Abstract
本发明公开一种环保型单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,包括钢板基材,所述钢板基材在正面和背面均依次层叠化涂层和石墨烯—水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层,正面所述石墨烯—水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层上贴覆PET膜,其上再贴覆PE保护膜;其制备方工艺为:开卷,缝合,清洗,烘干,化涂,烘干,涂底漆,烘干固化,覆PET膜,冷却,覆PE保护膜。本发明覆膜钢板采用石墨烯—水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆替代PVC层,兼具装饰美观性、良好的耐腐蚀性和物理机械性能,符合环境友好型材料的发展方向。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种彩色覆膜钢板,具体涉及一种环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,属于复合材料领域。
背景技术
目前,彩色覆膜板一般是以成卷的镀锌钢板、冷轧钢板等为基材进行表面脱脂清洗、化学涂覆处理,在基板表面形成一层化学转化膜之后涂覆胶水并覆膜而成的一种产品。覆膜钢板不仅具有普通涂层钢板的优点,还可根据需要定制各种不同花纹和图案,已广泛应用于家电、建筑、办公、家具等行业。
现在市场上的覆膜钢板多为PVC覆膜钢板及PVC+PET覆膜钢板,这两类覆膜钢板使用的薄膜均涉及PVC材质,PVC的制作成本较高,需使用到增塑剂,而增塑剂已被列入到RoHS候选限制物质清单,并且PVC层易被压伤,不耐刮。此外,作为基材的钢板长期处于干湿交替、日光暴晒、微生物附着等不同环境中,易发生不同程度的腐蚀,其耐腐蚀性、耐候性(耐湿、耐热、耐盐雾等)还需进一步提高。
发明内容
针对现有彩色覆膜钢板存在的缺陷,本发明经过研究改进,提供一种环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,该覆膜钢板兼具装饰美观性、良好的耐腐蚀性和物理机械性能,符合环境友好型材料发展方向。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,包括钢板基材,所述钢板基材在正面和背面均依次层叠化涂层和石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层,正面所述水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层上贴覆PET膜,其上再贴覆PE保护膜;优选地,所述PE保护膜厚度为40~50μm。
所述化涂层为铬酸盐化学预处理液成膜;
所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层包括重量配比为4:1的A组分和B组分,其中:

所述覆膜钢板具体制备工艺如下:
步骤一:开卷,清洗,烘干;
步骤二:用浓度为25~50wt%的铬酸盐化学预处理液对所述钢板基材两面进行钝化处理,烘干,得化涂层;
步骤三:在上述化涂层上涂覆所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层,厚度为5~8μm,于150~210℃烘干固化;
步骤四:在正面所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层上贴覆PET膜;
步骤五:将PE膜直接贴覆于上述底漆层,即得。

更优选地,所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂包括以下重量配比的组分:

与传统彩色覆膜钢板相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明只需在清洗、化涂后的钢板基材表面涂一层石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆后直接贴覆PET薄膜和保护膜后即可得到成品。一方面,本发明用特制石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆代替PVC层,降低了成本,减少了对环境的污染,并且与普通PVC相比更薄,提高彩色覆膜板的耐刮伤性、耐压性;另一方面,石墨烯-复配锌粉-纳米二氧化硅/纳米二氧化铈对基材的耐腐蚀性能具有协同增效作用:本发明底漆以水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂为基体,加入氧化石墨烯和硅烷偶联剂,偶联剂将涂层和基材桥连,且氧化石墨烯表面富含官能团,使得底漆涂层与钢板基材之间产生良好的结合力;氧化石墨烯是碳原子紧密堆积而成的单层二维蜂窝状晶格结构,有极大的比表面积,具有小尺寸效应,可填充到涂料孔隙中阻止和延缓腐蚀性小分子介质进入金属基材,对小分子产生良好的物理阻隔作用,同时与涂料本身有良好的相容性,从而大大提高钢板的耐腐蚀性;等份650目、900目、1100目、1300目球型锌粉的复配,产生的空隙小,可提高底漆的屏蔽性,增强覆膜钢板的耐腐蚀性;底漆中特别添加了等份的纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化铈,此类超微细粉体可参与底漆固化并形成特殊的屏蔽层,可有效隔绝腐蚀介质,从而进一步提高覆膜钢板的耐腐蚀性能。
综上,本发明覆膜钢板既具备装饰美观性,又具备优良的耐腐蚀性、耐候性和物理机械综合性能,环境友好,可广泛应用于建筑、家具、家电产品等行业。
具体实施方式
下面结合几个具体实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
实施例1~实施例4单层PET彩色覆膜钢板成品的石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层涂料各组分及重量配比参见表1。

