Abstract

本发明公开了一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,先将淀粉经双氧水处理得到氧化淀粉并经过苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚反应得到氧化淀粉胶乳,然后与纸浆、胶原蛋白和硫酸铝混合得到再生纸板浆料,并成型制备再生纸板。本发明的再生纸板具有良好的机械强度、柔韧性和耐水性,使用寿命长,耐用性好,适合作为纸箱包装材料使用。

一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及再生纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法。
背景技术
当前,我国造纸工业正向减少污染、节约能源和充分利用纤维资源等方向发展。再生纸作为一种以废纸为原料,经过分选、净化、打浆、抄造等十几道工序生产出来的纸张,有利于保护环境、节约资源,具有极大的市场开发潜力。目前,废纸的再生技术大部分是经过化浆造纸,然后用纸板再加工成纸箱。由于废纸在使用过程中受光照、细菌、霉变等影响导致纤维强度受损下降,容易断裂,影响了其作为原料的再生纸产品的力学强度和使用寿命;并且,再生纸箱的耐水性能较差,导致其在包装等领域的使用范围受到了限制。为了提高其使用性能,需要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有良好强度、柔韧性和耐水性的再生纸板的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将30-40重量份淀粉、0.5-1重量份氢氧化钠、1-2重量份双氧水和80-100重量份水共同加入容器中60-90℃反应2-4h,然后加入2-4重量份苯乙烯、3-5重量份丙烯酸丁酯和0.3-0.5重量份过硫酸铵于70-80℃反应4-6h,冷却后得到改性氧化淀粉备用;
(2)将40-60重量份经过去杂、过滤处理的再生纸浆与20-30重量份植物纤维纸浆在打浆机中混合均匀,然后加入3-6重量份的填料、3-6重量份步骤(1)得到的改性氧化淀粉和1-2重量份的胶原蛋白搅拌均匀,得到浆状混合物;
(3)将60-80重量份步骤(2)中浆状混合物与0.3-0.5重量份硫酸铝混合后于30-40℃条件下搅拌均匀,得到纸板浆料;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的的纸板浆料输入到纸板成型机上进行加工,然后将得到的纸板烘干,得到纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉或者马铃薯淀粉的一种或混合。
所述的双氧水质量分数为20-30%。
所述的植物纤维纸浆为漂白阔叶木浆。
所述的填料为碳酸钙、粘土、滑石粉、硫酸钡中的一种或混合。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将淀粉经双氧水处理得到氧化淀粉并经过苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚反应得到氧化淀粉胶乳,然后与纸浆、胶原蛋白和硫酸铝混合得到再生纸板浆料,并成型制备再生纸板。由于胶原蛋白与铝离子的螯合、胶原蛋白与氧化淀粉胶乳之间交联、铝离子与氧化淀粉胶乳之间络合的协同效应,使胶原蛋白、氧化淀粉胶乳以及铝离子能够很好地相容形成稳定的体系,不仅能提高再生纸板的均匀性和致密性,而且与纸浆纤维的结合能力强,能通过与再生纸浆纤维的有效结合对再生纸浆纤维的性能进行修复,从而增强再生纸板的强度和耐久性;同时胶原蛋白改善了再生纸板的韧性,铝离子的引入提高了再生纸板的耐水性和机械强度。本发明得到的再生纸板具有良好的机械强度、柔韧性和耐水性,使用寿命长,耐用性好,适合作为纸箱包装材料使用。
具体实施方式
一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将30kg淀粉、0.5kg氢氧化钠、1kg双氧水和80kg水共同加入容器中60℃反应2h,然后加入2kg苯乙烯、3kg丙烯酸丁酯和0.3kg过硫酸铵于70℃反应4h,冷却后得到改性氧化淀粉备用;
(2)将40kg经过去杂、过滤处理的再生纸浆与20kg植物纤维纸浆在打浆机中混合均匀,然后加入3kg的填料、3kg步骤(1)得到的改性氧化淀粉和1kg的胶原蛋白搅拌均匀,得到浆状混合物;
(3)将60kg步骤(2)中浆状混合物与0.3kg硫酸铝混合后于30℃条件下搅拌均匀,得到纸板浆料;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的的纸板浆料输入到纸板成型机上进行加工,然后将得到的纸板烘干,得到纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉。
所述的双氧水质量分数为20%。
所述的植物纤维纸浆为漂白阔叶木浆。
所述的填料为碳酸钙。

Claims (5)

1.一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将30-40重量份淀粉、0.5-1重量份氢氧化钠、1-2重量份双氧水和80-100重量份水共同加入容器中60-90℃反应2-4h,然后加入2-4重量份苯乙烯、3-5重量份丙烯酸丁酯和0.3-0.5重量份过硫酸铵于70-80℃反应4-6h,冷却后得到改性氧化淀粉备用;
(2)将40-60重量份经过去杂、过滤处理的再生纸浆与20-30重量份植物纤维纸浆在打浆机中混合均匀,然后加入3-6重量份的填料、3-6重量份步骤(1)得到的改性氧化淀粉和1-2重量份的胶原蛋白搅拌均匀,得到浆状混合物;
(3)将60-80重量份步骤(2)中浆状混合物与0.3-0.5重量份硫酸铝混合后于30-40℃条件下搅拌均匀,得到纸板浆料;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的的纸板浆料输入到纸板成型机上进行加工,然后将得到的纸板烘干,得到纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉或者马铃薯淀粉的一种或混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双氧水质量分数为20-30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的植物纤维纸浆为漂白阔叶木浆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱包装用高强度耐水再生纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的填料为碳酸钙、粘土、滑石粉、硫酸钡中的一种或混合。
