In the concrete operation, the rotary shearing mode can enable the plant seeds in the shearing plane to be instantaneously sheared; meanwhile, the rotary shearing mode has good shearing effect on plant seeds of smaller plants; the plant seeds of smaller plants can enter the gaps between adjacent blades at any time, and the corresponding shearing operation is completed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the driving mechanism is an electric motor, the electric motor is fixed in the tubular housing by a cross beam, and a driving shaft of the electric motor is connected to the rotating shaft. In specific operation, the motor can be arranged to realize an automatic control mode, and the motor has the beneficial characteristics of convenience in operation, time saving and labor saving.

the peeling device comprises a second driving mechanism and a kneading mechanism, wherein the second driving mechanism is fixed on the cylinder body, and the kneading mechanism is in transmission connection with the second driving mechanism;
the separating device comprises an air blower mechanism and a guiding mechanism, wherein the air blower mechanism is fixed on the side wall of one side of the cylinder, and the guiding mechanism is arranged on the side wall of the other side of the cylinder;
the air blowing mechanism in the separating device is a fan, the guiding-out mechanism is a channel, the fan is arranged in the cylinder body, the fan is fixed on the cylinder body, and the fan is arranged on one side of the peeling device, provided with a discharge hole; the channel is formed in the cylinder, and an air outlet of the fan points to the channel;
the kneading mechanism comprises a fixed washboard and a movable washboard, the fixed washboard is fixed in the cylinder body, and the movable washboard is fixed on the driving shaft of the second driving mechanism;
the fixed washboard is fixed on the cylinder body through the adjusting bracket;
the adjusting support comprises a telescopic rod, a fixing sleeve and a locking piece, wherein the fixing sleeve is fixed on the outer wall of the cylinder body, one end of the telescopic rod stretches into the fixing sleeve, the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the fixing washboard, and the telescopic rod is locked with the fixing sleeve through the locking piece.

the end part of the cylinder body, which is provided with one end of the separation device, is also connected with a storage device; the storage device comprises a storage mechanism, and the storage mechanism is detachably connected with the cylinder body.

the storage mechanism is a storage box, an installation cavity is formed in the end part of the cylinder body, which is connected with one end of the storage mechanism, and the storage box is installed in the installation cavity;
the export mechanism is also connected with a collection mechanism, the collection mechanism is a storage bag, and the storage bag is in binding connection with the export mechanism.

the section of the barrel body at the shearing mechanism is a square section, the swinging shafts are respectively arranged at the diagonal positions of the square section, and the radius of the sector shearing area of the blade is equal to the side length of the square section.

the frosting surface of the fixed washboard is opposite to the frosting surface of the movable washboard, and a preset gap is reserved between the fixed washboard and the movable washboard.