实施例1~实施例4中石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层涂料的具体制备方法如下:
按照表1所示重量配比将等份的650目、900目、1100目、1300目球型锌粉、等份的纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化铈以及800目绢云母粉投入搅拌机充分搅拌混合混匀,得A组分;按照表1所示重量配比,先将硅酸钾和硅酸锂用搅拌机充分搅拌混匀,再慢慢加入六钛酸钾晶须,在不断搅拌的条件下加入石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂和助剂,最后加入去离子水,继续搅拌混匀,得组分B。将A组分和B组分按照4∶1的重量配比混合搅拌均匀,制得石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层涂料。
上述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法如下:
采用改进Hummers方法将制备氧化石墨,将氧化石墨加入去离子水,通过超声剥离得到氧化石墨烯水分散液;将硅烷偶联剂加去离子水稀释成硅烷偶联剂水分散液;然后,将该硅烷偶联剂水分散液加入水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中均匀混合形成混合溶液;将氧化石墨烯的水分散液加入上述混合溶液,即得石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂。
实施例1~实施例4单层PET彩色覆膜钢板的制备方法如下:
步骤一:开卷,清洗,烘干;
步骤二:用浓度为30wt%的铬酸盐化学预处理液对钢板基材两面进行钝化处理,烘干,得化涂层;
步骤三:在上述化涂层上涂覆石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层涂料,厚度为5~8μm,于200℃烘干固化,得石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层;
步骤四:在正面的石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层上通过聚氨酯热熔胶贴覆PET膜,冷却;
步骤五:将厚度40μm的PE膜直接贴覆于上述底漆层,即得成品。
成品性能测试
对实施例3中的单层PET彩色覆膜钢板及其底漆层的部分性能指标进行测试。采用电化学阻抗法测定涂层的耐腐蚀性能,用三电极测试体系,覆盖有石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层的电镀锌钢板作为工作电极,Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,3.5%的NaCl水溶液作为腐蚀介质,施加5mV扰动电压信号,测试频率范围为0.1~10000Hz。测试结果和所依据标准参见表2。

由上表数据可知,本发明单层PET彩色覆膜钢板及其底漆层具有优良的耐蚀性和物理机械性能,底漆层与基材具有较好的附着力。
如无特殊说明,以上实施例所使用的原料和试剂均为市售通用产品。
可以理解的是,以上关于本发明的具体描述,仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换,以达到相同的技术效果;只要满足使用需要,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,包括钢板基材,其特征在于:所述钢板基材在正面和背面均依次层叠化涂层和石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层,正面所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层上贴覆PET膜,其上再贴覆PE保护膜;
所述化涂层为铬酸盐化学预处理液成膜;
所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层包括重量配比为4∶1的A组分和B组分,其中:
所述A组分包括:
等份的650目、900目、1100目、1300目球型锌粉 86~90wt%
等份的纳米二氧化硅和纳米二氧化铈 7~9wt%
800目绢云母粉 1~5wt%
所述B组分包括:
其中,所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂包括以下重量配比的组分:
水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂 65~77wt%
硅烷偶联剂 19.5~32.5wt%
氧化石墨烯 O.1~4.0wt%
将所述硅烷偶联剂加去离子水稀释成硅烷偶联剂分散剂;将该分散剂加入所述水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂中均匀混合形成混合溶液;将所述氧化石墨烯的水分散液加入上述混合溶液,即得氧化石墨烯——水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层涂料;
所述覆膜钢板具体制备工艺如下:
步骤一:开卷,清洗,烘干;
步骤二:用浓度为25~50wt%的铬酸盐化学预处理液对所述钢板基材两面进行钝化处理,烘干,得化涂层;
步骤三:在上述化涂层上涂覆所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层,厚度为5~8μm,于150~210℃烘干固化;
步骤四:在正面所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂底漆层上贴覆PET膜;
步骤五:将PE膜直接贴覆于上述底漆层,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,其特征在于:所述氧化石墨烯通过改进Hummers方法制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,其特征在于:所述助剂包括但不限于消泡剂和润湿剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,其特征在于:所述石墨烯-水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂包括以下重量配比的组分:
水溶性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂 71wt%
硅烷偶联剂 27.5wt%
氧化石墨烯 1.5wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐腐蚀单层PET彩色覆膜钢板,其特征在于:所述PE保护膜厚度为40~50μm。
