Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，中药配方按照重量份数包括以下组分：苦参5‑8份、金银花2‑5份、黄芩2‑5份、白芷3‑5份、黄连2‑5份、辛夷3‑8份、苍耳子5‑8份、薄荷脑2‑3份、鹅不食草5‑8份、人工牛黄1‑3份、青蒿3‑5份、荊芥3‑5份。本发明选用纯天然中药为原料，且制成凝胶剂具有芳香开窃，消肿散结，活血活瘀，去腐生肌，抗菌消炎，利清排浊，抗过敏，修复鼻粘膜的功效，且制成凝胶剂后使用方便，药效可迅速到达病灶，吸收是传统膏剂的5倍以上，且无毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药复方制剂技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药及使用方法和生产工艺。
背景技术
鼻窦炎(sinusitis)是指一个或多个鼻窦发生炎症称为鼻窦炎，累计的鼻窦包抬:上颌窦，筛窦，额窦和蝶窦，这是一种仕人群中发病率较高的疾病，影响患者的生活质量。鼻塞炎分为急性，慢性鼻窦炎两种。急性鼻窦炎多由上吸道感染引起，细菌与病靑感染可同时并发。慢性鼻窦炎较急性者多见，常为多个鼻窦同时受累。
过敏性鼻炎即变态反应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)，是指特应性个体接触变应原后，主要由IgE介导的介质(主要是组织胺)释放，并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子参与的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病。变应性鼻炎是一个全球性健康问题，可导致许多疾病和劳动力丧失。
目前用于治疗鼻窦炎和过敏性鼻炎的药物，大都为口服用药或注射给药，对于鼻窦炎和过敏性鼻炎患者来说口服药吸收不好，使用不方便，对肝肾有损伤，一般加有西药抗过敏成分，会有较大的副作用就是嗜睡，绐生活学习带来不便，一般无法坚持用药，往往在治疗过程中难以达到预期的效果，而注射给药往往需要专职的医务人员，不便于患者自我给药。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药及使用方法和生产工艺。
本发明提出的一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，中药配方按照重量份数包括以下组分：苦参5-8份、金银花2-5份、黄芩2-5份、白芷3-5份、黄连2-5份、辛夷3-8份、苍耳子5-8份、薄荷脑2-3份。
优选地，还包括鹅不食草5-8份、人工牛黄1-3份。
优选地，还包括青蒿3-5份、荊芥3-5份。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药使用方法，所述中药的使用方法具体为： 将中药涂抹于鼻腔病变部位。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药生产工艺，具体步骤如下：
S1：称取苦参、金银花、黄芩、黄连、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥粉碎成细粉，过80-100目筛，得混合细粉；
S2：将步骤S1中过筛的混合细粉中加入8-10倍体积量的水，煎煮2-4小时，煎煮两次，浓缩到65℃时相对密度为1.10-1.15；
S3：将辛夷、苍耳子、白芷、鹅不食草碎成细粉，得混合细粉，过80-100目筛；
S4：将步骤S3中过筛的混合细粉中加入12-15倍体积量的水，煎煮2-4小时，煎煮两次，得煎煮液；
S5：将薄荷脑研细，过100目；
S6：将步骤S2的浓缩液加入到步骤S4的煎煮液混合并搅拌均匀，然后加入步骤S5的薄荷脑研细粉搅拌得混合药物中，加入辅料，制备成滴鼻剂、喷鼻剂或鼻用凝胶剂。
优选地，一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药在制备具有治疗鼻窦炎或过敏性鼻炎作用的药物中的应用。
苦参:苦，寒。旧心，肝，胃，大肠，膀胱经。清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿。用于热痢，便血，阴肿阴痒，湿疹，湿疮，现在多用于抗过敏，消炎，抗肿瘤等作用。
金银花:甘，寒。旧肺，心，胃经。清热解毒，凉散冈热。用干痈肿疔疮，喉痹，丹毒，热毒血痢，风热感冐，温病发热。现在多用于抗菌，抗病毒，抗内毒素，抗炎，解热，抗肿瘤等作用。
黄芩:苦，寒。归肺，胆，脾，大肠，小肠经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎。用于湿温，暑温胸闷呕恶，湿热痦满，泻痢，黄疸，肺热咳嗽，高热烦渴，血热吐衄，痈肿疯毒，胎动下安。现在多用于解热，抗菌，抗病毒，抗炎，促进细肥免疫，抗过敏，抗肿瘤等。
黄连:苦，寒。归心，脾，胃，肝，胆，大肠经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒。现在多用于抗菌，抗病毒，抗炎，抗过敏，促进免疫功能，抗肿瘤等作用。
辛夷:辛，温。归肺，胃经。散冈寒，通鼻窍。用于风寒头痛，鼻塞，鼻渊， 鼻流浊涕。现在多用于鼻窦炎，过敏性鼻炎的治疗。
鹅不食草:辛，温，归肺，肝经。通鼻窍，止痒，止咳。用于冈寒头痛，咳嗽痰多，鼻塞不通，鼻渊流涕。
