Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种可基于客户的请求用图形或文字定制的模块化灯,特别用于在汽车工业中由道路车辆的尾部的制造商使用。
已知用于车辆的灯,其被设计为使得由灯发射或反射的光使识别符号或文本成为可能。
专利DE202005003397描述了一种用于机动车或自行车的后灯,所述后灯设有定制的反射器,所述反射器被设计以高亮突出其反射作为被照射符号,并且在没有光源时,符号作为暗形状保持可见。
专利DE202006008944涉及一种机动车灯,所述机动车灯包括商标或符号,通过高强度照射显示,当车的驾驶员制动或发出转向信号时,通过采用灯内超亮LED取得效果。
已知的解决方案的缺点是它们需要根据受益人的所请求的定制制造整个灯组件,要求大量资源以准备启动生产;另一个缺点是,只在夜间,存在入射光源或某些条件(制动、发出转向信号等)时,个性化才被高亮突出,而个性化不会随时被轻易观察到。
本发明关于构思一种模块化灯,所述灯可根据客户请求定制,允许白天和黑夜永久识别定制,保持符合类型批准所要求的行业特定技术标准。
本发明所解决的技术问题是灯的结构不需要完全重新设计即可根据受益人的请求定制;本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是:灯的个性化在白天和在低光照条件或黑暗中都是一直明显的。
依据本发明的可定制的模块化灯由覆盖壳体的定制的外透镜构成,该壳体提供至少一个凹部,凹部中安装有定制模块,该定制模块包括外后向反射透镜,在外后向反射透镜下方是内定制透镜,在内定制透镜下方是带LED的印刷电路板,印刷电路板保持在支架内,支架紧固到盖,盖设有至少一个通风孔;在白天,定制化在外定制透镜上可见;在黑暗中(并且取决于接受者的要求),当激活用于转向、位置或制动的灯时,定制化通过灯内照明在内定制透镜表面上变得明显。
依据本发明的可定制的模块化灯具有以下优点:
-它容易通过本身已知的技术过程定制;
-定制通过可拆卸模块得到,更换容易;
-由于结构简单而可靠;
-改善了冗余、车的信号系统的安全性;
-它是从工业批量制造的大量产品实现个性化有限库存的有利的解决方案。

本发明的可定制的模块化灯包括(根据图1和图1a的表示):基于制成透镜的材料通过本身已知的技术定制的外透镜1,外透镜覆盖壳体2,壳体2中利用本身已知的连接器和本身已知的它们相关的接线嵌合有三个信号灯,即:转向信号、位置指示器及制动灯;在两个信号灯之间,壳体1提供凹部(在所示的示例中为矩形),凹部中安装了可定制模块,所述可定制模块(如图2和图2a所示)由后向反射透镜3构成,在后向反射透镜3下是基于制成透镜的材料通过本身已知的技术个性化的内定制透镜4,内定制透镜4下是带有LED 5的印刷电路板,印刷电路板由紧固到盖7的支架6保持,盖7设有至少一个通风孔8。在白天,不用激活位置或制动灯,定制化在外透镜1上可见;在黑暗中,当激活用于其电子系统与板5连接的车的(位置或制动或转向)的灯时,定制化通过灯内照明而在内透镜4的表面上变得明显。
依据客户请求定制的外透镜1(在该例子中,具有文本″LOGO″(见图1))为矩形形状,其每个角的附近设有安装孔11,通过所述安装孔11本身已知的螺钉21将外透镜1固定在壳2上。
壳体2在所示的例子中具有矩形形状,并且表征了四个分区,其中定位有三个信号灯和可定制的模块(如图1所示)。壳体2的每个角具有适合螺钉21的孔,壳体2,并且壳体2还设有本身已知的固定元件,用于安装在车体上,一些本身已知的电缆通过其,以便向车辆的每个灯传送电力和命令。
后向反射透镜3具有带圆角的矩形形状,并且其每个长边具有两个内肋;透镜3的后反射表面可设有三角形或矩形的反射光学元件。
依据受益人的请求定制的内透镜4(在该例子中,具有文本″LOGO″(如图2中所示))为带有圆角的矩形,并且在其每一长边上设有两个内肋,所述内肋被构造为嵌合在后向反射透镜3的内肋内。
带有LED 5的印刷电路板是矩形形状,并利用四个紧固夹具61保持在支架6上。
支架6具有带圆角的矩形形状,并且其每个长边设有两个切口,与后向反射透镜3的内肋对应,被构造为嵌合在盖7内。
盖7是带有圆角的矩形形状,其每个长边设有两个内肋,被构造为与后向反射透镜3的框架接合。
通风元件8具有圆柱形状,并在设在盖7中的专用孔中嵌合到盖7的外部。
在此描述的实施例仅表示用于实现本发明的具体形式,本发明不限于这样的定制,所公开的技术方案的更广泛的应用对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。
Claims (5)
1.一种可定制的模块化灯,其特征在于,所述模块化灯由通过本身已知的技术定制的外透镜(1)组成,所述外透镜(1)覆盖壳体(2),所述壳体设有至少一个凹部,在所述凹部中安装有可定制模块,所述可定制模块由后向反射透镜(3)构成,在后向反射透镜下方是通过本身已知的技术个性化的内定制透镜(4),在内定制透镜(4)下方是带有LED(5)的印刷电路板,印刷电路板保持在紧固到盖(7)的支架(6)中,盖设有至少一个用于通风的元件(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的可定制的模块化灯,其特征在于,所述后向反射透镜(3)具有矩形形状,并且其至少一个侧面设有至少一个内部肋;所述内定制透镜(4)被构造成使得其内肋嵌合在所述后向反射透镜(3)内;所述支架(6)被构造为嵌合在所述盖(7)内,所述盖被构造为与所述后向反射透镜(3)的框架接合。
3.如权利要求1所述的可定制的模块化灯,其特征在于,在白天,所述个性化在所述外透镜(1)上可见,并且在黑暗中,当车上的位置灯被激活时,通过灯内照明,定制化在所述内定制透镜(4)的表面上变得明显,所述车的电气系统连接到所述带有LED(5)的印刷电路板。
4.如权利要求1所述的可定制的模块化灯,其特征在于,在黑暗期间,当车上的制动灯被激活时,定制化在所述内定制透镜(4)的表面上在灯内变得明显,所述车的电气系统连接到所述带有LED(5)的印刷电路板。
5.如权利要求1所述的可定制的模块化灯,其特征在于,在黑暗期间,当在车的所述灯上激活转向信号时,定制化在所述内定制透镜(4)的表面上在灯内变得明显,所述车的电气系统连接到所述带有LED(5)的印刷电路板。
