技术领域
本发明涉及一般上的机械加工程序,更具体地涉及机械加工的设备和方法。
背景技术
电脑数控(Computer Numerical Control;简称CNC)机器用于机械加工程序。CNC机器使用一般可以阅读G代码指令的电脑控制器来驱动具有动力装置的机件,该机件可以选择性地移除金属物料来制造金属部件。CNC可以在机器的工作封包内使切割工具实现数字控制的插补。
具有动力装置的机件通常都是气动工具(例如钻头),气动工具可以和CNC机器连接,例如插入CNC机器中和从CNC机器中拔走。气动工具或转轴可以通过人手与CNC机器连接,或者可以使用自动工具转换器。
CNC机器工具匣中有多种工具,但转换工具后,必须先暂停机器,以便为该工具建立合适的电力连接。其它工具虽然已经预先与气动源连接,但仍需人手接合至CNC机器。因此,CNC机器一般都在常规机械加工循环之前先暂停,以便人手装配工具或者在工具接合机器后为工具建立合适的电力连接。
因此,市场需要一种能促进工具转换程序的机械加工设备和方法,也需要该设备和方法能容许使用不同种类的工具。
发明内容
本发明提供机械加工的设备和方法。下述例子的技术特征一方面实现了机械加工,另一方面同时促进了工具转换程序。这些技术特征也能容许在CNC机器或其它控制装置上使用不同种类的工具。
现在描述用于CNC机器,例如钻孔攻丝机,的一种新颖的转轴架设组合件。在一个例子中,设有自动转换器的转轴架设组合件包括设有空气进口的架设圈。架设圈界定一贯穿架设圈的圈开口,从而形成贯穿架设圈第一面和架设圈第二面的通道。架设圈也包括一第二通道,第二通道使空气进口通过螺纹接套与圈开口流体连通。转轴架设组合件也包括一具有空气出口的集流腔体;空气出口与架设圈的空气进口搭配啮合。集流腔体界定使空气出口和集流腔体进口之间流体连通的通道。另外也包括至少一延伸杆;至少一延伸杆机械地固定到集流腔体和固定到CNC机器。
设有自动转换器的转轴架设组合件也包括一止回阀;止回阀在达到给定的压力后容许空气流入空气进口。此外,为了固定到CNC机器,延伸杆包括一架设板;架设板设有一个或多个贯穿架设板的开口用来容纳紧固件。例如,延伸杆也包括一个或多个螺纹开口而架设板包括相应数量贯穿架设板的开口来容纳紧固件,以紧固架设板和延伸杆。

“空气”广泛地涵盖很多不同种类的液体,包括混合空气的油。架设圈组合件和其部件可以由不同物料和不同物料的组合制成。举例说,可以使用的物料包括金属、合金、复合物、塑胶、陶和其它有机或无机物料或上述的组合。
现参考附图,尤其是附图1-2,其中示出了机械加工系统102。机械加工系统102可以包括一控制装置104例如电脑数控(CNC)机器、一工具转盘140以及一或多枚工具或转轴142。控制装置104可以包括一用户输入装置106用来输入指令。控制装置104可以使用各种电脑硬件和软件在工件上实施机械加工程序。本发明不旨在根据所采用的控制方式来限制发明本身。
机械加工系统102也可以包括一万用转轴架设组合件(universal spindlemounting assembly,简称USMA)150,其可以配合不同转轴142,容许不同转轴142在控制装置104上自动转换。在机械加工系统102的一个范例中,不同转轴142通过一自动转换器装置在控制装置104和工具转盘140之间转换。所述自动转换器装置将于之后更详细地描述。不过,本发明关注的是通过采用USMA150使用其它结构和技术来实现转轴142和控制装置104之间的连接和分离,例如直线式转盘。
参考图2,USMA150可以包括架设圈组合件250和架设块或集流腔体200。架设圈组合件250可以操作地与转轴240连结,架设块或集流腔体200可以操作地与控制装置104连结。图中,机械加工系统102在加工一件工件290。
更具体地如图3所示,新颖的架设圈组合件250具有连接转轴240的架设圈350。架设圈350具有顶面362和底面364。架设圈350包括圈开口358;圈开口358如图所示贯穿顶面362和底面364。如图所示,圈开口358的大小容许一部分的转轴240贯穿其中。螺纹接套开口356使圈开口358和通道352之间流体连通。如图7的描述,螺纹接套开口356内的锁定螺钉可以用来把转轴240固定于架设圈350。
