技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆锥滚子轴承,特别是关于一种重卡加长内圈圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前重卡汽车轮毂轴承选用两套圆锥滚子轴承与隔圈配套组合安装成轮廓单元,这需要根据每套轴承实际装配高尺寸选择相应尺寸的隔圈进行装配,由于单套轴承的装配高公差较大,导致轴承配对使用后选择隔圈尺寸较多,轮毂单元装配效率降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明旨在提供一种不需装配隔圈的重卡加长内圈圆锥滚子轴承。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种重卡加长内圈圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈、滚子、内圈,所述的内圈沿小端面轴向向外延长,所述的内圈延长部的内径大于内圈轴承部的内径
本发明的有益效果是:内圈采用加长设计,并在满足加工能力水平基础上加严轴承装配高公差,装配时由于取消中间隔圈,提高装配效率,降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步地说明。
重卡加长内圈圆锥滚子轴承,由外圈4、滚子5、内圈2构成,所述的内圈2沿小端面轴向向外延长,所述的内圈延长部6的内径大于内圈轴承部7的内径,这样避免由于内圈延长部6热处理变形导致装配空心轴1时受阻碍。
使用中相同两种型号圆锥滚子轴承配对安装成轮毂单元,此轮毂单元主要由空心轴1,两套相同型号圆锥滚子轴承,壳体3组成;其圆锥滚子轴承内圈2采用加长设计,并在满足加工能力水平基础上加严轴承装配高公差,在装配时可以取消中间隔圈的使用,提高装配效率。

1.重卡加长内圈圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈(4)、滚子(5)、内圈(2),其特征在于:所述的内圈(2)沿小端面轴向向外延长,所述的内圈延长部(6)的内径大于内圈轴承部(7)的内径。
