Abstract
本发明涉及一种大工件专用插床,包括床体,床体上设有滑座导轨,滑座导轨上设有下滑座,下滑座通过表面设有的导轨卡有上滑座,上滑座上表面设有圆形转轨,圆形转轨上通过传感机构安装有圆形工作台,圆形工作台上设有固定夹具,床体上设有立柱,立柱上设有控制系统,立柱上设有滑枕,滑枕中间设有照明灯,滑枕末端固定有加工头,加工头顶端红外线定位装置,红外线定位装置的红外线接收器设于圆形工作台中心位置。本发明结构简单,稳定牢固,采用红外线定位装置能够有效精确定位,不存在误差,配合使用固定夹具,有效固定工件,保证结构的稳定,提高工作效率,根据控制系统进行横、纵向的滑动,再配合可360°旋转的圆形工作台,适用范围广。

本发明具体涉及一种大工件专用插床。
背景技术
随着我国经济的飞速发展,机械制造业的复苏,数控设备对工厂市场份额的占有有着重要的地位,就插床而言,目前使用与精密度工件的插床只能适用于小型工件,对于大工件成产做不到高精度的定位,造成一定的误差,影响后期操作,造成一系列的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种大工件专用插床,以解决现有的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种大工件专用插床,包括床体,床体上设有滑座导轨,滑座导轨上设有下滑座,下滑座通过表面设有的导轨卡有上滑座,上滑座上表面设有圆形转轨,圆形转轨上通过传感机构安装有圆形工作台,圆形工作台上设有固定夹具,床体上设有立柱,立柱上设有控制系统,立柱上设有滑枕,滑枕中间设有照明灯,滑枕末端固定有加工头,加工头顶端红外线定位装置,红外线定位装置的红外线接收器设于圆形工作台中心位置。
本发明的进一步改进在于:传感机构和红外线定位装置均连接控制系统,进而控制下滑座、上滑座和圆形工作台。
本发明的进一步改进在于:圆形工作台可旋转360°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,稳定牢固,采用红外线定位装置能够有效精确定位,不存在误差,配合使用固定夹具,有效固定工件,保证结构的稳定,提高工作效率,根据控制系统控制上滑座、下滑座进行横向和纵向的滑动,再配合可360°旋转的圆形工作台,适用范围广,提高综合经济效益。

一种大工件专用插床,包括床体1,床体1自带大功率电机组,床体1上设有滑座导轨2,滑座导轨2上设有下滑座3,下滑座3通过表面设有的导轨卡有上滑座4,上滑座4上表面设有圆形转轨5,圆形转轨5上通过传感机构100安装有圆形工作台6,传感机构100和红外线定位装置13均连接控制系统9,进而控制下滑座3、上滑座4和圆形工作台6,圆形工作台6可旋转360°,适用范围广,提高综合经济效益,圆形工作台6上设有固定夹具7,床体1上设有立柱8,立柱上设有控制系统9,立柱8上设有滑枕10,滑枕10中间设有照明灯11,滑枕10末端固定有加工头12,加工头12顶端红外线定位装置13,红外线定位装置13的红外线接收器设于圆形工作台6中心位置,能够有效精确定位,不存在误差,配合使用固定夹具,有效固定工件,保证结构的稳定,提高工作效率。

1.一种大工件专用插床,包括床体(1),其特征在于:所述床体(1)上设有滑座导轨(2),所述滑座导轨(2)上设有下滑座(3),所述下滑座(3)通过表面设有的导轨卡有上滑座(4),所述上滑座(4)上表面设有圆形转轨(5),所述圆形转轨(5)上通过传感机构(100)安装有圆形工作台(6),所述圆形工作台(6)上设有固定夹具(7),所述床体(1)上设有立柱(8),所述立柱上设有控制系统(9),所述立柱(8)上设有滑枕(10),所述滑枕(10)中间设有照明灯(11),所述滑枕(10)末端固定有加工头(12),所述加工头(12)顶端红外线定位装置(13),所述红外线定位装置(13)的红外线接收器设于圆形工作台(6)中心位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大工件专用插床,其特征在于:所述传感机构(100)和红外线定位装置(13)均连接控制系统(9),进而控制下滑座(3)、上滑座(4)和圆形工作台(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大工件专用插床,其特征在于:所述圆形工作台(6)可旋转360°。
