纤维的上部峰形成，底平面由随机系列的互连膜纤维的下部峰形成，三维膜阁楼和随机系列的互连膜纤维的下部峰包含不规则形状的孔。
