Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种能对室内和车内多种污染源的空气进行高效净化的空气净化器。在所述的壳体对应的两侧分别设有进风口及出风口;在进风口和出风口的侧壁上均设置负离子发生器,第一过滤网、第二过滤网及第三过滤网依次平行间隔设置在所述壳体的腔体内;吸风装置设置在壳体的腔体内,吸风装置与出风口同侧设置;以及控制装置设置在所述壳体上部,所述的控制装置与所述吸风装置连接,在壳体的外围设有可拆卸的支撑架。本发明的有益效果:本发明具有更好的净化空气的效果,提高室内、车内的空气质量,同时又能提供辨别方向的作用,并且能够及时了解所处环境的空气污染程度,进行实时监控。

Description

一种空气净化器
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化器领域,具体的说是采用物理和化学相结合的方式净化空气的设备。
背景技术
目前常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等,但是这些技术由于是单一的原理构成了产品的局限性,达不到净化的最佳效果。
因为灰尘、异味、花粉等大颗粒物质,可以通过物理净化方式来过滤;而过敏物质、病毒、甲醛等有害物质,则需要化学净化方式来净化,但是如果将这两个原理都结合在一起的话可能造成设备比较庞大,结构复杂,滤芯更换复杂,达不到简洁使用的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能对室内和车内多种污染源的空气进行净化的空气净化器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明空气净化器,包括:壳体,所属壳体为一中空的结构,在所述的壳体对应的两侧分别设有进风口及出风口;在进风口和出风口的侧壁上均设置负离子发生器,第一过滤网、第二过滤网及第三过滤网依次平行间隔设置在所述壳体的腔体内;吸风装置设置在壳体的腔体内,吸风装置与出风口同侧设置;以及电源开关设置在所述壳体上部,所述的电源开关与所述吸风装置连接,在壳体的外围设有可拆卸的支撑架。
所述的第一过滤网为高密度过网布,并喷涂二氧化钛薄膜。
所述的第二过滤网为HEPA复合过滤网。
所述的第三过滤网为活性炭复合过滤网。
所述的壳体上部设有LED灯带,在出风口装有香水盒;壳体外表面装有指南针、空气监控探头、电源开关。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有更好的净化空气的效果,提高室内、车内的空气质量,同时又能提供辨别方向的作用,并且能够及时了解所处环境的空气污染程度,进行实时监控。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本发明空气净化器作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本发明空气净化器通过电源开关12启动吸风装置8将空气通过面板四周吸入空气净化器的壳体1内,依次经过第一过滤网5,第二过滤网6和第三过滤网7,依次对室内空气进行净化,并将净化好的空气从壳体1另一侧的出风口3再次排入到室内。
第一过滤网5为初效过滤,采用高密度网布设计,将大量的大颗粒灰尘、人体皮屑、人体毛发等进行阻拦,并通过喷涂的二氧化钛薄膜,对污染的空气进行分解净化的作用。大幅度提升后置过滤组合的使用寿命,保障机器的正常运作。
第二过滤网6为HEPA复合过滤网,采用美国3M进口材料对超细纤维在熔喷制造过程中进行微观静电充电,实现永久的静电驻极吸附,可以吸附空气中的流感病毒、大肠杆菌等各种混合病毒,实现了高效低阻力,大幅度的提高了送风量。
第三过滤网7为活性炭复合过滤网,采用韩国进口活性炭的高端微孔处理技术,比普通活性炭增加了30%的吸附力,并且添加了硅藻土,硅藻土特有的天然“分子筛”状孔隙结构,比表面积是活性炭的5000倍~6000倍,具有较强的吸附性能和离子交换性能,可强力吸附空气中的甲醛、苯、氨等有害物质,更好地解决了目前严重困扰居家的室内污染问题。
在壳体1的外表面装有空气监控探头11,对室内的空气污染程度进行实时监控,显示级别根据污染程度从小到大分别为绿、黄、蓝、红;装有指南针10可为人们提供辨别方向的作用。
在出风口3安装香水盒9起到改善空气质量的效果。
可根据使用场所安装可拆卸的支撑架13,用以固定空气净化器。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括:壳体,所属壳体为一中空的结构,在所述的壳体对应的两侧分别设有进风口及出风口;在进风口和出风口的侧壁上均设置负离子发生器,第一过滤网、第二过滤网及第三过滤网依次平行间隔设置在所述壳体的腔体内;吸风装置设置在壳体的腔体内,吸风装置与出风口同侧设置;以及控制装置设置在所述壳体上部,所述的控制装置与所述吸风装置连接,在壳体的外围设有可拆卸的支撑架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:第一过滤网为高密度过网布,并喷涂二氧化钛薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:第二过滤网为HEPA复合过滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:第三过滤网为活性炭复合过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:在壳体上部设有LED灯带,在出风口装有香水盒;壳体外表面装有指南针、空气监控探头、电源开关。
