Abstract

本发明涤纶洁净服面料用涂层胶及制备方法,原料按重量配比,由二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50‑70、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇10‑15、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇15‑20、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇50‑60、苯乙烯10‑20、氯丁橡胶10‑20、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵5‑10、去离子水150‑200、2,2'‑偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1‑2制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂2‑5、封端异氰酸酯交联剂2‑5复配制得。经该涂层胶整理的涤纶导电布具有优异的抗菌、防静电、透湿、透气、滤尘性能,并且耐水洗性能优异。

Description

涤纶洁净服面料涂层胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品面料涂层胶,具体涉及的是一种具有耐久性抗菌、透湿、抗静电、滤尘、透气功能的涤纶洁净服面料涂层胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,洁净服面料的加工方式主要通过提高面料织造密度、嵌织导电纤维及在面料上层压PTFE以最大限度减少织物空隙的方法制得,但以上方法制得的产品存在成本较高、抗静电性不高、透气透湿性差、力学性能下降等问题。
2009年《印染》第22期发表的《湿法涂层制备涤纶洁净服面料》,其采用偏氯乙烯、聚乙二醇、二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜、氯化锂、氯化钠、乙醇制成涂层液对涤纶洁净服面料进行湿法涂层。面料经以上涂层液整理后具备一定的滤尘性、透湿性、透气性,但其整理后产品透气性能仅为2-4mm/s;其指出水洗10次后其产品滤尘性可≥78%,但并未指出产品的透湿性、透气性是否具有耐洗性,而湿法涂层类产品往往水洗后指标下降很大。除此之外其整理后产品除滤尘性、透湿性、透气性外无其他功能性,另外其涂层液中含有二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基亚砜等有机溶剂,不环保,生产加工过程对人体有毒害。
2010年《印染》第2期发表的《高效抗静电洁净服面料的研制》,其以嵌入导电纤维的涤纶洁净服面料为基础面料进行研究;其采用聚乙二醇(200)二甲基丙烯酸酯亲水性单体、交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、光引发剂1173对面料进行接枝改性;整理工艺为:基布用十二烷基苯磺酸钠洗涤后再用清水洗涤,将已洗涤基布浸渍含有采用聚乙二醇(200)二甲基丙烯酸酯亲水性单体及光引发剂、交联剂的溶液中,浸渍5min,后空气中放置1h,常压空气等离子体处理,氯仿洗涤,皂洗、水洗、室温晾干后得改性后纺织品。改性后,面料具有较好的抗静电性能,除此之外,面料无其他性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涤纶洁净服面料用涂层胶及制备方法,经该涂层胶整理的涤纶导电布具有优异的抗菌、防静电、透湿、透气、滤尘性能,并且耐水洗性能优异。
本发明涤纶洁净服面料用涂层胶的制备方法;
原料按重量配比:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 50-70、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇10-15、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇15-20、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇50-60加入反应釜,升温至70-85℃,反应2.5-3小时,然后降温至50-60℃,加入苯乙烯10-20、氯丁橡胶10-20、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵5-10、去离子水150-200,升温至70-80℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1-2与去离子水10-20的混合溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将以上制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂2-5、封端异氰酸酯交联剂2-5搅拌均匀,过滤得产品;
产品化学指标如下:
外观:白色至淡黄色稠状物
离子性:阳
pH值:6±1
粘度:3500-4000mPa·s。
封端异氰酸酯交联剂,可选辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司DF-818产品。
本发明合成的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯聚合物,生产及使用过程中不产生对人体有害的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)及有机溶剂,是环保产品。
平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇与平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇中含有大量的乙氧基(-OCH2CH2)、羟基(-OH)等亲水性基团,同时聚丁二烯二元醇含有大量羟基(-OH),因此聚合反应中存在大量的-OCH2CH2-、 -OH-、-NHCOO-等基团,以上基团可借助“化学阶梯石”作用,以氢键的形式捕获水分子,由于聚氨酯大分子链段的热运动产生空隙,加上内外层温湿度压力差的推动,水蒸气分子由湿度高一侧向湿度低一侧运动,从而达到防水高透湿的效果。
氯丁橡胶的结构比较完整,有极性较强的氯原子,因此其具有更好的胶黏性和内聚力,提升乳液的成膜性能;成膜性能良好提升了滤尘性能及耐洗性能。
甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵,其可与乙烯基单体聚合反应,将丙烯酸改性聚氨酯聚合物中引入季铵盐基团;由于微生物表面的磷酸根呈负电性,季铵盐阳离子通过静电吸附作用,能够定向排列在微生物体的细胞膜与空气、水的界面上,排列紧密的界面分子可阻断营养物质的来源,季铵盐分子可快速穿透细胞膜,使细胞蛋白质和酶失效,破坏细胞结构,引起细胞代谢停止和死亡。因此使本发明涂层胶具有优良的抗菌性能、抗静电性能。
苯乙烯利用乙烯基的电子与苯环共轭的特性,提升丙烯酸改性聚氨酯聚合物的疏水性。
本发明组份封端异氰酸酯交联剂,是环保水性、以甲乙酮肟为封闭剂的交联剂,织物经涂层整理150℃-160℃高温焙烘时,封端异氰酸酯交联剂解封可释放出-NCO基,遇水立即反应释放出二氧化碳气体,水分得到有效吸收。同时二氧化碳气体在丙烯酸改性聚氨基聚合物成膜过程中可形成微孔结构,保证整理后织物的透气性。同时封端异氰酸酯释放的-NCO基既可与丙烯酸改性聚氨酯聚合物中的双键反应又可与涤纶织物含有的羟基活性基团反应,起到桥梁作用,增强织物与涂层胶的结合牢度、耐洗牢度。
二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯未反应完全的-NCO可与涤纶织物的羟基进一步反应,增加涂层胶与涤纶面料的结合牢度。
聚丁二烯二元醇,含有双键,其可有效与苯乙烯、氯丁橡胶、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇共聚达到丙烯酸改性聚氨酯的目的,同时涂层150℃-160℃高温焙烘时其可与封端异氰酸酯交联剂中的-NCO反应,使经本发明涂层胶涂层后的涤纶导电布具有优异的抗菌、防静电、透湿、透气、滤尘性能,并且耐水洗性能优异。
聚丁二烯二元醇可与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的-NCO基团反应,也可与丙烯酸单体的双键反应,其起到桥梁作用将聚氨酯单体与丙烯酸单体有效键合,将直链单体交联成网状结构,增强丙烯酸改性聚氨酯聚合物乳液内聚力,增强成膜性能,进而增强涂层后产品的滤尘性、耐水洗性能;同时,网状结构利于提升涤纶织物强力。
本发明丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液中的聚氨酯结构单元含有氨基甲酸酯基团,该基团可进一步形成聚氨酯大分子网状结构,增强乳液的成膜性能,进一步提高滤尘性、耐洗性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 50、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇10、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇15、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇50加入反应釜,升温至75℃,反应2.5小时,然后降温至50℃,加入苯乙烯10、氯丁橡胶10、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵5、去离子水150,升温至75℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1与去离子水10的混合溶液,2小时滴加完毕,然后在80℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将以上制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂2、封端异氰酸酯交联剂2搅拌均匀,过滤得产品,产品粘度3500mPa·s。
实施例2
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 60、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇12、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇16、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇55加入反应釜,升温至70℃,反应2.6小时,然后降温至55℃,加入苯乙烯12、氯丁橡胶15、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵6、去离子水180,升温至70℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1.5与去离子水15的混合溶液,2.2小时滴加完毕,然后在81℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将以上制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂3、封端异氰酸酯交联剂2.5搅拌均匀,过滤得产品,产品粘度3650mPa·s。
实施例3
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 65、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇14、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇18、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇58加入反应釜,升温至78℃,反应2.8小时,然后降温至56℃,加入苯乙烯16、氯丁橡胶17、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵8、去离子水190,升温至78℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1.8与去离子水18的混合溶液,2.3小时滴加完毕,然后在83℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将以上制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂4、封端异氰酸酯交联剂3搅拌均匀,过滤得产品,产品粘度3800mPa·s。
实施例4
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 70、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇15、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇20、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇60加入反应釜,升温至80℃,反应2.7小时,然后降温至53℃,加入苯乙烯20、氯丁橡胶20、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵10、去离子水200,升温至80℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐2与去离子水20的混合溶液,2.4小时滴加完毕,然后在84℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将以上制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂5、封端异氰酸酯交联剂4搅拌均匀,过滤得产品,产品粘度4000mPa·s。
实施例5
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 68、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇12、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇20、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇54加入反应釜,升温至85℃,反应3小时,然后降温至60℃,加入苯乙烯13、氯丁橡胶16、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵9、去离子水178,升温至80℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1.7与去离子水17的混合溶液,2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将以上制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂3、封端异氰酸酯交联剂5搅拌均匀,过滤得产品,产品粘度:3700mPa·s。
上述实施例中:
平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇,为南京古田化工有限公司PEG-1450产品;
平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇,为南京古田化工有限公司PEG-1000产品;
聚氨酯流平流变剂,为德谦上海化学有限公司WT-204产品;
封端异氰酸酯交联剂,为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司DF-818产品。
实验例
(1)面料选择:75D 2/1斜纹涤纶导电布;
(2)面料轧光前处理,压力9-10 Mpa,温度60-80℃,车速15-25m/min;
(3)使用上述实施例1-5制得的涂层胶分别对面料进行涂层,150-160℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重10-15g/m2

