本发明属于铝箔纸制造领域,涉及一种铝箔纸,具体是一种磁性防伪铝箔纸。
背景技术
铝箔纸是由铝箔衬纸与铝箔裱糊粘合而成的纸,其质软如纸易变形,而且变形后不反弹,可保证遮光,不会掉落,不透光,无污染,价钱便宜,常供高级卷烟、糖果等食品防潮和装饰包装用。目前卷烟铝箔纸有一个共同的特点,即无论其正面或反面大都印有用中文、汉语拼音或英文印制的部分或满版厂名,有的还印有企业标志。若专为某个品牌特制的铝箔纸不仅印有厂名,还印有该品牌的名称及装潢图案,一方面是为了做广告,一方面是用于防伪,但是随着技术的进步,普通的防伪技术可复制性太强,已经无法对高档香烟进行有效的防伪。
发明内容
为了解决高档香烟的防伪问题,本发明提供了一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,该铝箔纸表面涂布一层磁性材料,加入磁粉的部分,手感不同于其他铝箔纸,特别是可以通过带有磁性的金属识别器或者磁感应设备进行识别,从而达到防伪的目的。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料是由以下质量分数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂15-25%,磁性纳米二氧化硅5-10%,有机溶剂50-70%,三氧化二铝0.3-0.5%,分散剂0.5-1%,偶联剂0.1-0.5%,润滑剂0.5-1.5%,防静电剂0.1-0.3%,甲苯二异氰酸酯2-5%;
所述涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将聚氨酯树脂溶于有机溶剂中,加入磁性纳米二氧化硅搅拌分散2-3h,分散均匀后依次加入三氧化二铝、分散剂、偶联剂、润滑剂和防静电剂,充分搅拌1-2h,然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即得磁性涂料;
(2)采用气喷涂布法将磁性涂料均匀的喷涂在铝箔纸表面,然后在40-60℃下烘烤固化。
所述磁性纳米二氧化硅制备过程为:
(1)在三口烧瓶中加入冷却沸水,向其中通入氮气,将FeCl3·6H2O和FeCl2·4H2O加入水中,在70℃下搅拌溶解,然后将浓度为2-2.5mol/L的NaOH溶液逐滴加入混合溶液中,搅拌3h直到出现黑色絮状沉淀,磁性分离后将固体在50-60℃下烘干,即得磁性材料;其中n(FeCl3·6H2O):n(FeCl2·4H2O):n(冷却沸水):n(NaOH)=1:1.5:5-8:6-7.5;
(2)将上述磁性材料溶于无水乙醇中制备成10mg/mL的磁流体溶液,取12-17mL磁流体溶液、25-30mL氨水和120-150mL无水乙醇在30℃下搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入3-8mL正硅酸乙酯和120-150mL无水乙醇,搅拌反应12h,磁性分离产物后在80℃下干燥,将干燥后的固体在通N2的管式炉内煅烧3h,得到磁性纳米二氧化硅材料。
所述有机溶剂为丙酮、环己酮、乙醇或异丙醇中的一种;分散剂为硬脂酸钠、油酸钠或烷基磺酸钠中的一种;偶联剂为硅酸酯或钛酸酯;润滑剂为硅油、橄榄油或液体石蜡中的一种;防静电剂为炭黑、乙炔炭黑或石墨。
磁性的测定:通过振动样品磁强计对磁性材料、磁性纳米二氧化硅和干燥后的磁性涂料进行磁饱和量测定,比较磁化率的变化。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在铝箔纸的表面喷涂磁性涂料后,该铝箔纸用于高档香烟的包装纸中,可以通过带有磁性的金属识别器或磁感应设备进行防伪识别,并且该磁性涂料中的磁性材料是纳米二氧化硅材料,不仅具有普通磁性材料的磁性,并且制备的涂料在酸性条件下仍具有良好的磁性。

一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将1.5kg聚氨酯树脂溶于丙酮中,加入磁性纳米二氧化硅搅拌分散2h,分散均匀后依次加入30g三氧化二铝、50g硬脂酸钠、10g硅酸酯、50g硅油和10g炭黑,充分搅拌1h,然后加入0.2kg甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即到磁性涂料;