架设圈350包括的通道352使空气进口组合件310和圈开口358之间流体连通。空气进口组合件310具有插入架设圈350内的螺纹端312。在一个实施例中,空气进口组合件310包括弹簧加压的止回阀,该止回阀在达到给定的压力后开启,使流体如空气流入空气进口组合件310。止回阀能大大减少污垢和有害的碎屑进入空气进口组合件310,当架设圈350和转轴240储存于工具转盘中和/或不使用时,这尤其重要。
架设块或集流腔体200包括容纳空气进口组合件310的开口330。架设块或集流腔体200中的通道使开口330和空气进口组合件310之间流体连通以及使开口334和开口330之间流体连通,以便系统供给空气。
延伸杆370机械地与架设板372连结;架设板372固定到机械加工系统102,藉此稳固地把整个架设圈组合件250和转轴240稳固于其位置上。
图4-5以侧视图示出图3的延伸杆370和架设板372的细节。图4示出一组扩孔开口420,422;配合扩孔开口420,422使用的是紧固到机械加工系统102的紧固件,如螺栓或螺丝钉(图中未示)。图4也示出另一组扩孔开口440,442;配合扩孔开口440,442使用的是延伸插入图5延伸杆370中螺纹开口540,542的紧固件。在此使用的虽然是扩孔开口,但也可以使用其它种类的开口来容纳其它种类的紧固件,例如使用埋头孔和直孔,这样的替代方案仍属于本发明的范围。架设板372上的凹位456设置为容纳延伸杆370端部上的对齐销555。
图6是图2和3所示架设块或集流腔体的仰视图。如图所示,架设块或集流腔体200中的两个开有槽沟的开口760,762容纳和对齐对应的两个开口560,562,供紧供件贯穿插入。
发明人发现延伸杆和架设板配合紧固件的使用能向后兼容现有的工具设计。架设板372的开口420,422与系统已有的孔对齐;系统已有的孔一般用于移动机械加工系统102,但在系统进行加工制作时不会被使用。

所述架设圈(350);架设圈(350)界定一贯穿架设圈(350)第一面和架设圈(350)第二面的圈开口(358);架设圈(350)一侧壁上设有贯穿所述侧壁的螺纹套接开口(356);所述转轴架设组合件的特征在于:架设圈(350)也界定一通道(352);所述通道(352)使空气进口组合件(310)与圈开口(358)流体连通;所述通道(352)使流体通过螺纹套接开口(356)流至圈开口(358),螺纹接套开口(356)内设有锁定螺钉把转轴固定于架设圈(350);
具有空气出口的集流腔体(200);空气出口与架设圈(350)的空气进口组合件(310)搭配啮合;集流腔体界定使空气出口和一集流腔体进口之间流体连通的集流通道;和
至少一延伸杆(370);所述至少一延伸杆(370)机械地把集流腔体(200)固定到电脑数控机器。
2.如权利要求1所述的设有自动转换器的转轴架设组合件,其特征在于:所述延伸杆包括一架设板;架设板设有一个或多个贯穿架设板的开口用来容纳紧固件,以便紧固到所述电脑数控机器。
3.如权利要求2所述的设有自动转换器的转轴架设组合件,其特征在于:所述延伸杆也包括一个或多个螺纹开口而所述架设板包括相应数量贯穿架设板的第二开口来容纳另一紧固件,以将架设板紧固至延伸杆。
4.机械加工系统;其包括:
一转轴;
一电脑数控机器;
一自动转换器装置;和
一转轴架设组合件;所述转轴架设组合件包括:
空气进口组合件(310);
架设圈(350);所述架设圈(350)界定一贯穿架设圈(350)第一面和架设圈(350)第二面的圈开口(358);架设圈(350)一侧壁上设有贯穿侧壁的螺纹套接开口(356);架设圈(350)也界定一通道(352);所述通道(352)使空气进口组合件(310)与圈开口(358)流体连通;所述通道(352)穿过大小适于螺纹接入螺纹套接开口(356)并且用于固定转轴的螺纹套接锁定螺钉;所述通道(352)使流体通过螺纹套接开口(356)流至圈开口(358),螺纹接套开口(356)内的螺纹套接锁定螺钉把转轴固定于架设圈(350);
具有空气出口的集流腔体(200);空气出口与架设圈(350)的空气进口组合件(310)搭配啮合;集流腔体界定使空气出口和一集流腔体进口之间流体连通的集流通道;和
至少一延伸杆(370);所述至少一延伸杆(370)机械地把集流腔体(200)固定到电脑数控机器。
5.如权利要求4所述的机械加工系统,其特征在于:所述延伸杆包括一架设板;架设板设有一个或多个贯穿架设板的开口用来容纳紧固件,以便紧固到所述电脑数控机器。
6.如权利要求5所述的机械加工系统,其特征在于:所述延伸杆也包括一个或多个螺纹开口而所述架设板包括相应数量贯穿架设板的第二开口来容纳另一紧固件,以将架设板紧固至延伸杆。
