Abstract

一种生物质燃料添加剂,采用下列原料混合制成:苯并三唑、甲醇、乙二醇单乙醚5、乙基己脂、乙二醇、环乙胺、一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇、氨水、碳酸环已胺、将苯并三唑加入到甲醇中搅拌溶解,再加入碳酸环已胺,完全溶解后再加入乙二醇单乙醚,最后加入异丙醇,制得溶液A;按比例每相隔10分钟依次加入三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、环乙胺;在加入原料时,不断搅拌,制得溶液B;将溶液A、溶液B分别加入到两份氨水溶液中,待溶解后将两种溶液相混合,搅拌10分钟,制得溶液C;将乙二醇加入到溶液C中,搅拌均匀后制成添加剂。添加剂稳定性良好,易于推广,使用效果明显,可完全燃烧,提高热效率、降低油耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学添加剂,具体涉及一种用于生物质燃料的添加剂及制备方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,自然资源的消耗速度要大于其生成的速度,在可利用的自然资源日益减少,且不可再生的情况下,需要一种可替代现有自然资源的生物质燃料,生物质燃料开始进入多个领域使用,现有的生物质燃料在使用时,需要加入添加剂,才能使燃料的燃烧更充分,以获取更大的能量,才能达到燃烧的效果,现有的添加剂,配方单一,抗冻性能差,燃烧后的排放,也不能满足环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种生物质燃料的添加剂,加有这种添加剂的生物质燃料,燃烧效率高,可节省燃料、消除黑烟,降低排放。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为 :
提供一种生物质燃料添加剂,其原料配比按重量份数的比例为 :
苯并三唑 5 份—10 份
甲醇 10 份—20 份
乙二醇单乙醚5 份—10 份
乙基己脂 10 份—15 份
乙二醇5 份—8 份
环乙胺10-20份
一乙醇胺5-10份
三乙醇胺5-10份
异丙醇2-5份
氨水30-60份
碳酸环已胺5-10份。
提供一种制备上述添加剂的方法:
1)将苯并三唑加入到甲醇中搅拌溶解,再加入碳酸环已胺,完全溶解后再加入乙二醇单乙醚,最后加入异丙醇,制得溶液A;
2)按比例每相隔10分钟依次加入三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、环乙胺;在加入原料时,不断搅拌,制得溶液B;
3)将溶液A、溶液B分别加入到两份氨水溶液中,待溶解后将两种溶液相混合,搅拌10分钟,制得溶液C;
4)将乙二醇加入到溶液C中,搅拌均匀后制成添加剂。
本发明添加剂的配方由多种非离子表面活性剂和无机化工原料制成,这种添加剂可以提高生物质燃料的抗冻性能、燃烧效率高、排放更环保;本发明的加入量为燃料的3‰左右,产品的稳定性良好,易于推广 ,使用效果明显,完全燃烧,提高热效率、降低油耗。

甲醇 10 份
乙二醇单乙醚10 份
乙基己脂 10 份份
乙二醇5 份
环乙胺10份
一乙醇胺10份
三乙醇胺5份
异丙醇2份
氨水30份
碳酸环已胺5份。
实施例 2
苯并三唑 5 份份
甲醇 15 份
乙二醇单乙醚6份
乙基己脂 12 份
乙二醇6份
环乙胺15份
一乙醇胺7份
三乙醇胺6份
异丙醇3份
氨水40份
碳酸环已胺8份。
将苯并三唑加入到甲醇中搅拌溶解,再加入碳酸环已胺,完全溶解后再加入乙二醇单乙醚,最后加入异丙醇,制得溶液A;
按比例每相隔10分钟依次加入三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、环乙胺;在加入原料时,不断搅拌,制得溶液B;
将溶液A、溶液B分别加入到两份氨水溶液中,待溶解后将两种溶液相混合,搅拌10分钟,制得溶液C;
将乙二醇加入到溶液C中,搅拌均匀后制成添加剂。

1.一种生物质燃料添加剂,其特征在于:其原料配比按重量份数的比例为 :
苯并三唑 5 份—10 份
甲醇 10 份—20 份
乙二醇单乙醚5 份—10 份
乙基己脂 10 份—15 份
乙二醇5 份—8 份
环乙胺10-20份
一乙醇胺5-10份
三乙醇胺5-10份
异丙醇2-5份
氨水30-60份
碳酸环已胺5-10份。
2.一种制备上述添加剂的方法:
将苯并三唑加入到甲醇中搅拌溶解,再加入碳酸环已胺,完全溶解后再加入乙二醇单乙醚,最后加入异丙醇,制得溶液A;
按比例每相隔10分钟依次加入三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、环乙胺;在加入原料时,不断搅拌,制得溶液B;
将溶液A、溶液B分别加入到两份氨水溶液中,待溶解后将两种溶液相混合,搅拌10分钟,制得溶液C;
将乙二醇加入到溶液C中,搅拌均匀后制成添加剂。
