Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能香氛空气净化器,包括设置有进风口的前面板、净化装置、设置有发动机和风扇的净化器主机、香氛器、设置有出风口的后面板及设置有显示面板和控制按键的操作面板;所述净化装置包括前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网;所述净化器主机上设置有UV紫外灯及负离子发生器,所述空气净化器空气流向依次通过前面板的进风口、净化装置、净化器主机、香氛器、后面板的出风口;所述操作面板与净化器主机电连接;所述香氛器内放置有与空气摩擦产生香氛分子的多孔栅栏结构的固体香氛元素;本发明通过合理的布局,经过净化的空气与固体香氛元素摩擦产生的香氛分子可以使人感到舒适和放松。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器领域,具体的说是涉及一种智能香氛空气净化器。
背景技术
目前,空气净化器技术相对成熟的滤网过滤技术普遍采用三层滤网结构来实现空气净化,即初级滤网过滤大颗粒物质如毛发等,HEPA滤网过滤人体无法察觉的小颗粒物质如PM2.5、PM10等,活性炭滤网过滤吸附部分有害气体及异味等。但是仅通过三层滤网对空气净化效果有限,尤其是活性炭滤网有一定的饱和度,吸附量达到饱和状态无法吸附,长期使用还会造成二次污染,净化效果也无法直观的感知。
发明内容
本发明技术通过滤网的改造升级提升净化效果,结合香氛技术让净化效果可视化可感知,同时确保对人体无害,并能够使净化后空气带有香氛的效果,达到健康疗养的功效,提升使用体验。
本发明为了实现以上技术目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种智能香氛空气净化器,包括设置有进风口的前面板、净化装置、净化器主机、香氛器、设置有出风口的后面板及设置有显示面板和控制按键的操作面板;所述净化装置包括前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网;所述净化器主机上设置有UV紫外灯及负离子发生器,所述净化装置和香氛器设置在净化器主机内,前面板和后面板通过卡扣卡接在净化器主机;所述操作面板与净化器主机电连接。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述前面板的左右两侧、底侧和正面分别设置有进风口,多个进风口的设置可以有效解决风量的进入问题。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网依次平行设置,所述净化器空气流向依次为前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网,通过过滤系统的设置,可以把空气净化彻底,去除空气中的杂质。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述进化其主机内设置有发动机、风扇、控制器,所述控制器与操作面板连接。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述UV紫外灯设置在净化器主机风扇上部边缘面板的位置,UV紫外灯的设置,可以对净化后的空气强效氧化杀菌、分解有害物质的作用。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述负离子发生器设置在与设置UV紫外灯相背的净化器主机面板上,净化消毒后的空气通过负离子发生器产生适宜浓度的负离子。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述后面板还设置有香氛器底座。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述香氛器放置在香氛器底座上。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述空气净化器还包括用于安装净化器主机的防滑底座。
进一步的技术方案在于:所述香氛器内放置有与空气摩擦产生香氛分子的多孔栅栏结构的固体香氛元素,净化后的空气经由多栅栏结构的固体香氛元素,摩擦产生香氛分子,产生香氛净化空气,而香氛分子又会包裹中和有害物质,异味源等,变成大颗粒物质被过滤网所过滤吸附
采用上述技术方案产生的有益效果在于:结合UV灯光触媒技术更深度的净化空气,配合负离子达到清新空气的效果,最终通过香氛分子实现最后一层的空气净化,并散发香氛分子使人被香味芸绕,感到舒适放松

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图1对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。应当理解此次所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,是本发明的一较佳实施例,该智能香氛空气净化器,包括设置有进风口的前面板、净化装置、净化器主机、香氛器、设置有出风口的后面板及设置有显示面板和控制按键的操作面板;所述净化装置包括前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网;所述净化器主机上设置有UV紫外灯及负离子发生器,所述净化装置和香氛器设置在净化器主机内,前面板和后面板通过卡扣卡接在净化器主机;所述操作面板与净化器主机电连接。
所述空气净化器空气流向依次通过前面板的进风口、净化装置、净化器主机、香氛器、后面板的出风口;
所述进风口设置有4个,既美观又实用,可以解决进风口少而导致空气流量不足的问题。
所述净化装置包括前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网,所述第一层前置过滤网过滤大粒径的毛发等物质,第二层高效HEPA滤网过滤人体无法察觉的小颗粒物质如PM2.5、PM10等,第三层活性炭滤网强化过滤效果,吸附有害气体及异味等,第四层铝蜂窝光触媒网配合医用级别UV紫外线灯,实现强效氧化杀菌、分解有害物质的作用,净化后的空气经过风机带动后到达后端出风口附近,在激发的负离子发生器作用下产生适宜浓度的负离子,最后经由多栅栏结构的固体香氛元素,摩擦产生香氛分子,产生香氛净化空气,而香氛分子又会包裹中和有害物质,异味源等,变成大颗粒物质被过滤网所过滤吸附。

1.一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于所述空气净化器包括设置有进风口的前面板、净化装置、设置有发动机和风扇的净化器主机、香氛器、设置有出风口的后面板及设置有显示面板和控制按键的操作面板;所述净化装置包括前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网;所述净化器主机上设置有UV紫外灯及负离子发生器,所述净化装置和香氛器设置在净化器主机内,前面板和后面板通过卡扣卡接在净化器主机;所述操作面板与净化器主机电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述前面板的左右两侧、底侧和正面分别设置有进风口。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网依次平行设置,所述净化器空气流向依次为前置过滤网、HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网及铝蜂窝光触媒网。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述进化其主机内设置有发动机、风扇、控制器,所述控制器与操作面板连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述UV紫外灯设置在净化器主机风扇上部边缘面板的位置。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述负离子发生器设置在与设置UV紫外灯相背的净化器主机面板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述后面板还设置有香氛器底座。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述香氛器放置在香氛器底座上。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化器还包括用于安装净化器主机的防滑底座。
10.如权利要求1~9所述的一种智能香氛空气净化器,其特征在于:所述香氛器内放置有与空气摩擦产生香氛分子的多孔栅栏结构的固体香氛元素。
