本发明水写布涂层胶及处理方法,(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备,原料按重量配比:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50‑70、乙二醇聚醚20‑30、聚丁二烯二元醇70‑100、己二酸二酰肼10‑20、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯5‑8、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯40‑50、三乙胺5‑10、去离子水125‑265、过硫酸钠1‑2;(2)增稠复配:将(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100、聚氨酯流平流变剂5‑10、二氧化硅10‑20,碳酸钙40‑60、易去污整理剂5‑10混合制得水写布涂层胶;(3)对面料轧光前处理后、对面料进行底涂涂层和面涂涂层。其适用于无纺底植绒布、锦纶布、涤纶布,水写性能好,具有优异的吸水、快干、防液态沾污、耐水洗性能,并且环保性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品后整理领域,具体涉及的是一种用于无纺底植绒布、涤纶、锦纶等化纤织物的水写布涂层胶及处理方法。该涂层胶由丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液、聚氨酯流平流变剂、二氧化硅、碳酸钙、易去污整理剂构成。
背景技术
水写布以黑色布为介质,在其表面加一层白色涂料,是一种用毛笔蘸清水在其表面书写,即刻显黑色墨迹,水干后可重新书写的纺织品。
目前,市面现有水写布是以无纺布为基材,并在布的底面植有绒毛的无纺底植绒布,涂层采用两刀,底涂着色涂层,面涂罩面涂层。
中国专利CN 103009882A《可重复使用的习字水写布及其制造方法》公开采用双飞粉、高岭土、硅粉、植绒胶水、胶水保湿剂、丙二醇、甲基纤维素、水性增稠剂、胶水消泡剂、清水构成书写层浆料,用于整理黑色无纺底植绒布。整理后无纺底植绒布吸水性好、能较快进行下一次书写,但其不能整理无纺底植绒布以外的其他面料,除吸水性外面料无其他性能。
中国专利CN103147295A《水性环保水写布罩面涂料》其以纤维素类衍生物,超细硅微粉、消泡剂、分散剂、水、流平剂、成膜剂、防腐剂、无机盐填料、遇水变色油墨制备水写布罩面涂料,用以整理黑色无纺底植绒布。其替代的是市面现有两刀工艺中罩面涂层的涂料。但其不能整理无纺底植绒布以外的其他面料,除笔记清晰、保水时间适中、干后无印记外无其他性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水写布涂层胶及处理方法,经该涂层胶整理的无纺底植绒布、锦纶布、涤纶布具有优异的吸水、快干、防液态沾污、耐水洗性能并且环保性能优异。
本发明水写布涂层胶制备方法:
原料按重量配比:
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 50-70、乙二醇聚醚(平均分子量2000)20-30、聚丁二烯二元醇(平均分子量3000) 70-100加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼10-20、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯40-50,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺5-10在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水125-265高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加含有引发剂过硫酸钠1-2的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂5-10混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅10-20,碳酸钙40-60,易去污整理剂5-10,加水搅拌调粘度为3500-4000mPa·s,过滤得产品。
二氧化硅,粒径2-7μm。
碳酸钙,粒径100-1000nm。
聚氨酯流平流变剂,选自德谦上海化学有限公司WT-204产品。
易去污整理剂,选自科莱恩易去污整理剂Nuva ® N4118产品。
本发明水写布涂层处理方法
(1)面料轧光前处理,压力9-10 Mpa,温度60-80℃,车速15-25m/min;
(2)使用上述方法制得的涂层胶对面料进行底涂涂层及面涂涂层;
底涂涂层:温度150-160℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重10-20g/m2;
面涂涂层:温度150-160℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重5-10 g/m2。
本发明选用原料生产的最终产品无腐蚀性气体,无VOC排放,属于环保产品。
本发明甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯,聚合物链上的非极性二环烷基侧基弱化了分子链间的作用力,使聚合物粘度降低,利于添加更多的粉体填料,有效合成出高固体分的聚合物。
二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯,其为二官能度交联单体,使聚合物产生三维网状结构,赋予聚合物耐磨性及附着力。
乙二醇聚醚、聚丁二烯二元醇、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯以上单体均含有大量的羟基结构单元,具有好的亲水性,水性环境中与粉末填料有效分散,防止粉末填料漂浮。
己二酸二酰肼是一种常温交联单体,较低温度烘干即可交联成膜,增加聚合物的内聚力、强度。
聚丁二烯二元醇,含有双键,可有效与己二酸二酰肼、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯共聚以达到改性的目的。同时其可与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的-NCO基团反应,其作为桥梁可将直链单体交联成网状结构,增加织物的结合牢度,耐洗牢度,并达到丙烯酸改性聚氨酯的目的。
丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液其具有大分子效应,可在二氧化硅、碳酸钙无机填料周围形成屏障,使粉末之间不能相互接近产生吸引力,从而使颗粒间距离增大,分散体系稳定。同时丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液可通过氢键、范德华力、偶极子的弱静电力与颗粒之间稳定键合,确保涂层胶牢度。
丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液其聚氨酯结构单元中含有大量异氰酸酯基团,该基团可与易去污整理剂的活性基团反应,也可与化纤织物的羟基、酰胺基反应。将织物与助剂有效联结在一起,增强纺织品的耐洗性能。
易去污整理剂,其是环保型氟碳产品,其在氟碳链中引入亲水基团。干态条件下,氟基团在织物表面密集排列,形成低表面张力,使整理织物具有拒油性能;湿态条件下,处于氟碳链中间部位的亲水链段会在织物表面定向排列,使其亲水化,产生去污和防止再沾污的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
水写布涂层胶制备方法, 原料按重量配比:
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 50、乙二醇聚醚(平均分子量2000)20、聚丁二烯二元醇(平均分子量3000) 70加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼10、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯5、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯40,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺5在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水200高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加过硫酸钠1与去离子水20混合的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂5混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅10,碳酸钙40,易去污整理剂5,加水搅拌调粘度为3500mPa·s,过滤得产品。
水写布涂层处理方法:
(1)面料轧光前处理,压力9 Mpa,温度60℃,车速15m/min;
(2) 使用上述方法制得的涂层胶对面料进行底涂涂层及面涂涂层;
底涂涂层:温度150℃-155℃-155℃-160℃焙烘2.5分钟,干增重10-20g/m2;面涂涂层:温度150℃-155℃-155℃-160℃焙烘2.5分钟,干增重5-10 g/m2。
实施例2
水写布涂层胶制备方法, 原料按重量配比:
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 58、乙二醇聚醚(平均分子量2000)25、聚丁二烯二元醇(平均分子量3000) 90加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼15、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯6、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯42,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺6在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水125高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加过硫酸钠1.5与去离子水25混合的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂6混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅15,碳酸钙50,易去污整理剂7,加水搅拌调粘度为3800mPa·s,过滤得产品。
水写布涂层处理方法:
(1)面料轧光前处理,压力10 Mpa,温度65℃,车速20m/min;
(2) 使用上述方法制得的涂层胶对面料进行底涂涂层及面涂涂层;
底涂涂层:温度150℃-155℃-155℃-160℃焙烘3分钟,干增重10-20g/m2;
面涂涂层:温度150℃-155℃-155℃-160℃焙烘2.5分钟,干增重5-10 g/m2。
实施例3
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 65、乙二醇聚醚(平均分子量2000)28、聚丁二烯二元醇(平均分子量3000)80加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼18、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯7、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯45,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺8在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水250高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加过硫酸钠1.5与去离子水30混合的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂8混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅12,碳酸钙55,易去污整理剂8,加水搅拌调粘度为3700mPa·s,过滤得产品。

(1)面料轧光前处理,压力9 Mpa,温度70℃,车速22m/min;