透湿性:按GB/T 12704.1-2009标准测定。
透气性:按GB/T 5453-1997标准测试。
耐洗性:按GB 17956-2000《防尘服》中洁净服耐洗测试方法测试。使用洗衣机标准洗涤,水温40℃,采用ECE标准无磷洗涤剂,每升洗涤液中洗涤剂用量5g±0.5g,连续洗1小时为一次,漂洗3次(每次5min)晾干,熨烫平整。
抗静电性:按照GB/T 12703-1991标准测定。
抗菌性测试评定标准:按GB/T 20944-2007标准测试。
结论:检测结果表明应用本产品涂层后的涤纶洁净服面料,具有良好的滤尘、透湿、抗菌、透气及防静电性能;涂层后织物经15次水洗,各项功能指标变化不大,产品有良好的耐水洗牢度。

Claims (3)

1.涤纶洁净服面料用涂层胶的制备方法,其特征是:
原料按重量配比
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50-70、平均分子量1450的聚乙二醇10-15、平均分子量1000的聚乙二醇15-20、平均分子量2000的聚丁二烯二元醇50-60加入反应釜,升温至70-85℃,反应2.5-3小时,然后降温至50-60℃,加入苯乙烯10-20、氯丁橡胶10-20、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵5-10、去离子水150-200,升温至70-80℃,滴加含有引发剂2,2'-偶氮二异丁基脒二盐酸盐1-2与去离子水10-20的混合溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
将上述制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,加入聚氨酯流平流变剂2-5、封端异氰酸酯交联剂2-5搅拌均匀,过滤得产品;
产品化学指标如下:
外观:白色至淡黄色稠状物
离子性:阳
pH值:6±1
粘度:3500-4000mPa·s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶洁净服面料用涂层胶的制备方法,其特征是:
封端异氰酸酯交联剂,为辽宁恒星精细化工有限公司DF-818产品。
3.如权利要求1或2所述方法制得的涤纶洁净服面料用涂层胶。
