实木门是指制作木门的材料是取自森林的天然原木或者实木集成材(也称实木指接材或实木齿接材),经过烘干、下料、刨光、开榫、打眼、高速铣形、组装、打磨、上油漆等工序科学加工而成。实木门自古以来就透着一种温情,不仅外观华丽,雕刻精美,而且款式多样;且实木门天然的木纹纹理和色泽,对崇尚回归自然的装修风格的家庭来说,无疑是最佳选择。
实木门依据门芯材质的不同,分为杉木实木门、松木实木门、核桃木实木门、楸木实木门、桃木实木门、沙比利实木门、红翅木实木门、花梨木实木门、红木实木门,而在各种实木门中以杉木实木门、松木实木门、红木实木门最为常见。
杉木具有天然的原木香味,对人体有多种有益的作用,而且杉木制成的实木门以及各种家具中所含的香杉木醇能杀死空气中的细菌、可抑制人体病原菌,对各种皮肤炎症有抑制作用,对人体有消除疲劳,舒解压力的保健作用,比较环保,而且还带有一种特殊香气。
杉木实木门相对于其他的实木门来说是比较轻的,抗冲击形差,不适宜放置在高温的环境中,不然的话容易造成杉木家具干裂以及变形。
同时,随着生活水平的提高,人们对实木门不仅要求外观美观,更要求牢固耐用,不易开裂,传统的实木门虽然在外观上不断的更新、美化,但是在耐用性特别是防蛀、防潮、防污、耐热、抗裂、坚固不变形、隔音隔热效果上还有待进一步改进。

所述内涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
酪蛋白3-5份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂10-12份,珠光粉0.5-0.8份,纳米二氧化硅0.3-0.8份,表面活性剂0.8-1.2份,液晶聚合物0.2-0.8份,中密聚乙烯1.3-1.5份,二氧化钛0.5-0.8份,氧化锌0.2-0.5份。
内涂层配料专门针对杉木实木门设计,通过在内涂层添加表面活性剂,其分子中的一部分基团可与珠光粉、纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锌等无机材料形成强有力的化学键,另一部分基团则可与酪蛋白、丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂、液晶聚合物等有机材料或高分子材料发生某些化学反应或物理缠结,从而将两种性质差异很大的材料牢固地结合起来,使两种材料之间产生具有特殊功能的“分子桥”;光线摄入内涂层,内涂层中的液晶聚合物、纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锌对光线产生折射和反射,避免光线直接穿透内涂层入射至杉木上,延长杉木的使用寿命;丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂与酪蛋白、珠光粉等组分结合形成的内涂层具有高光泽、高透明、高冲击、良好的耐热性和机械性能,在保证杉木的木质纹理清晰可见的前提下,弥补杉木质轻、冲击性能差、不适宜高温环境下使用等不足。

所述表面活性剂为偶联剂型表面活性剂。
所述偶联剂型表面活性剂为硅烷类、钛酸酯类、锆铝酸盐类中的一种或几种。
所述中间层包括以下重量份的原料:
吸音棉纤维1.2份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份,琥珀0.4份,草酸钙石粉0.8份,黄血盐0.4份,蜜蜡石粉0.8份,硫氰钠钴0.3份,柱晶松脂0.8份,粘接剂3份。
所述粘接剂为活性树脂粘接剂。
所述外涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
刚玉粉0.8份,有机硅树脂8份,石英粉2份,石棉纤维0.3份,聚硅氧烷0.2份,酚醛树脂0.3份,聚异丁烯0.5份。
所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度比为1:1:2~3。
所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度分别为0.3mm、0.3mm、0.6mm。
实施例5
一种耐用隔音杉木实木门,所述实木门包括门芯,涂覆在门芯外表面的内涂层,涂覆在内涂层上的中间层,涂覆在中间层上的外涂层。
所述内涂层包括以下重量份的原料:

2.如权利要求1所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
酪蛋白3-5份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂10-12份,珠光粉0.5-0.8份,纳米二氧化硅0.3-0.8份,表面活性剂0.8-1.2份,液晶聚合物0.2-0.8份,中密聚乙烯1.3-1.5份,二氧化钛0.5-0.8份,氧化锌0.2-0.5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为偶联剂型表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述偶联剂型表面活性剂为硅烷类、钛酸酯类、锆铝酸盐类中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述中间层包括以下重量份的原料:
吸音棉纤维0.7-1.2份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10份,琥珀0.1-0.4份,草酸钙石粉0.5-0.8份,黄血盐0.2-0.4份,蜜蜡石粉0.5-0.8份,硫氰钠钴0.1-0.3份,柱晶松脂0.6-0.8份,粘接剂1-3份。
6.如权利要求5所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为活性树脂粘接剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述外涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
刚玉粉0.8-1.0份,有机硅树脂8-10份,石英粉2-3份,石棉纤维0.3-0.5份,聚硅氧烷0.2-0.8份,酚醛树脂0.3-0.7份,聚异丁烯0.5-0.8份。
8.如权利要求1至7任一所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度比为1:1:2~3。
9.如权利要求8所述的耐用隔音杉木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度分别为0.3mm、0.3mm、0.6mm。
