Abstract

本发明提供一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)清洁:将在加工过程中出光面遭到划伤的导光板进行清洗;(2)检查定位:通过检测设置将导光板出光面上被划伤的地方进行准确定位,并且做好标记;(3)修复:在划伤部位洒下修复混合物,用研磨轮对划伤部位进行打磨;修复混合物由抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶混合而成,抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶的混合比例为7:1:2;(4)清洁:将完成步骤(3)的导光板进行再次清洗,弄干即得。本发明的有益效果是:对玻璃导光板划伤表面进行修改,确保导光板不会因为划伤而影响导光质量,既环保,修复流程也简单,为企业节省了生产成本,降低损耗。

一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃导光板划伤修复技术领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,采用玻璃代替亚克力制作导光板已十分普遍。在玻璃导光板生产加工过程中,由于搬运或者转移导光板产品时不小心,容易对玻璃导光板划伤,一旦玻璃导光板的出光面具有划痕,就会影响导光板的出光质量。现有技术对于这类存在瑕疵的产品普遍报废处理,这样的做法极不环保,而且增加企业的生产成本。
发明内容
基于此,本发明针对玻璃导光板表面划伤提供一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,通过在划伤部位依次洒下抛光粉和环氧树脂粉末,用研磨轮对划伤部位进行打磨,以达到修复的效果。
本发明提供一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁:将在加工过程中出光面遭到划伤的导光板进行清洗,然后擦干;
(2)检查定位:通过检测将导光板出光面上被划伤的地方进行准确定位,并且做好标记;
(3)修复:在划伤部位洒下修复混合物,用研磨轮对划伤部位进行打磨;修复混合物由抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶混合而成,抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶的混合比例为7:1:2;研磨轮的转速为3000毫米/分钟-5000毫米/分钟;直至将划伤部位都修复完;
(4)清洁:将完成步骤(3)的导光板进行再次清洗,吹干即得。
作为优选方式,所述步骤(1)和步骤(3)中均采用清洁剂对导光板出光面进行清洁,清洗完成后用离子风枪将导光板吹干,不能残留有水渍。
作为优选方式,所述步骤(3)中研磨轮设羊毛轮。
作为优选方式,所述步骤(3)研磨轮的转速为4000毫米/分钟。
作为优选方式,所述步骤(3)中,划伤深度为0.01mm-0.04mm时,修复时间为5-10秒。
作为优选方式,所述步骤(3)中,划伤深度为0.05mm-0.1mm时,修复时间为15-20秒。
本发明的有益效果为:通过采用抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶混合而成的混合物对玻璃导光板划伤表面进行修改,确保导光板不会因为划伤而影响导光质量,既环保,修复流程也简单,为企业节省了生产成本,降低损耗。

(1)清洁:将在加工过程中出光面遭到划伤的导光板采用清洁剂进行清洁,清洗完成后用离子风枪将导光板吹干,不能残留有水渍;
(2)检查定位:通过检测将导光板出光面上被划伤的地方进行准确定位,并且做好标记;
(3)修复:在划伤部位洒下修复混合物,用羊毛轮对划伤部位进行打磨;修复混合物由抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶混合而成,抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶的混合比例为7:1:2;研磨轮的转速为3000毫米/分钟-5000毫米/分钟,本实施中,羊毛轮的转速为4000毫米/分钟;直至将划伤部位都修复完;
(4)清洁:将完成步骤(3)的导光板采用清洁剂进行清洁,清洗完成后用离子风枪将导光板吹干,即得。
作为优选的实施方式,所述步骤(3)中,划伤深度为0.01mm-0.04mm时,修复时间为5-10秒。
作为优选的实施方式,所述步骤(3)中,划伤深度为0.05mm-0.1mm时,修复时间为15-20秒。

1.一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁:将在加工过程中出光面遭到划伤的导光板进行清洗,然后擦干;
(2)检查定位:通过检测将导光板出光面上被划伤的地方进行准确定位,并且做好标记;
(3)修复:在划伤部位洒下修复混合物,用研磨轮对划伤部位进行打磨;修复混合物由抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶混合而成,抛光粉、环氧树脂粉末、无机硅胶的混合比例为7:1:2;研磨轮的转速为3000毫米/分钟-5000毫米/分钟;直至将划伤部位都修复完;
(4)清洁:将完成步骤(3)的导光板进行再次清洗,吹干,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)和步骤(3)中均采用清洁剂对导光板出光面进行清洁,清洗完成后用离子风枪将导光板吹干,不能残留有水渍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中研磨轮设羊毛轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)研磨轮的转速为4000毫米/分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃导光板表面划伤修复工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,划伤深度为0.01mm-0.04mm时,修复时间为5-10秒。