其中,磁性纳米二氧化硅制备过程为:①在三口烧瓶中加入100mL的冷却沸水,向其中通入氮气,将2.7gFeCl3·6H2O和3gFeCl2·4H2O加入水中,在70℃下搅拌溶解,然后将30mL浓度为2.5mol/L的NaOH溶液逐滴加入混合溶液中,搅拌3h直到出现黑色絮状沉淀,磁性分离后将固体在50℃下烘干,即得磁性材料;②将上述磁性材料溶于无水乙醇中制备成10mg/mL的磁流体溶液,取12mL磁流体溶液、25mL氨水和120mL无水乙醇在30℃下搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入3mL正硅酸乙酯和120mL无水乙醇,搅拌反应12h,磁性分离产物后在80℃下干燥,将干燥后的固体在通N2的管式炉内煅烧3h,得到磁性纳米二氧化硅材料;
(2)采用气喷涂布法将磁性涂料均匀的喷涂在铝箔纸表面,然后在40℃下烘烤固化。
实施例2:
一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将2kg聚氨酯树脂溶于环己酮中,加入磁性纳米二氧化硅搅拌分散2.5h,分散均匀后依次加入40g三氧化二铝、70g油酸钠、30g硅酸酯、80g橄榄油和20g乙炔炭黑,充分搅拌1.5h,然后加入0.3kg甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即到磁性涂料;
其中,磁性纳米二氧化硅材料制备过程为:①在三口烧瓶中加入120mL的冷却沸水,向其中通入氮气,将2.7gFeCl3·6H2O和3gFeCl2·4H2O加入水中,在70℃下搅拌溶解,然后将25mL浓度为2.5mol/L的NaOH溶液逐滴加入混合溶液中,搅拌3h直到出现黑色絮状沉淀,磁性分离后将固体在60℃下烘干,即得磁性材料;②将上述磁性材料溶于无水乙醇中制备成10mg/mL的磁流体溶液,取14mL磁流体溶液、27mL氨水和130mL无水乙醇在30℃下搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入5mL正硅酸乙酯和130mL无水乙醇,搅拌反应12h,磁性分离产物后在80℃下干燥,将干燥后的固体在通N2的管式炉内煅烧3h,得到磁性纳米二氧化硅材料;
(2)采用气喷涂布法将磁性涂料均匀的喷涂在铝箔纸表面,然后在50℃下烘烤固化。
实施例3:
一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将2.5kg聚氨酯树脂溶于乙醇中,加入磁性材料搅拌分散3h,分散均匀后依次加入50g三氧化二铝、100g烷基磺酸钠、50g钛酸酯、150g液体石蜡和30g石墨,充分搅拌2h,然后加入0.5kg甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即到磁性涂料;
其中,磁性纳米二氧化硅材料制备过程为:①在三口烧瓶中加入140mL的冷却沸水,向其中通入氮气,将2.7gFeCl3·6H2O和3gFeCl2·4H2O加入水中,在70℃下搅拌溶解,然后将28mL浓度为2.3mol/L的NaOH溶液逐滴加入混合溶液中,搅拌3h直到出现黑色絮状沉淀,磁性分离后将固体在60℃下烘干,即得磁性材料;②将上述磁性材料溶于无水乙醇中制备成10mg/mL的磁流体溶液,取16mL磁流体溶液、28mL氨水和140mL无水乙醇在30℃下搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入6mL正硅酸乙酯和140mL无水乙醇,搅拌反应12h,磁性分离产物后在80℃下干燥,将干燥后的固体在通N2的管式炉内煅烧3h,得到磁性纳米二氧化硅材料;
(2)采用气喷涂布法将磁性涂料均匀的喷涂在铝箔纸表面,然后在60℃下烘烤固化。
实施例4:
一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将2.5kg聚氨酯树脂溶于异丙醇中,加入磁性材料搅拌分散3h,分散均匀后依次加入50g三氧化二铝、90g烷基磺酸钠、40g钛酸酯、130g液体石蜡和30g石墨,充分搅拌2h,然后加入0.5kg甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即到磁性涂料;