苍耳子:辛，苦，温。有毒。归肺经。散风除湿，通鼻窍。用于风寒头痛，鼻渊流涕，风疹瘙痒，湿痹拘挛。现在多用于沾疗变态反应性鼻炎(过个敏性鼻炎)慢性鼻炎等。
人工牛黄:苦，凉。归肝，心经。清热，解毒，化痰定惊。用于痰热谵狂，神昏不语，小儿急热惊风，咽喉肿痛，囗舌生疮，痈肿疔疮。现在多用于抗病毒，抗炎等作用。
白芷:辛，温。归胃，大肠，肺经。散风除湿，通窍止痛，消肿排脓。用于感冒头痛，眉棱骨痛，鼻塞，鼻渊，牙痛，白带，疮疡肿痛。现在多用于抗炎，抗菌，抗过敏，等作用。
薄荷脑:芳香药，调味药，驱风药。可用于皮肤或粘膜产生清凉感以减轻不迨及疼痛。
青蒿：苦，微辛。清热，解暑，除蒸。治温病，暑热，骨蒸劳热，疟疾，痢疾，黄疸，疥疮，瘙痒。
荊芥：辛，微温。解表散风，透疹。用于感冒，头痛，麻疹，风疹，疮疡初起。炒炭治便血，崩漏，产后血晕。
本发明中，1、苦参、金银花、黄芩、黄连、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥具有抗菌、抗炎、抗变态反应的攻效；辛夷、鹅不食草、苍耳子、白芷，薄荷脑有芳香开窍，利清排浊，排除鼻毒，止痛修复鼻粘膜的攻效，且制成凝胶剂后使用方便，药效可迅速到达病灶，吸收是传统膏剂的5倍以上，且无毒副作用；
2、本发明制成的凝胶剂中药直接作用于鼻腔病变部位，通过鼻粘膜的吸收直接进入血液系统循环，而不受肝首过效应的影响，生物利用度提高70％，血药浓度与静脉内给药两相当，达到快捷起效的目的，有助于减轻患者的症状；
3、经毒理试验结果，大白鼠急性经鼻腔毒性实验属无毒级，大白兔一次性鼻腔刺激强度属无刺激性，使用安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
苦参、金银花、黄芩、白芷、黄连、辛夷、苍耳子、薄荷脑、鹅不食草、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥均来自市售。
实施例1
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，中药配方按照重量份数包括以下组分：苦参5份、金银花2份、黄芩2份、白芷3份、黄连2份、辛夷3份、苍耳子5份、薄荷脑2份、鹅不食草5份、人工牛黄1份、青蒿3份、荊芥3份。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药使用方法，中药的使用方法具体为：将中药涂抹于鼻腔病变部位并通过鼻粘膜的吸收直接进入血液系统循环。

S1：称取苦参、金银花、黄芩、黄连、黄连、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥粉碎成细粉，过80目筛，得混合细粉；
S2：将步骤S1中过筛的混合细粉中加入8倍体积量的水，煎煮2小时，煎煮两次，浓缩到65℃时相对密度为1.10；
S3：将辛夷、苍耳子、鹅不食草碎成细粉，得混合细粉，过80目筛；
S4：将步骤S3中过筛的混合细粉中加入12倍体积量的水，煎煮2小时，煎煮两次，得煎煮液；
S5：将薄荷脑研细，过100目；
S6：将步骤S2的浓缩液加入到步骤S4的煎煮液混合并搅拌均匀，然后加入步骤S5的薄荷脑研细粉搅拌得混合药物中，加入辅料，制备成滴鼻剂。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药在制备具有治疗鼻窦炎作用的药物中的应用。
实施例2
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，中药配方按照重量份数包括以下组分：苦参8份、金银花5份、黄芩5份、白芷5份、黄连5份、辛夷8份、苍耳子8份、薄荷脑3份、鹅不食草8份、人工牛黄3份、青蒿5份、荊芥5份。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药使用方法，中药的使用方法具体为：将中药涂抹于鼻腔病变部位并通过鼻粘膜的吸收直接进入血液系统循环。

S1：称取苦参、金银花、黄芩、黄连、黄连、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥粉碎 成细粉，过100目筛，得混合细粉；
S2：将步骤S1中过筛的混合细粉中加入10倍体积量的水，煎煮4小时，煎煮两次，浓缩到65℃时相对密度为1.15；
S3：将辛夷、苍耳子、鹅不食草碎成细粉，得混合细粉，过100目筛；
S4：将步骤S3中过筛的混合细粉中加入15倍体积量的水，煎煮4小时，煎煮两次，得煎煮液；
S5：将薄荷脑研细，过100目；
S6：将步骤S2的浓缩液加入到步骤S4的煎煮液混合并搅拌均匀，然后加入步骤S5的薄荷脑研细粉搅拌得混合药物中，加入辅料，制备成喷鼻剂。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药在制备具有过敏性鼻炎作用的药物中的应用。
实施例3
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，中药配方按照重量份数包括以下组分：苦参6份、金银花3份、黄芩3份、白芷4份、黄连3份、辛夷6份、苍耳子6份、薄荷脑2份、鹅不食草7份、人工牛黄2份、青蒿4份、荊芥4份。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药使用方法，中药的使用方法具体为：将中药涂抹于鼻腔病变部位并通过鼻粘膜的吸收直接进入血液系统循环。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药生产工艺，具体包括如下步骤：
