一种管道切粒混合装置，包括刮刀组件(2)，刮刀组件(2)位于釜腔(5)内，并可拆卸地安装在轴(1)上，釜腔(5)横向相对有进料口(3)和出料口(4)，釜腔(5)上部是轴(1)的驱动系统，刮刀组件(2)包括刮刀(21)、支架(22)和轮毂(23)，进料口(3)位于釜腔(5)圆柱面位置安装有细化网(7)，刮刀(21)可以有间隙地接近细化网(7)扫过，这种设计的有益效果是对物料的分散细化效果更好，从而降低后续工序的能量损耗和时间浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌釜，特别管道上进行的搅拌混合的装置。
背景技术
通常搅拌操作包括搅拌釜和内部的搅拌装置，有时搅拌釜位于管道上，一侧管道进料，一侧管道出料，物料在搅拌釜中通过后实现搅拌要求。
由于物料不同，目的不同，有时搅拌效果并不理想。比如橡胶流态介质夹杂着溶剂及蒸汽在经过上述搅拌后，由于分散度低且不均匀，往往达不到溶剂及蒸汽的析出要求，在后续操作过程仍需要消耗能量和时间来完成。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是设计一种管道切粒混合装置对物料的分散细化效果更好，从而降低后续的能量损耗和时间浪费。
本发明解决上述技术问题提供的管道切粒混合装置包括刮刀组件，刮刀组件位于釜腔内，并可拆卸地安装在轴上，釜腔横向相对有进料口和出料口，釜腔上部是轴的驱动系统，刮刀组件包括刮刀、支架和轮毂，进料口位于釜腔圆柱面位置安装有细化网。工作时，轴带动刮刀旋转有间隙地接近细化网扫过，将通过细化网进来的物料进一步剪切破碎，把由细化网进来的物料切成颗粒。
为了便于清洗，釜腔下部设置有清空出口。
通常情况下刮刀借助于支架和轮毂垂直安装，这样刮刀可以是直线型，加工安装都简单。
本发明的有益效果是对物料的分散细化效果更好，从而降低后续工序的能量损耗和时间浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种实施方式做以下说明。
如图示，管道切粒混合装置的刮刀组件2，包括垂直安装的直线型刮刀21，支架22和轮毂23。刮刀2在支架22上用螺栓定位固定，支架22与轮毂23焊接，刮刀组件2通过轮毂23套装并用定位螺钉固定在轴1上。釜腔5横向一侧的进料口3安装有细化网7与另一侧的出料口4相对，釜腔5下部设置有清空出口6，可安装开关阀门。

1.一种管道切粒混合装置，包括刮刀组件(2)，刮刀组件(2)位于釜腔(5)内，并可拆卸地安装在轴(1)上，釜腔(5)横向相对有进料口(3)和出料口(4)，釜腔(5)上部是轴(1)的驱动系统，其特征在于刮刀组件(2)包括刮刀(21)、支架(22)和轮毂(23)，进料口(3)位于釜腔(5)圆柱面位置安装有细化网(7)，刮刀(21)可以有间隙地接近细化网(7)扫过。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种管道切粒混合装置，其特征在于釜腔(5)下部设置有清空出口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的任一种管道切粒混合装置，其特征在于刮刀(21)借助于支架(22)和轮毂(23)垂直安装。
