Abstract

一种内置滤水隔板塑料内胆压力罐的制造新工艺,属于水处理压力罐的制造技术领域。为了克服目前塑料内胆压力罐制造过程中难于在内胆内设置滤水隔板的技术难题,本发明提供了一种制作工艺,有效地解决了这个难题。其所采用的技术方案是:将预制好的滤水隔板先放入生产内胆的模具里,在模具里设置一个用于挂载滤水隔板的中心轴,采用销钉将滤水隔板挂载在中心轴上,然后再启动生产制作内胆,等内胆制作完成后再切开上下罐口以抽出中心挂载轴,如此便实现了内置滤水隔板的目的。本发明的有益效果是,实现了在压力罐的塑料内胆内设置滤水隔板以及尺寸大于罐口开口的内置安装部件,制造出使用性能良好的内置滤水隔板塑料内胆压力罐。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种内置滤水隔板塑料内胆压力罐的制造新工艺,属于水处理压力罐的制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在采用滚塑工艺生产制作压力罐的塑料内胆时,由于一次整体成型的工艺特点,不便在内胆内实现设置滤水隔板,所以这种塑料内胆的压力罐就缺失了一种使用功能,即缺失了滤水效果良好的内置滤水隔板压力罐。
发明内容
为了克服目前塑料内胆压力罐制造过程中难于在内胆内设置滤水隔板的技术难题,本发明提供了一种制作工艺,有效地解决了这个难题。其所采用的技术方案是:将预制好的滤水隔板先放入生产内胆的模具里,在模具里设置一个用于挂载滤水隔板的中心轴,采用销钉将滤水隔板挂载在中心轴上,然后再启动生产制作内胆,等内胆制作完成后再切开上下罐口以抽出中心挂载轴,如此便实现了内置滤水隔板的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,实现了在压力罐的塑料内胆内设置滤水隔板以及尺寸大于罐口开口的内置安装部件,制造出使用性能良好的内置滤水隔板塑料内胆压力罐。

具体实施方式
如附图2所示,在内胆(6)的滚塑模具(13)(14)里设置一个挂载中心轴(15);首先使用挂载销钉(16)把滤水隔板(8)和罐口内置件(12)挂载在挂载中心轴(15)之上,同时使用挂载销钉(16)把滤料装卸罐口(5)挂载在模具(13)(14)之上;再装入模塑材料,然后将模具上半部(13)和模具下半部(14)合起来进行内胆塑化成型加工;待内胆塑化成型后,裁切上罐口(3)和下罐口(4)的开口,拆下挂载销钉(16),抽出挂载中心管(15);如此就完成了内胆的生产加工。
如附图3所示,在滤水隔板(8)上设有水帽穴(17)和过水孔(18);滤水隔板(8)的外缘呈与内胆壁弧度一致的隔板圆弧边缘(19),这种设计的目的是使得隔板圆弧边缘(19)与内胆壁的接触形成较大的和紧密的面接触,以避免形成缝隙而泄漏过滤材料和减小隔板圆弧边缘(19)对内胆壁的剪切压力强度而保证产品的使用寿命;滤水隔板(8)主体上是由十字正交的筋板(20)构成,以承载较大的正压力。
如附图4所示,在滤水水帽(11)上设置有对称均匀分布的滤水缝隙(21),其底部安装粘接环(22)与滤水隔板(8)上的水帽穴(17)进行粘接。
如附图1所示,上罐口(3)和下罐口(4)是安装式活接罐口,其罐口内置结构件(12)也是在生产内胆时预先放入模具里的,在内胆完成生产后即可进行安装;在下罐口(4)上设置有隔板固定丝母(10),使用隔板固定螺栓(9)把滤水隔板(8)紧固在隔板固定丝母(10)上;通过上罐口(3)或罐口(5)将滤水水帽(11)粘接安装在滤水隔板(8)上;在罐体侧壁上安装滤料装卸罐口(5);最后在罐体(1)的下面安装上底座(2),到此就完成了一个内置滤水隔板塑料内胆压力罐的生产制作过程。

Claims (7)

1.一种水处理用内置滤水隔板塑料内胆压力罐的制造工艺,其特征是:在塑料内胆中设置了滤水隔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:在塑料内胆制作模具中设置了一个挂载中心轴,用于挂载滤水隔板和尺寸大于罐口开口的内置安装部件,在完成内胆塑化成型后再抽出挂载中心轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:滤水隔板上的滤水水帽是通过罐口实施粘接安装的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:罐口采用的是安装式活接罐口,其罐口的内置结构件也是在生产内胆时预先放入模具里的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:滤水隔板是被螺栓紧固在下罐口上的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:滤水隔板主体上是由十字正交的筋板构成的,以承载较大的正压力。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制造工艺,其特征是:滤水隔板的边缘是与内胆壁弧度一致的圆弧边缘,以实现隔板圆弧边缘与内胆壁的接触形成较大的和紧密的面接触,以避免形成缝隙而泄漏过滤材料和减小隔板圆弧边缘对内胆壁的剪切压力强度而保证产品的使用寿命。