其中,磁性纳米二氧化硅材料制备过程为:①在三口烧瓶中加入140mL的冷却沸水,向其中通入氮气,将2.7gFeCl3·6H2O和3gFeCl2·4H2O加入水中,在70℃下搅拌溶解,然后将30mL浓度为2mol/L的NaOH溶液逐滴加入混合溶液中,搅拌3h直到出现黑色絮状沉淀,磁性分离后将固体在60℃下烘干,即得磁性材料;②将上述磁性材料溶于无水乙醇中制备成10mg/mL的磁流体溶液,取17mL磁流体溶液、30mL氨水和150mL无水乙醇在30℃下搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入8mL正硅酸乙酯和150mL无水乙醇,搅拌反应12h,磁性分离产物后在80℃下干燥,将干燥后的固体在通N2的管式炉内煅烧3h,得到磁性纳米二氧化硅材料;
(2)采用气喷涂布法将磁性涂料均匀的喷涂在铝箔纸表面,然后在60℃下烘烤固化。
实施例5:
一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将2.5kg聚氨酯树脂溶于异丙醇中,加入磁性材料搅拌分散3h,分散均匀后依次加入50g三氧化二铝、90g烷基磺酸钠、40g钛酸酯、130g液体石蜡和30g石墨,充分搅拌2h,然后加入0.5kg甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即到磁性涂料;

磁性的测定:通过振动样品磁强计对磁性材料、磁性纳米二氧化硅和干燥后的磁性涂料进行磁饱和量测定,测得的结果为87.31、64.05、32.80,虽然磁饱和量减少,但是涂料的磁化率可以满足磁性的金属识别器或磁感应设备的监测要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,包括基纸和铝箔层,其特征在于,铝箔层的表面涂布一层厚度为10-40um的磁性涂料,该涂料是由以下质量分数的原料组成:聚氨酯树脂15-25%,磁性纳米二氧化硅5-10%,有机溶剂50-70%,三氧化二铝0.3-0.5%,分散剂0.5-1%,偶联剂0.1-0.5%,润滑剂0.5-1.5%,防静电剂0.1-0.3%,甲苯二异氰酸酯2-5%;
所述涂料制备和涂布过程如下:
(1)将聚氨酯树脂溶于有机溶剂中,加入磁性纳米二氧化硅搅拌分散2-3h,分散均匀后依次加入三氧化二铝、分散剂、偶联剂、润滑剂和防静电剂,充分搅拌1-2h,然后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,混合分散30min后即得磁性涂料;
(2)采用气喷涂布法将磁性涂料均匀的喷涂在铝箔纸表面,然后在40-60℃下烘烤固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,其特征在于,所述磁性纳米二氧化硅制备过程为:
(1)在三口烧瓶中加入冷却沸水,向其中通入氮气,将FeCl3·6H2O和FeCl2·4H2O加入水中,在70℃下搅拌溶解,然后将浓度为2-2.5mol/L的NaOH溶液逐滴加入混合溶液中,搅拌3h直到出现黑色絮状沉淀,磁性分离后将固体在50-60℃下烘干,即得磁性材料;
(2)将上述磁性材料溶于无水乙醇中制备成10mg/mL的磁流体溶液,取12-17mL磁流体溶液、25-30mL氨水和120-150mL无水乙醇在30℃下搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入3-8mL正硅酸乙酯和120-150mL无水乙醇,搅拌反应12h,磁性分离产物后在80℃下干燥,将干燥后的固体在通N2的管式炉内煅烧3h,得到磁性纳米二氧化硅材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁性材料制备过程,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中FeCl3·6H2O、FeCl2·4H2O、冷却沸水和NaOH的物质的量关系为:n(FeCl3·6H2O):n(FeCl2·4H2O):n(冷却沸水):n(NaOH)=1:1.5:5-8:6-7.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性防伪铝箔纸,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为丙酮、环己酮、乙醇或异丙醇中的一种;分散剂为硬脂酸钠、油酸钠或烷基磺酸钠中的一种;偶联剂为硅酸酯或钛酸酯;润滑剂为硅油、橄榄油或液体石蜡中的一种;防静电剂为炭黑、乙炔炭黑或石墨。
