本发明属于涉及鞋底制备工艺领域,提出一种橡胶鞋底的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:将90‑100重量份的丁基橡胶、10‑20重量份的顺丁橡胶、10‑20重量份的白炭黑、3‑5重量份的季铵化有机硅油、1‑3重量份的硬脂酸、促进剂M1‑3重量份加入到密炼机中进行密炼;密炼温度为70‑73℃;密炼时间为13‑15min;步骤2:加入1‑2重量份的交联剂,继续密炼;密炼温度为65‑70℃;密炼时间为10‑12min;步骤3:硫化成型,硫化温度为150‑155℃,硫化时间为30‑40min。该方法具有优异的抗菌功能,能够有效抑制鞋子内的细菌和真菌的滋生,起到良好的抗菌效果。

本发明涉及鞋底领域,特别是一种橡胶鞋底的制备方法。
背景技术
橡胶鞋底的功能要求为具有较好的耐磨性,但是现在的橡胶鞋底基本都不具有抗菌功能。

本发明旨在提供一种具有抗菌功能的橡胶鞋底的制备方法。
其具体方案为:一种橡胶鞋底的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将90-100重量份的丁基橡胶、10-20重量份的顺丁橡胶、10-20重量份的白炭黑、3-5重量份的季铵化有机硅油、1-3重量份的硬脂酸、促进剂M1-3重量份加入到密炼机中进行密炼;密炼温度为70-73℃;密炼时间为13-15min;
步骤2:加入1-2重量份的交联剂,继续密炼;密炼温度为65-70℃;密炼时间为10-12min;
步骤3:硫化成型,硫化温度为150-155℃,硫化时间为30-40min。

步骤1:将95重量份的丁基橡胶、15重量份的顺丁橡胶、15重量份的白炭黑、4重量份的季铵化有机硅油、2重量份的硬脂酸、促进剂M2重量份加入到密炼机中进行密炼;密炼温度为70-73℃;密炼时间为13-15min;
步骤2:加入1.5重量份的交联剂,继续密炼;密炼温度为65-70℃;密炼时间为10-12min;
步骤3:硫化成型,硫化温度为150-155℃,硫化时间为30-40min。

步骤2:加入2重量份的交联剂,继续密炼;密炼温度为65-70℃;密炼时间为10-12min;
步骤3:硫化成型,硫化温度为150-155℃,硫化时间为30-40min。
实施例2
一种橡胶鞋底的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将95重量份的丁基橡胶、15重量份的顺丁橡胶、15重量份的白炭黑、4重量份的季铵化有机硅油、2重量份的硬脂酸、促进剂M2重量份加入到密炼机中进行密炼;密炼温度为70-73℃;密炼时间为13-15min;
步骤2:加入1.5重量份的交联剂,继续密炼;密炼温度为65-70℃;密炼时间为10-12min;
步骤3:硫化成型,硫化温度为150-155℃,硫化时间为30-40min。
本实施例1和2的橡胶鞋底具有优异的抗菌功能,能够有效抑制鞋子内的细菌和真菌的滋生,起到良好的抗菌效果。