S1：称取苦参、金银花、黄芩、黄连、黄连、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥粉碎成细粉，过90目筛，得混合细粉；
S2：将步骤S1中过筛的混合细粉中加入9倍体积量的水，煎煮3小时，煎煮两次，浓缩到65℃时相对密度为1.13；
S3：将辛夷、苍耳子、鹅不食草碎成细粉，得混合细粉，过90目筛；
S4：将步骤S3中过筛的混合细粉中加入14倍体积量的水，煎煮3小时，煎煮两次，得煎煮液；
S5：将薄荷脑研细，过100目；
S6：将步骤S2的浓缩液加入到步骤S4的煎煮液混合并搅拌均匀，然后加入步骤S5的薄荷脑研细粉搅拌得混合药物中，加入辅料，制备成鼻用凝胶剂。
一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药在制备具有过敏性鼻炎作用的药物中的应用。
临床实验：
实验分组：将入选病例随机分为两组，治疗组50例，男26例，女24例，年龄18-60岁；对照组50例，男30例，女20例，年龄16-55岁。
实验方法：治疗组口服本发明实施例1制备的滴鼻剂，一日喷二次，早晚各一次；对照组使用达芬霖盐酸羟甲唑啉喷雾剂，一日喷二次，早晚各一次。所有病例使用期间停用其它治疗鼻炎药物。显效、有效病人停止治疗治疗1个月后随访一次。
疗效判定标准：根据《中药新药治疗急、慢性鼻炎的临床研究指导原则》分为显效、
有效和无效等标准；
(1)鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎疗效判定标准：
①显效：10天以内主要症状减轻2/3，大部分体征消失；
②有效：10天以内主要症状减轻1/3，部分体征消失；
③无效：用药10天，未达有效标准。
(2)慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎疗效判定标准：
①显效：治疗30天以内主要症状和体征减轻2/3；
②有效：治疗30天以内主要症状和体征减轻1/3；
③无效：治疗30天，未达有效标准。
(3)症状体征轻重程度分级
症状或体征明显者为重度(+++)；症状或体征明显者为中度(++)；症状或体征不明显者为轻度(+)。治疗后由+++→+、++→0等改善定为Ⅱ级(显效)；治疗后由+++→++、++→+、+→0等改善定为Ⅰ级(有效)；治疗后原症状体征较治前无改变为0级；(无效)。
实验结果：
(1)1个疗程(10天)后，两组治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎疗效比较见表1：

(2)1个月后随访，两组治疗急鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎疗效比较见表2：

注：总有效＝有效+显效；Wilcoxon秩和检验，P<0.05，治疗组与对照组之间有显著差异。
(4)不良反应观察：服药期间未见胃肠道不适如呕吐、恶心以及过敏症状、肝肾功能损害等不良反应的发生。
小结：服用本发明中滴鼻剂1个月，对鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的总有效率为88％；治疗2个月，对头昏、头胀症状的改善(总有效率为92％)显著高于对照组。本发明的药物组合物治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎疗效显著，且无毒副作用，具有良好的安全性。
典型病例
李某某，男，32岁，患过敏性鼻炎近3年，患者早晚鼻塞流清涕，并打喷嚏十个以上，夏天空调房间加剧，尤以春秋季节严重，曾予抗过敏药口服、喷鼻剂局部用药治疗但效果不佳，给予本发明制备的滴鼻剂，一日喷二次，早晚各一次，20天后基本症状消失，半年后随访症状未复发。
王某，女，35岁，患者曾感冒后出现头昏，头胀痛剧烈，眉间压痛，流脓涕，记忆力减退症状，近日感冒头昏头痛症状加重，并伴发热恶寒、咳嗽、痰多色黄、脉浮数。诊断为急性鼻窦炎，给予本发明制备滴鼻剂，一日喷二次，早晚各一次，20天后基本症状消失，2个月随访症状消失。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，其特征在于，中药配方按照重量份数包括以下组分：苦参5-8份、金银花2-5份、黄芩2-5份、白芷3-5份、黄连2-5份、辛夷3-8份、苍耳子5-8份、薄荷脑2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，其特征在于，还包括鹅不食草5-8份、人工牛黄1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药，其特征在于，还包括青蒿3-5份、荊芥3-5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药使用方法，其特征在于，所述中药的使用方法具体为：将中药涂抹于鼻腔病变部位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻窦炎、过敏性鼻炎的中药生产工艺，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
S1：称取苦参、金银花、黄芩、黄连、人工牛黄、青蒿、荊芥粉碎成细粉，过80-100目筛，得混合细粉；
S2：将步骤S1中过筛的混合细粉中加入8-10倍体积量的水，煎煮2-4小时，煎煮两次，浓缩到65℃时相对密度为1.10-1.15；