(2)使用上述方法制得的涂层胶对面料进行底涂涂层及面涂涂层;
底涂涂层:温度150℃-155℃-155℃-160℃焙烘2.5分钟,干增重10-20g/m2;面涂涂层:温度150℃-155℃-155℃-160℃焙烘3分钟,干增重5-10 g/m2。
实施例4
水写布涂层胶,原料重量配比:
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI) 70、乙二醇聚醚(平均分子量2000)30、聚丁二烯二元醇(平均分子量3000) 100加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼20、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯8、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯50,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺10在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水265高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加过硫酸钠2与去离子水35混合的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂10混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅20,碳酸钙60,易去污整理剂10,搅拌均匀,加水搅拌调粘度为4000mPa·s,过滤得产品。

(1)面料轧光前处理,压力10 Mpa,温度80℃,车速25m/min;
(2)使用上述方法制得的涂层胶对面料进行底涂涂层及面涂涂层。

由以上表格可以看出,经本发明实施例1-4整理的无纺底植绒、锦纶、涤纶水写布均具有良好的吸水性能、快干性能、防液态沾污性能,并且水洗牢度好,产品经30次水洗各项指标变化不大;除此之外,产品环保性能优异。
上述表格中各项指标检测方法:
吸水率评定标准:GB/T 21655.1-2008;
芯吸高度评定标准:GB/T 21655.1-2008,芯吸高度的测试时间为30min;
透湿量评定标准:GB/T 21655.1-2008;
滴水扩散时间评定标准:GB/T 21655.1-2008;
蒸发速率评定标准:GB/T 21655.1-2008;
防液态沾污性能评定标准:GB/T 30159.1-2013,液态沾污物:高盐稀态发酵酱油(老抽);
水洗牢度评定标准:GB/T 8629-2001,按5A程序洗30次;
产品外观评定标准:5位工程师目测。
Claims (3)
1.水写布涂层胶制备方法,其特征是:
原料按重量配比:
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 50-70、平均分子量2000的乙二醇聚醚20-30、平均分子量3000的聚丁二烯二元醇70-100加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼10-20、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯40-50,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺5-10在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水125-265高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加含有引发剂过硫酸钠1-2的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂5-10混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅10-20,碳酸钙40-60,易去污整理剂5-10,加水搅拌调粘度为3500-4000mPa·s,过滤得产品;
二氧化硅,粒径2-7μm;
碳酸钙,粒径100-1000nm;
聚氨酯流平流变剂,选自德谦上海化学有限公司WT-204产品;
易去污整理剂,选自科莱恩易去污整理剂Nuva ® N4118产品。
2.如权利要求1所述方法得到的水写布涂层胶。
3.水写布涂层处理方法,其特征是:
原料按重量配比:
(1)丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液制备:
将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 50-70、平均分子量2000的乙二醇聚醚20-30、平均分子量3000的聚丁二烯二元醇 70-100加入反应釜,升温70-85℃反应2.5小时,然后降温50-60℃,加入己二酸二酰肼10-20、二甲基丙烯酸三乙二醇酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯40-50,在50-60℃保温搅拌1小时,然后加入三乙胺5-10在50-60℃反应0.5-1小时,加入去离子水125-265高速分散30分钟,升温至70-80℃滴加含有引发剂过硫酸钠1-2的水溶液,2-2.5小时滴加完毕,然后在80-85℃保温1小时,降温至45℃放料得丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)增稠复配
将步骤(1)制得的丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液100,聚氨酯流平流变剂5-10混合搅拌均匀,然后加入二氧化硅10-20,碳酸钙40-60,易去污整理剂5-10,加水搅拌调粘度为3500-4000mPa·s,过滤得涂层胶;

易去污整理剂,选自科莱恩易去污整理剂Nuva ® N4118产品;
(3)面料轧光前处理,压力9-10 Mpa,温度60-80℃,车速15-25m/min;
(4)使用上述(1)、(2)步骤方法制得的涂层胶对面料进行底涂涂层和面涂涂层;
底涂涂层:温度150-160℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重10-20g/m2;
面涂涂层:温度150-160℃焙烘2.5-3分钟,干增重5-10 g/m2。
